Description

Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow than the original filters. BMC fiberglass filters minimize air flow pressure loss passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for full exploitation of maximum power.

Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and technologies for the production of air filters. An F1 filter must be lightweight and made from the best raw materials. Braided alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to humidity. The filtering material is made of cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber casting, which produces the familiar red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," has significant technical and quality characteristics.
