Ethiopian Arabica is my favorite. Light, sweet, it doesn't even need sugar added and isn't bitter at all. Aromatic just enough and with a perfect aftertaste. I drink it both hot (Ristretto) and cold freddo. If you prefer your coffee strong and heavy, this one is not for you.

Quality and generally excellent coffee! Intense and strong flavor, it doesn't produce much foam in a freddo espresso, however it is very pleasant both cold and hot!

Excellent taste. I have been drinking this coffee for 4 years. I wouldn't change it. Especially aromatic with the right acidity.

I'm not a coffee expert but it seemed mild in acidity, a bit of sweetness, lacking Ethiopian characteristics and generally resembled a simple blend in a coffee shop.

Unfortunately, compared to the other varieties of this company, this specific one is the one I will not buy again. Mediocre taste and for freddo, it didn't come out creamy.

Excellent and always freshly roasted within 1-2 weeks. Just right for cold brew. I have achieved the result I want in 38 seconds for 40ml.

Good coffee, unique. To find its flavor requires a little "play". However, it is not the coffee that will impress you, like the Brazilian one I tried from the same store. It has a strong and very good aftertaste, its most positive and strong characteristic in my opinion and raises the evaluation. It is recommended to try it of course, as my personal choice it will not be preferred again

Although very aromatic with a rich body, I was only able to enjoy it hot. In cold, it had a quite intense acidity that is not to my liking. But this is purely a personal preference.

Coffee with very unique aromas and flavor. Perfect combination of the acidity of citrus fruits with the aftertaste of chocolate. One of the best coffees I have tried.

Update 2025: Unfortunately, the coffee has changed a lot since the first time I tried it.

Fantastic coffee!! It is sweet and smooth, I always drink my coffee sweet, and even if it's medium, it is very enjoyable to drink (which is good because I can use less sugar)!! Very good body, okay, the taste is unbeatable... amazing!! It truly leaves a nice aftertaste!!

After the excellent impression that Black Bart had made on me with the Seven Seas coffee, I decided to try all the coffees.

So I purchased the Ethiopian Treasure and the Brazilian Loot afterwards. Once again, the description on the package was accurate, these people are professionals and it shows that they love what they do.

I will add that as soon as I opened the package of Ethiopian Treasure, I was greeted with the smell of a pastry shop/sweets, a very nice feeling. Thank you for the experience, Bart.

Difficult coffee in my opinion, however if you have good equipment or are lucky in its preparation, it gives you a very distinct flavor! I finished the whole bag until I found it and finally got better results with a finer grind and extraction at 40-42 seconds
