    The handles are not very convenient because they are very hard, and if someone uses them for a long time, they will definitely need to put something extra, like fabric around them or some kind of sponge, so that their palm doesn't hurt. Other than that, they are fine with many height adjustment options. However, the height from the handle to the elbow does not change.
