Add 1 tablespoon of powder to a cup of whole milk (230ml), stir well until the powder is fully dissolved, and heat to 65°C.

Cold beverage:

Add 2 tablespoons of powder to 120ml of whole milk and 120g of ice, blend for 20'' and serve.
