3.2 mm grout removal cutters (570). The cutter can be used for removing grout between tiles, e.g. in bathrooms or toilets. Ideal for wall and floor joint removal or grout removal when replacing cracked tiles. The grout removal cutter (569) is smaller than the distance between the tiles (head diameter: 1.6 mm). The cutter 570 is intended for removing joints between floor tiles and is smaller than the distance between them (head diameter: 3.2 mm).

Milling cutters are intended for small renovation jobs. If you need to remove a larger amount of mortar, you will need more cutters to do the whole job.

How to use the work tool?

  • Use it in combination with the grout removal tool (model 568).
  • The angled attachment is designed in such a way that the cutter moves gently, not pressed.
  • Pushing would damage the cutter.
  • The attachment has two guide points that help keep the cutter between the tiles.
  • Avoid touching the tile with the cutter.
  • The cutter has a carbide tip and will chip the insert if it comes into contact with the working tool.
  • Move the cutter slowly through the mortar and pay special attention when working in old buildings.
  • Remove material from the surface of the grout and then adjust the guide to a greater depth.
  • The attachment should not be used for work in corners.
  • Keep your hand steady and carefully pull the tool towards you.

Materials you can process with the work tool: Grout mortar. Recommended speed: 20000 rpm.
