Gastronorm pan by GTSA, size GN1/1 and depth 65 millimeters. It is suitable for food preparation, cooking, and storage as it withstands temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Celsius. Due to its stainless steel material, which is highly resistant to high temperatures, it does not leave odors in the food and maintains its taste unchanged. Besides cooking, it is also suitable for maintaining food temperature in buffets as well as in refrigerated or non-refrigerated display cases.
It is a very good choice for food storage in restaurants and catering, as due to its resistance to temperature fluctuations, it can be placed directly from the oven into a blast chiller. Its only drawback is that it is not suitable for use in a microwave oven.
