This instruction book has been written to facilitate English speaking driving students in obtaining successfully the written test and learning real driving, not just to obtain the driving license. The book reading should be accompanied by equivalent practical training and practice. It does not replace in any case the theory or practical lessons.

The handbook contains all the material present in the Ministry of Transport's book, including theory and exercises, with the following provisions:

• Underneath each book's question, a writer's explanation is included along with supplementary pictures and other references covering the theory and the Traffic code, making the official book unnecessary.
• Some answers may be repeated deliberately to better furnish the subject.

The material of the handbook began as a teaching curriculum for the theory courses taught in the faculty's classroom. Each subsequent lesson saw necessary improvements and changes until the handbook reached its final form.
