Usage Instructions
- Clean worn neoprene with McNett Cotol-240™
- For non-fabric surfaces, roughen and then clean
- Apply Aquasure® directly from the tube or with a brush
- Let it dry overnight (10-14 hours)
- For the 2-hour process, use McNett Cotol-240 Accelerator
Holes and tears:
- Create support with adhesive tape
- Fill the gap and the area 5mm around it with Aquasure
- Remove the tape when it is well dried
Seams:
- Place a 2mm thick drop covering the edges of the seam by at least 5mm
- Apply slight pressure to fill the fabric surface
Attention:
Avoid contact with skin. To remove Aquasure from your hands, rub with a piece of fabric soaked in 99% isopropyl alcohol and then wash with water and soap.
Aquasure is slippery when wet. For increased grip on footwear, sprinkle with sand 30 minutes after application.
Storage:
When opened, Aquasure will dry in the tube if not stored properly. Avoid contact with moisture. Push the contents towards the neck of the tube. Clean any excess and close tightly. Store it in a dry place. To extend the shelf life, place the product in a bag in the refrigerator. Leave it at room temperature for 6 hours before use. At low temperatures, unused Aquasure will harden inside the tube. To restore it to its original state or facilitate its flow, immerse the tube in warm water for 15 minutes or hold it with warm hands until it softens.
