The washing machine is value for money. It's worth its money 100%. It has a huge drum, many washing and drying options, and countless programs. Ideally, it should be combined with the mobile application because it makes program selection easier.

On 31.10.2022, I bought a HOOVER HDP 696AMBC/1-S WASHER-DRYER. A little over a year later, I found that it damages my clothes. I am a bachelor, using it about once a month at 30 degrees and 600-800 spins, washing the clothes inside out and always on ANTI-TANGLE. After contacting the store and Hoover's service, a technician came immediately, was helpful, and indeed found that there is an issue with the clothes. Nevertheless, the service concluded that it is probably the quality of the clothes that is to blame!!! A few days ago, I bought 2 identical pajamas and washed them the same way in 2 different washing machines, and the same issue occurred again! The device was still under warranty. One was blaming the "BALL" on the other. I told them I don't care about the warranty; what should I do, find me a solution or should I throw it away? The response? - I don't know!!!

4 stars because the menu on the device itself could be a bit more convenient. However, it is completely silent, has many programs through the app which connects very easily. The drying is also very good, as long as you don't overload it because it greatly increases the time and leaves all the clothes wrinkled. Excellent value for money, it also has short programs, ideal for a few clothes.

Amazing value for money. Countless features through the app. To be honest, I haven't tried the remote control. The wifi is extremely convenient, you set the time + program and your clothes are ready. It is also extremely quiet. Maybe the only downside is the time. For large loads, it takes quite a while, but that's true for most dryers. Its durability over time remains to be seen…

In washing it is good but in drying it is unreliable, it takes too long, it never finishes within the indicated drying time, it always says one thing at the beginning and something else later, and when there is one minute left, it never actually finishes after one minute and the completion time keeps getting extended minute by minute. The app is not reliable, it generally crashes and the dryer throws water very often even in the last minutes of the program's completion, resulting in the clothes always coming out a little damp or even quite damp in some cases. Recently, I bought a Candy washer-dryer, which also belongs to HON, just like Hoover.

Well, it's 1 star and that's it!! We had a 10-year-old washing machine and replaced it with this one because we wanted a washer and dryer together. It makes so much noise that you think you're living in a house undergoing a complete renovation!! All the programs have excessively long duration. The app is unacceptable!! In the drying cycle, there is no program under 4 hours and it doesn't always dry all the clothes!! It's not worth its money!!

We have been using this particular washer dryer for the past 3 months. It is decent for the money it costs, but it is not the best. There is no short program for temperatures above 40°C. The dryer usually takes 4 to 5 hours on average. It is noisy during the spin cycle and it has quite a few vibrations, causing it to move from its position.

The washing machine is very good. It is very quiet during the wash, and although it makes some noise during the drying, it is of very short duration and does not bother at all. For drying, a tip to dry larger quantities in less time is to spin the clothes twice. So when one program finishes, you can put it on the spin program again and then dry. It is a must for areas with high fireplace density in winter, especially if you have small children and no space for a dryer. I hope it withstands the test of time.

4 stars. Because the construction is very fake for its price (I have no opinion on other dryers) and also I had a 10-year-old washer that had 3 programs, all of them cleaned all the stains. Now in this one, I don't know, I have to find the program out of the 40 it has. So far, NOT satisfied.

In the positives and 10 stars:
Number of programs only with use from the mobile,
In short, I don't want to judge my purchase negatively. But I believe that when you combine a dryer and a washer, it may lose a little in washing.

In the four months that we have had it, it has left us with the best impressions. The only negative thing I find is the weak network card, which cannot connect to the router at a distance of 4 meters with an angle, as I have it in the bathroom and it needs an extender.

So far it seems flawless. It has a lot of programs in the application, which you can customize according to your needs.
If I have to find a negative, it is that the selection of programs from the device is a bit strange because it only has icons, so you have to choose one by one to see the description of the program on the screen, but who uses it traditionally when you have such a user-friendly application?

    Καλησπέρα! Στο site της συσκευής αναφέρεται ότι υπάρχει δοχείο που γεμίζεις απορυπαντικό και καταναλώνει σε κάθει πλύση μόνο όσο χρειάζεται, ισχύει; γιατί δε το έχω βρει να αναφέρεται κάπου αλλού. Επίσης πως τα πάει με το στέγνωμα; τα βγάζει εντελώς στεγνά;

I hope it withstands the test of time.

while it is relatively good for its price. still, we haven't figured out the application. I put them on at one time and they finish at another time. generally, the application is a bit chaotic

It has many programs, we are still searching for the best program. There are several times when it removes clothes without needing an iron.

In the four months that we have had it, it has left us with the best impressions. The only negative thing I find is the weak network card, which cannot connect to the router at a distance of 4 meters with an angle, as I have it in the bathroom and it needs an extender.

I am using the washing machine and I will come back for the dryer once it gets colder! For now, I love the 9kg capacity!

Overkill for one person but I bought it on sale. I like the features, I don’t use the WiFi connection but it’s a fun toy.

The door does not close when the dust drawer is open. Strange construction. Washes well. Drying is okay.
