Very good comfortable fabric, it holds without squeezing. It is not like pure sports bras that hold the chest tightly, so I would not recommend it for someone who goes running, as it does not provide such support. But for all other everyday situations, yes. The quality of the fabric, stitching, and elastic is very good. I bought the large size and I wear 80B bras. I am writing this to help with the measurement comparison and size selection.
