    Very good and covering on gray hair, which takes on a blue tint. It does not turn red at all nor fade after a month. I am taking off one star because it seems to me that this particular shade dries out the hair a lot.

    I don't know what went wrong. I used the same company's hair dye in the recommended ratio. It didn't lighten my brown hair and didn't cover the whites. I left it on for 40 minutes. Very disappointing.
