I bought it in April. The inner container is very lightweight and convenient. But! Within a very short period of time, the outer layer started peeling off from the bottom. I don't use wire, only a soft sponge. Also, the sound it makes when it reaches temperature, while releasing the first steam, is so scary that I no longer use the lid and I just use it as a regular pot.
