After compression, 75% of the water vapor condenses and begins to form water droplets that end up in the network if not removed.
This moisture is the cause for:
- Damage and corrosion of machines and tools using compressed air
- Higher maintenance costs, more failures, and lost production hours
- Defective and low-quality products (especially in painting, joinery, panel beating, etc.)
By using aftercoolers, separators, and filters, it is possible to partially reduce the air's moisture content, but only with the addition of dryers, which lower the compressed air temperature to 3°C, is it possible to minimize the moisture.

All types are equipped with a high-performance aluminum heat exchanger and can cool the compressed air to the point (3°C) where full condensation of the contained water vapor is achieved. The moisture removal is done via the built-in condensate separator. The design of the heat exchangers ensures maximum efficiency with minimum pressure drop. A microprocessor controls the fan's rotation speed according to the air cooling requirements. They have a wide range of parameter adjustments and warning signals for high or low temperature and sensor failure.
