Eurochem Lubricool No. 18 cutting oil is diluted with water and used as a coolant and lubricant in metal-cutting machines, such as pantographs, aluminium and steel saws, lathes, machine tools and CNC machines. It is suitable for use on all metals and has a long service life.

The dilution ratio ranges from 3% to 10%, depending on the application: 3–5% for turning and grinding, and 10% for drilling. Good-quality water is recommended; mains water is suitable, while water with a high chloride content may cause oxidation. The product concentration in the solution is checked with a refractometer. Top up any losses and add water as needed.
