  • Collector frame made of special aluminum alloy profile (Al Mg Si 0.5) painted with Seaside Class type electrostatic paint for greater protection. 
  • Selective titanium absorber with special vacuum coating, high absorption, and low emission, increasing the collector's absorption capacity, welded with new laser technology for immediate heat transfer to the thermal fluid. 
  • Absorption coefficient of selective surface with α ≥ 0.95 ± 0.02.
  • Emission coefficient of selective surface with ε ≤ 0.05 ± 0.02.
  • Collector feed and return pipes (headers) made of copper with a diameter of 22mm. 
  • Absorber pipes (manifolds) made of copper. 
  • Unbreakable safety glass with a thickness of 4mm with a constant expansion coefficient, resistant to adverse weather conditions (e.g., hail, extreme temperature changes, etc.). 
  • Glass transparency coefficient with t ≥ 0.90 low in iron oxides (low iron).
  • Rear plate made of aluminum sheet. Except for EPI 56 OL & EPI 57 KL which are galvanized.
  • Rear insulation of the collector made of 30mm thick rock wool with thermal conductivity λ=0.035 W/m grd (measured at 0°C). 
  • Side insulation of the collector made of 20mm thick fiberglass to minimize thermal losses. 
  • Sealing of the collector with black silicone.
