The Behringer MonoPoly synthesizer features four oscillators that can be played simultaneously with chord memory or polyphonically. Each oscillator has triangle, sawtooth and pulse waveforms, with pulse-width modulation, octave selection, and tuning and volume controls. It includes oscillator sync and cross modulation with adjustable intensity.

The low-pass filter features resonance and adjustable keyboard tracking. Two ADSR envelopes control the VCF and VCA, while the two LFOs provide waveforms for modulation. The arpeggiator, pitch wheel and modulation wheel complete the controls.
