My regular size is 36-37 in Nimbus, but for years now I have been buying size 37.5. The left foot, which is slightly bigger in this particular model, fits perfectly for running! The upper part tore in 3 months without running. Only walking and standing. They were never washed! They are not worth the money. They are too expensive to last so little. They are quite comfortable but what's the point when after 3 months you can't wear them again! I do not recommend them. (I bought them from a physical store and of course the price was even higher)

I consider the ASICS Nimbus and ASICS Kayano series to be top-notch. Of course, they are primarily training shoes and here in Greece, we use them incorrectly for everyday use, except for running, where there are specialized athletic shoes for this purpose. It's like using mountain bikes in the city. It's just a fashion statement! The biggest downside is the SIZES. For some unknown reason, each new model gets smaller and narrower, resulting in the deviation from the usual size being diminished. It's tragic, and the worst part is not knowing what size to order if you're shopping online and having to go through the time-consuming process of returns. Honestly, I don't see the point of the shrinking and the inconvenience it brings. Additionally, the upper fabric gradually tightens and restricts the space for the big toe, resulting in sacrificing comfort and causing the fabric to wear out quickly. Here, ASICS introduced the Lite models in each series, which this time provided excessive space for the big toe and overall, making the shoes internally unstable. It's like the balance in shoe sizes has been lost somewhere. In terms of overall size and comfort, ASICS gradually loses points. Because of all these reasons, I have decided to give another athletic company a chance this time.
Θεωρώ τις σειρές ASICS Nimbus κι ASICS Kayano κορυφαίες. Βέβαια είναι παπούτσια ουσιαστικά προπόνησης κι εδώ στην Ελλάδα τα χρησιμοποιούμε λαθεμένα για καθημερινή χρήση πλην τρεξίματος που υπάρχουν εξειδικευμένα αθλητικά παπούτσια γι' αυτόν το σκοπό. Κάτι σαν mountain bikes στην πόλη. Μόδα ένα πράγμα! Το μέγιστο αρνητικό είναι ΤΑ ΜΕΓΕΘΗ. Γι' άγνωστο λόγο, κάθε επόμενο μοντέλο μικραίνει και στενεύει με αποτέλεσμα η απόκλιση από το σύνηθες μέγεθος να αμβλύνεται. τραγικά και το χειρότερο όλων να μην ξέρεις τι νούμερο να κάνεις παραγγελία αν πρόκειται να ψωνίσεις ιντερνετικά και να μπαίνεις στη χρονοβόρα διαδικασία επιστροφών. Ειλικρινά δε βλέπω τη σκοπιμότητα της σμίκρυνσης και της ταλαιπωρίας που επέρχεται από αυτή. Εκτός αυτού, σταδιακά στενεύει το upper ύφασμα κι το χώρο του μεγάλου δαχτύλου με αποτέλεσμα τη θυσία της άνεσης φυσικά και τη γρήγορη φθορά του upper υφάσματος. Εδώ η ASICS έφερε τα μοντέλα Lite σε κάθε σειρά που αυτή τη φορά έδωσε πέρα του δέοντος χώρο στο μεγάλο δάχτυλο και γενικά, τόσο που καθιστά τα παπούτσια εσωτερικά ασταθή. Δηλαδή κάπου έχει χαθεί η ισορροπία στα μεγέθη των παπουτσιών. Στο ευρύτερο κομμάτι μεγέθους κι άνεσης σταδιακά η ASICS χάνει πόντους. Γιια όλα τα παραπάνω, αποφάσισα να δώσω ευκαιρία σε άλλη εταιρεία αθλητικών αυτή τη φορά.

Just arrived. I immediately put them on. They are lightweight. Comfortable. Soft to step on, like wearing nothing. The reviews helped me and I ended up buying half a size up. So, I bought size 40.5 instead of 40. I believe I did well for two reasons. Firstly, because it is a sports shoe and it needs comfort, and additionally, the fabric is relatively thin and with the pressure of the big toe, it can open up. The color I bought is pale pink, gray due to the price. It was the most economical at 135€. It looks beautiful although a bit Barbie-like. I hope it doesn't get dirty easily. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. If I notice anything strange, I will come back.
Μόλις έφτασαν. Τα φόρεσα αμέσως. Είναι ελαφριά. Άνετα. Μαλακά στο πάτημα, σαν να μη φοράς παπούτσια. Με βοήθησαν οι κριτικές και κατέληξα μισό νούμερο πάνω. Από 40 δηλαδή αγόρασα το 40.5. Πιστεύω πως έκανα καλά για δύο λόγους. Αρχικά επειδή είναι αθλητικό παπούτσι και θέλει άνεση και επιπλέον το ύφασμα είναι σχετικά λεπτό και με την πίεση του μεγάλου δακτύλου μπορεί να ανοίξει. Το χρώμα που αγόρασα είναι το ροζ παλ, γκρι λόγω της τιμής. Ήταν το πιο οικονομικό 135€. Όμορφο φαίνεται αν και λίγο Μπάρμπι. Ελπίζω να μην λερώνεται εύκολα. Είμαι γενικά ευχαριστημένη από την αγορά μου. Αν διαπιστώσω κάτι περίεργο θα επανέλθω.

