Σύμφωνα με το site της Rockstar το installation size είναι περίπου 8GB. Φαντάζομαι ίσως και λίγο παραπάνω αν συνυπολογίσεις και κάποια updates που μπορείς να έχει. Αν, λοιπόν, έχεις ελεύθερο χώρο 40GB, λογικά δεν θα έχεις κάποιο πρόβλημα.
