It does not copy codes from other remotes, and for that, it loses one star. I set it up on the "Sonoff RF2 Smart Intermediate Switch" to turn on the water heater. I hope if someone in the apartment building buys the same remote, we don't turn on each other's water heaters. It does not come with a battery in the package (the one I received needs CR2032, I notice that this is not standard but may require A27 depending on the batch).

It is small in size. The build quality competes with more expensive controllers. It does its job just fine.
Make sure to include an A27 battery in your order as the controller comes without a battery.

It can reach up to 2 floors above. Sometimes it requires a second or third press, but overall it performs well. The larger buttons are indeed more convenient than the smaller ones.

For Sonoff switches, it does what it's supposed to do. Good range, especially when there are no obstacles.

Simple and cheap. The two main buttons are comfortable. The two smaller ones are a bit difficult to press with big fingers, but it's not the end of the world if they are for secondary functions. In Sonoff devices, you can add multiple remote controls to the same device. The cover closes well over the buttons and they don't get pressed in pockets. It has a good range (at least 10 meters away).

Professional use in rented rooms.
Quite good range, easy to program, does not lose frequencies.
I will buy some more.
