The CressiSub Gara Modular Sprint fins have a detachable plastic blade, allowing them to be disassembled for transport or storage. They are designed for freediving and spearfishing, with a shorter blade that makes maneuvering easier in shallow water and during winter use. The blade has a 29-degree bend angle, while the Rondine Optix design improves blade control.

The Self Adjusting Foot Pocket combines two flexible, non-elastic thermoplastic materials, with soft elastomer across the top of the instep and a harder material on the sides. The blade consists of a uniform-thickness base and a flexible propulsion structure, along with a variable-thickness covering that tapers toward the tip. Together, these components help store and release elastic energy, generate thrust, and reduce fatigue.
