The microphone has been used for the last 3-4 years for simple functions, not streaming and recording, just everyday gaming and whatever else comes up. Nevertheless, it has quite a quality sound for its price and definitely its small size helps a lot so it doesn't get in the way and can be placed easily. When purchasing, you don't have to do anything except plug it into the USB port and you're ready. It has been tested in video recording by friends and they themselves said that for its price it offers quite decent sound, so as a beginner streamer it is a good solution. In summary, good sound and isolation for the money, VFM, especially if you find it on offer around 40-45 instead of the approximately 60 it currently costs, go for it.

The only bad thing is that the USB cable is a bit soft and the USB adapter comes out of its "case"

Why 5 stars? Personally, I used it in combination with the Shure MV7 and Shure SM7B, both for calls and for podcasting. I didn't expect it to produce such clear sound, but the microphone can easily be compared to microphones in the 100-150 euro range (of course, it doesn't reach the quality of Shure).

Whether you want it for gaming, podcasting, or your videos, it's definitely worth it. With a little processing in Audacity or Audition, your voice can easily sound more "radio-like."

If you want crystal clear sound, then obviously you should go for something more professional with a quality pop filter. If you don't want the desk or your keyboard bumps to be heard, then I suggest investing in an arm stand (it easily fits all standard bases).

Okay for the money. With processing etc., it can be cleaned up if there is no budget (it needs some work depending on the source). In FL Studio, it has latency. I don't use it for live anymore, for draft recordings it's just fine and it can do even more

Good and sturdy construction. I've had it for about a year and a half and it's quite good. It's perfect for recording indoors and for communication. I bought it because my headphone microphone was broken and I believe this product will last me for about 2 more years

What you need to do is download an app from SteelSeries, called Solar, and it allows you to adjust the microphone.
The app from its own company only allows microphone volume and to change the Hz (plus some additional settings for streamers, etc.).
For professional purposes, don't buy it; if you're just a gamer for Discord or casual use, it's fine.

Definitely a simple, cheap, and reliable microphone for those who are mainly interested in voice (voice chat, streaming, etc.).

The only negatives are that it has micro USB instead of type C, something unacceptable for 2025, and the stand it comes with is not very useful; most of you will definitely have to buy an arm for 10 euros.

Very beautiful small microphone ideal for gaming, I of course use it for recording musical instruments and vocals. I wouldn't recommend it if you want it for similar use unless you want something very cheap, otherwise get an XLR microphone. It has quite satisfactory sound quality, however, it doesn't have any button to turn it on and off, you plug it into the computer and it's always on. Very good but not for Discord. Also, Razer's software does not support it, so you can't change how it sounds. Fortunately, it has good sound, but on Discord, it doesn't sound as good as it does in a video, for example (application problem, not the microphone's)

Very good microphone, I have it next to the speakers and whoever I talk to can't hear anything except my voice.
The only negative thing is that it doesn't have a mute button.

No complaint whatsoever, I bought it for €40 if I remember correctly and it was worth every euro, now it's €30 so even better for someone who is considering it. Very easy setup, clear sound, satisfactory in not picking up other sounds apart from the voice in front. If you also get a mic arm to put it on so it doesn't touch the desk, you won't hear the mouse or keyboard at all.

The microphone with a base of 45€ is the best value for money.