I do aerobics and HIIT and I wanted a shoe that would hold my foot well, with a comfortable sole that absorbs shocks. The shoe is fantastic! It is very lightweight, you don't feel it, it holds the foot perfectly (especially in the heel and arch), giving freedom to the toes. Here, ASICS introduced the Lite models in each series, which this time provided excessive space for the big toe and overall, making the shoes internally unstable. It's like the balance in shoe sizes has been lost somewhere. In terms of overall size and comfort, ASICS gradually loses points. Because of all these reasons, I have decided to give another athletic company a chance this time.
Θεωρώ τις σειρές ASICS Nimbus κι ASICS Kayano κορυφαίες. Βέβαια είναι παπούτσια ουσιαστικά προπόνησης κι εδώ στην Ελλάδα τα χρησιμοποιούμε λαθεμένα για καθημερινή χρήση πλην τρεξίματος που υπάρχουν εξειδικευμένα αθλητικά παπούτσια γι' αυτόν το σκοπό. Κάτι σαν mountain bikes στην πόλη. Μόδα ένα πράγμα! Το μέγιστο αρνητικό είναι ΤΑ ΜΕΓΕΘΗ. Γι' άγνωστο λόγο, κάθε επόμενο μοντέλο μικραίνει και στενεύει με αποτέλεσμα η απόκλιση από το σύνηθες μέγεθος να αμβλύνεται. τραγικά και το χειρότερο όλων να μην ξέρεις τι νούμερο να κάνεις παραγγελία αν πρόκειται να ψωνίσεις ιντερνετικά και να μπαίνεις στη χρονοβόρα διαδικασία επιστροφών. Ειλικρινά δε βλέπω τη σκοπιμότητα της σμίκρυνσης και της ταλαιπωρίας που επέρχεται από αυτή. Εκτός αυτού, σταδιακά στενεύει το upper ύφασμα κι το χώρο του μεγάλου δαχτύλου με αποτέλεσμα τη θυσία της άνεσης φυσικά και τη γρήγορη φθορά του upper υφάσματος. Εδώ η ASICS έφερε τα μοντέλα Lite σε κάθε σειρά που αυτή τη φορά έδωσε πέρα του δέοντος χώρο στο μεγάλο δάχτυλο και γενικά, τόσο που καθιστά τα παπούτσια εσωτερικά ασταθή. Δηλαδή κάπου έχει χαθεί η ισορροπία στα μεγέθη των παπουτσιών. Στο ευρύτερο κομμάτι μεγέθους κι άνεσης σταδιακά η ASICS χάνει πόντους. Γιια όλα τα παραπάνω, αποφάσισα να δώσω ευκαιρία σε άλλη εταιρεία αθλητικών αυτή τη φορά.

Just arrived. I immediately put them on. They are lightweight. Comfortable. Soft to step on, like wearing nothing. The reviews helped me and I ended up buying half a size up. So, I bought size 40.5 instead of 40. I believe I did well for two reasons. Firstly, because it is a sports shoe and it needs comfort, and additionally, the fabric is relatively thin and with the pressure of the big toe, it can open up. The color I bought is pale pink, gray due to the price. It was the most economical at 135€. It looks beautiful although a bit Barbie-like. I hope it doesn't get dirty easily. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. If I notice anything strange, I will come back.
Μόλις έφτασαν. Τα φόρεσα αμέσως. Είναι ελαφριά. Άνετα. Μαλακά στο πάτημα, σαν να μη φοράς παπούτσια. Με βοήθησαν οι κριτικές και κατέληξα μισό νούμερο πάνω. Από 40 δηλαδή αγόρασα το 40.5. Πιστεύω πως έκανα καλά για δύο λόγους. Αρχικά επειδή είναι αθλητικό παπούτσι και θέλει άνεση και επιπλέον το ύφασμα είναι σχετικά λεπτό και με την πίεση του μεγάλου δακτύλου μπορεί να ανοίξει. Το χρώμα που αγόρασα είναι το ροζ παλ, γκρι λόγω της τιμής. Ήταν το πιο οικονομικό 135€. Όμορφο φαίνεται αν και λίγο Μπάρμπι. Ελπίζω να μην λερώνεται εύκολα. Είμαι γενικά ευχαριστημένη από την αγορά μου. Αν διαπιστώσω κάτι περίεργο θα επανέλθω.
Very lightweight and comfortable shoe, but you need to choose a size bigger than what you wear, also the protection from tearing in the front part in front of the big toe may bother some people. The only thing I want to add is that with expensive running shoes I had an issue on the inner side and both knees with running on tartan, and now with these I have no pain at all with running on concrete! Πολύ ελαφρύ και άνετο παπούτσι, πρέπει ομως να διαλέξετε ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο από ότι φορατε, επίσης η προστασία απο το σκίσιμο στο μπροστινό μέρος μπροστά από το μεγάλο δάκτυλο ίσως ενοχλεί κάποιους. Το μόνο που θέλω να προσθέσω είναι ότι με επίσης ακριβά running είχα θέμα στον έσω πλάγιο και στα δύο γόνατα με τρέξιμο στο ταρτάν, και τώρα με αυτά δεν έχω κανένα πόνο με τρέξιμο σε τσιμέντο! Κορυφαία προστασία από κραδασμούς!

I do aerobics and HIIT and I wanted a shoe that would hold my foot well, with a comfortable sole that absorbs shocks. The shoe is fantastic! It is very lightweight, you don't feel it, it holds the foot perfectly (especially in the heel and arch), giving freedom to the toes. It doesn't slip at all in lateral movements, it is very stable in sudden changes of direction and it is very soft. Highly recommended!

The upper part tore in 3 months without running. Only walking and standing. They were never washed! They are not worth the money. They are too expensive to last so little. They are quite comfortable but what's the point when after 3 months you can't wear them again! I do not recommend them. (I bought them from a physical store and of course the price was even higher)
