Yes, it does adjust in height, but it is not convenient or durable at all.
I mean... the armrest is very narrow at the top. The handle is very big and you can't grip it well, and it has no padding at all so your hand hurts after the first 15 steps.
Finally, after 1 hour of use something is already rattling inside... you can hear something has broken or shattered in the tube and it makes noise when you use it...
I was disappointed.
I'll give it that the paint on the tube looks nicer up close than it does in the photo.

Δηλαδη.. το μπράτσο είναι πολύ στενό πάνω. Το χερούλι είναι πολύ μεγάλο και δεν το πιάνεις καλά και δεν εχει καθόλου επένδυση οπότε πονάει το χέρι με τα πρώτα 15 βήματα.
Τέλος με 1 ώρα χρήσης ήδη κάτι κουδουνάει μέσα... ακούγεται στο σωλήνα κάτι να έχει σπάσει - θρυμματιστεί και κάνει ήχο με τη χρήση της...
Απογοητεύτηκα.
Αντε να δώσω και ότι η βαφή του σωλήνα είναι πιο όμορφη από κοντά απ'οτι στη φωτογραφία.
