RPM (Revolutions Per Minute)

This concerns the number of revolutions per minute that the drum can make. Usually ranging from 600 to 1600 depending on the washing machine, however up to 1200 revolutions can meet most of our needs. When the revolutions are high, the clothes come out drier and thus reduces the drying time.

2. Indicatively, cotton and mixed fabrics can be washed in a program with 1000 revolutions, while more delicate fabrics such as wool and silk in a program with 600 revolutions.
Number of Programs

The set of programs included in the washing machine. The more programs, the more options for washing clothes.
Energy Class

New energy efficiency scale consisting of classes A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Devices with class A (green) have the lowest energy consumption, while devices with class G (red) have the highest consumption.

The washing machine was purchased for 639 euros and has been in our possession for exactly 1 and a half years. The reason it was chosen was the technology and the variety of programs, the smart functions, the capacity, and the brand. Objectively, we have been disappointed with the purchase in relation to what we paid for and expected. Initially, through the application, you can choose the program you want using the washing advisor that it has inside and send the program to the washing machine but it cannot start it. Again, you have to go and press the button yourself, so it's a gift in vain. It also does not have a delay start, only a delay end. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years on parts and 10 years on the compressor, I mention this because in the features on Skroutz it incorrectly states 5 years on parts and 10 years on the compressor. It does not make much noise but it is not silent either. The good thing is that if it is properly secured, it does not creak at all. The clothes come out wet after the end of the programs but they do not drip water, so the draining is very good. The Add Wash, where you can add clothes if you have forgotten something almost at any point in the program as long as you have pressed pause, is useful. Having tried several programs, to wash the clothes quite well you definitely need to use the Bubble Soak technology, set it at 40 degrees, and not overload the washing machine. The downside is that it takes 3 and a half to 4 hours to complete. With other common programs with washing at 30 degrees and without the Bubble Soak, it does not wash well. An exception are the programs that also use steam, but there the washing is at 60 degrees so it is not for frequent use. Another big negative is that it often 'eats' the color catchers, meaning during the wash wherever you have placed it, it starts to pull it forward and gradually puts it between the drum's silicone and inside the gap, resulting in having to remove it after 2 washes from the washing machine's bottom filter and also risking transferring the color to the clothes, which has happened to us. The only solution is to put it in the net you use for underwear and socks but it still won't be as effective. Another major negative is that we, who never used a net, were forced to because occasionally we found torn underwear, socks, bras. Then of course, sometimes, occasionally, we also found t-shirts or tank tops torn at their sleeves or high on the shoulders. We have contacted Samsung's customer service twice already but the solutions they told us are not effective. Even with a full washing machine, meaning not overly filled, such damages to clothes can occur that can cost a fortune. In conclusion, it is obvious that we would not buy it again and the purpose of the review is to protect a household that will spend a respectable amount to purchase it.

The purchase was made outside of Scroutz from a well-known chain and the 8kg size is a disadvantage because it does not have automatic weighing, meaning it does not tell you how many kilograms of clothes you have put inside. So far, I have done 3 washes. The first one was perfect, at 2-3, I washed towels while it said 40 degrees and 1400 revolutions with 2 rinses. It said it would take 1 hour and 27 minutes, but after 25 minutes it automatically changed to 3 hours and 5 minutes. This happened twice, so I called Samsung and they told me it is normal because it recognizes what you have put inside and changes the time. Usually, it does this with cotton clothes. I don't know if this is correct or not, so if anyone has experienced the same, please respond. Easy connection with the mobile phone, but you cannot start it from the mobile, you have to press the final button on the washing machine.

After about 2 months of use, I can say that I am satisfied.
Its menu is very easy, but I rarely use it. I prefer the SmartThings app where you can select the clothes you have inside and it suggests programs and you can easily control it from there.

Two observations:
1) It has an option for delayed start, but when using liquid detergent, it runs under the compartment and makes a small mess. So if you can, don't combine them.
2) It has the "tendency" to bring the tablet (water softener) or the color catcher to the rubber-bottom part of the door. I don't know if this happens in all of them.

The downside is that it takes 3 and a half to 4 hours to complete. With other common programs with washing at 30 degrees and without the Bubble Soak, it does not wash well. An exception are the programs that also use steam, but there the washing is at 60 degrees so it is not for frequent use. Another big negative is that it often 'eats' the color catchers, meaning during the wash wherever you have placed it, it starts to pull it forward and gradually puts it between the drum's silicone and inside the gap, resulting in having to remove it after 2 washes from the washing machine's bottom filter and also risking transferring the color to the clothes, which has happened to us. The only solution is to put it in the net you use for underwear and socks but it still won't be as effective. Another major negative is that we, who never used a net, were forced to because occasionally we found torn underwear, socks, bras. Then of course, sometimes, occasionally, we also found t-shirts or tank tops torn at their sleeves or high on the shoulders. We have contacted Samsung's customer service twice already but the solutions they told us are not effective. Even with a full washing machine, meaning not overly filled, such damages to clothes can occur that can cost a fortune. In conclusion, it is obvious that we would not buy it again and the purpose of the review is to protect a household that will spend a respectable amount to purchase it.

So far, I have done 3 washes. The first one was perfect, at 2-3, I washed towels while it said 40 degrees and 1400 revolutions with 2 rinses. It said it would take 1 hour and 27 minutes, but after 25 minutes it automatically changed to 3 hours and 5 minutes. This happened twice, so I called Samsung and they told me it is normal because it recognizes what you have put inside and changes the time. Usually, it does this with cotton clothes. I don't know if this is correct or not, so if anyone has experienced the same, please respond. Easy connection with the mobile phone, but you cannot start it from the mobile, you have to press the final button on the washing machine.
