    a) Terrible sound like listening to music from a tin can...
    b) When you connect the jack and with every movement you hear a crackling noise.
    c) My conversation partners tell me they hear a deafening noise even when I am completely still.

    TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

They are the best earbuds I have ever tried in terms of sound. Definitely better than the equivalent ones from Apple. For open-type earbuds, they have a balanced bass. The mid and high frequencies are excellent without any peaks. The sound is relaxing and very musical. They are also very comfortable in the ear. They are very comfortable for conversations as well because with the open-type design, you can hear your voice normally.

Of course, they do not isolate external sounds since they are open-type, and they also do not have strong sub-bass. These are expected.

For their money, they are fine but not perfect. The sound is not very loud even when it is at maximum volume.
