MALFY ROSA is crafted by Master Distillers, Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni at the Torino Distillati distillery. It is located in Moncalieri, in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. It is made using vacuum distillation, also known as cold distillation. This is a relatively new technique in the world of gin production, allowing evaporation to be achieved at a lower temperature and therefore not altering the composition of the botanicals.

• On the nose, it gives us aromas of fresh grapefruit zest, rich rhubarb, citrus, and anise
• The taste is rich with notes of fresh citrus, grapefruit, with a rich and long juniper finish.
