Exactly as in the photo. Simple and beautiful. The assembly did not "turn out" by following the instructions, but it did come together even if a bit differently.

Very beautiful, however it came without any screws! I used my own, but it goes a little back and forth as you pull the paper (the holder, not the entire base, that is very stable). I don't know if it's like that by design or because I haven't used the ideal screws. I like it in the bathroom though!
