Very powerful, it is exactly the same as the BOSCH GSB 1600RE, exactly the same... with the difference that the Skil 6290AA is 200 grams lighter than the Bosch, - and it is 710 Watts - while the Bosch is 700 Watts. And it is much more powerful than the Bosch, (and I say this as a fan of Bosch & Makita). What I wanted to emphasize is that: in the specifications it says that it reaches 2700 rotations, but it actually reaches 3000 rotations, but from what I saw it doesn't get stuck at all, it is very powerful. The negatives that I wanted to emphasize are the short 2-meter cable of type {2x0.75}, but personally I replaced it with another 5-meter cable of type (H07RN-F) Neoprene 2x1 (as an electrician, I replaced the cable before using it), Another negative (for those who want it for professional use) is the chuck, which is very long and of very cheap quality, and it doesn't hold very well. But with 25 to 30 euros, someone can change the chuck. I replaced it with a short chuck, the Dewalt DT7043 - Quick Metal Chuck 13mm - this costs 25 euros. and now it is purely professional. Additionally, it is more flexible with the good chuck I put on it. So far, it has been working perfectly as a professional tool that I have. I haven't used it much on concrete, but it performs well.

Good construction, quality and powerful. The only negative is the chuck, which loosens when I use it as an impact on concrete, but this is common in similar constructions of this category. I haven't replaced the chuck with a geared one because the main use I make is on walls (bricks), wood, iron, where the chuck is clearly more user-friendly and does not create problems.
