It didn't work for me at all. I don't know why, even though it's a brand I trust blindly.

Ok. It changes the color. It doesn't last long, no moisturizing mask, only for the color. Very dry, thick - it doesn't help to apply it evenly. For short hair, probably easier. I got it for my white hairs (1/3 of the total) and for the yellow ones from the sun (ends).

Very good application. To avoid the hair salon for two weeks, it's just fine. However... 1. It does not cover whites and roots and 2. It requires more time and product than stated, at least on my hair.

I am very satisfied.. I have blonde hair and I use it so it doesn't turn yellow-orange.. it works perfectly.. I like it a lot.. it's the second time I buy it... my hairdresser recommended it to me

I will start with the positives by saying that it left my hair very soft. On the negative side (which also has to do with my own hair that was previously bleached at the lengths), the cool espresso shade did not sit properly as it gave off green undertones. Finally, the longevity did not satisfy me as the color washed out with the first shampoo.

The packaging personally gives me a sense of use, and the result is very mild as imperceptible. It provides moderate hydration, it's okay for a refresh every once in a while.

I have chestnut hair and I got the cool espresso to get rid of the warm red tones. The truth is that I didn't see a huge difference, but it did make them cooler; considering that I hadn't dyed them in a long time, I was satisfied with the result.

The only cream that gives a wonderful natural copper gold color to the hair, without turning it fake orange. Very good performance and duration. The shower and hands of course become a mess but we can't have it all. The cap has an issue and breaks easily.

Nice product, it didn't open my hair too much, the positive thing is that it acts like a dye mask.. it makes my hair very soft... I had a hard time applying it by myself

I have no words for the result; the roots at the top didn't catch at all, and the ends that did turned blue/green. I do not recommend it in any case for covering warm tones!! I didn't even leave it for 10 minutes as it says is the maximum....only if your hair is dyed black and you want to refresh it a little once in a while. Oh my God, stay away

It gives shine and a very nice cool shade, but the quantity is very small; it lasted me for 2 uses on long thick hair. Also, it is not very moisturizing as a mask.

It colors the hair well, especially on the faded ends; you can tell by the color it leaves on your hands. It leaves a layer of protection when it dries. As a shade, it is copper, not gold - copper.

Very good mask for color maintenance between dyes. Particularly useful in the summer with swims in the sea!
This particular tube lasted me about 4 applications, having hair length up to the middle with relatively thick hair.

The mask makes my hair silky, soft, and easy to comb! Now the coverage wasn't very intense. I believe the crucial factor is the quantity that needs to be used, the type of hair strands, and the time the product stays on the hair. For me, it brought a quite satisfactory result as I want a renewal in Chestnut shade. I recommend it 100% for the velvety feeling it offers and the treatment it does to the hair.

Unacceptable!!
Having used the same company's hair dye in red and orange before, I decided to trust the same company again for my new change, as I was very satisfied. The results? Terrible... the product was dark brown (photo 3) and in no way resembled the "pink" color it promised!! I applied it to light-fuchsia hair (photos 1,2) and it turned it brown, so I had to go back to the hair salon to fix it. When I contacted the company, they tried to convince me that their product is not faulty (I laughed!) and that it was my hair color that didn't achieve the desired result. I was truly disappointed by this company, especially in their customer service, and I definitely won't buy any of their products again, neither will my acquaintances.

I only give it two stars because it is somewhat moisturizing and did not cause any irritation. I have used other hair dyes where the coverage, especially at the roots, was similar to that of permanent dyes. This one, I have to say, was a complete waste of money! It didn't even cover the roots and the worst part is that it stains the skin. After using it, instead of rinsing it off with just water like with other hair masks, I had to wash my hair again to remove the redness from my scalp. This was the first and last time I bought it. I had purchased two tubes, used one, and the other will go straight to the trash where it belongs!

It does NOTHING to blonde hair. It neither removes unwanted blonde tones, nor anything. You will simply waste your money.

The product is not suitable for copper hair. The color comes out red with patches. I hope it fades quickly. I would never buy it again.

I have dark brown hair and I haven't dyed it in recent years. I have some white hairs in certain areas. I don't intend to dye them and I wanted to try a color mask to temporarily cover them.
I applied it on dry hair for at least 40 minutes. Without shampoo afterwards.
The result was as if I didn't apply it at all.
No difference. I bought two packages, so €30 wasted. Only the smell is worth it.
And few ml for the money.

I used it for 1 month after traveling because my hair salon was closed to do highlights and I had become almost blonde from the sun. I wanted a cool brown color even if it turned out darker. I applied it to wet hair for 10 minutes.
For some inexplicable reason, some strands turned green.

I bought the product yesterday. I know it's not a dye. I just wanted it to remove the yellowing that I had near the roots and in some other areas. It managed to do it about 70%.

I used the Pearl blonde shade and I was completely satisfied. It removed all the yellow tones from my bleached hair and made it platinum. It's not a dye, it doesn't lighten, the hair must be pre-lightened with bleach! However, I left it on for 20 minutes instead of the recommended 10, and I used a considerable amount on my hair... I almost used up the entire product. It does the job and I would buy it again! It saved me the hassle of using a toner after bleaching with this product!

Fantastic blue color, which shows up even on bleached hair. Perfect for color maintenance after the first visit to the hair salon. Lasts for a week to ten days as expected for a hair mask. Easy and quick to use, doesn't completely fade away.

Apart from not leaving any color, it caused irritation and I got pimples on my cheeks and forehead, even though I never had any issues with allergies and I have a slight tingling sensation

I have highlighted hair with highlights. For years now. I have tried various similar products and they all turn my hair PURPLE and darken the color. I was looking for something that would leave them like the reflection they put in the hair salons after highlighting. That is, bright pearl and not purple. I put this particular one aside (after the comments here and one failed attempt) and forgot about it. I found it again when I ran out of all the other products and had no other choice. I kept it in my hair longer and it gave me a very nice PEARL color!!! So I realized that it takes more time to apply and also the color "intensifies" after 2-3 times I put it in a row after each wash.

It was very good! I have brown hair and of course I didn't expect it to turn red, I just wanted a warm chestnut red color, which it achieved! The change was noticeable in the sunlight but not in the dark. The only downside is that it faded very quickly, I think in a week at most!

I used the red shade on my balayage, following the advice of my hairdresser for the summer period when I wouldn't have access to a salon. After washing and gently towel-drying my hair, I applied as much quantity as seemed satisfactory to me (about 1/3 of the tube) with gloves, massaging it into the application areas and combing my hair to ensure the mask was evenly distributed. I left the mask on for about 30 minutes for more reliable results and rinsed it out. The result was very satisfactory, the scent of the cream was not bothersome, and my hair was very soft after application. The duration of the effect is relative to the frequency of hair washing and the products one uses on their hair. I definitely recommend it for someone who doesn't want to go for a touch-up every month. I have already done three applications in one month and have purchased the product again.

It does not cover the roots at all, even though I carefully applied it with a brush, but nothing... It just freshens up the hair a little.

It does not cover at all the white at the root.. it does renew the ends indeed, but it does not replace the depth in any case.
