Θα ήθελα αν μπορει κάποιος να μου απαντήσει πως το χρησιμοποιώ είναι πολύ πηχτό σαν κερί έτσι πρέπει η κάτι δεν πάει καλά?

η μορφή του σε ζεστές θερμοκρασίες είναι υγρή.. με τα κρύα και αν το διατηρείτε στο ψυγείο είναι λευκή και πηχτή σαν βούτυρο ή κερί όπως λέτε. με ένα κουταλάκι και μετά με απλό τρίψιμο στις παλάμες γίνεται ρευστό
