The negative thing is that after a while of use, the battery heats up and warms your neck.
Something else I noticed because I ordered it and reordered it a few times, it came almost every time with a different model. Each store has its own. They look quite similar, of course, but for example, one of them made a lot of noise, if it had happened to be the first one, I don't think I would have bought another one.
