Description

Acrylic resin which, when added to any type of cement and lime mortars, significantly improves their properties. As a mass additive, it increases adhesion, waterproofing, elasticity, and durability of the mortars, preventing shrinkage and cracking. As a priming material, it stabilizes loose mineral surfaces and lightweight floor coverings (fillings) and creates the appropriate substrate for the adhesion of decorative bricks, stones, ceramic tiles, insulating materials, etc.

  • Specific weight 1.00±0.05 kg/lt
  • Application temperature From +5 °C to +35 °C
  • Toxicity according to EC directive 88/379
  • Does not contain organic solvents

Applications

DUROSTICK D-20 is essential in numerous construction applications such as: Building: bricks, concrete blocks, stones, decorative bricks.

The result of its addition is the increase in adhesion, elasticity, bonding strength, and waterproofing.

Application of high-strength plasters: it is essential in the scratch coat, increasing adhesion especially on surfaces covered with extruded or expanded polystyrene.

Prevents the cracking of the base coat plaster, increasing its cohesion.

Seals and strengthens the final coat plaster, preventing the formation of capillary cracks either from natural or artificial vibrations from excavation machinery working in adjacent areas.
