The I2C temperature sensor is one of the most accurate available, with a typical accuracy of ±0.25°C in the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a resolution of +0.0625°C. It works seamlessly with any microcontroller using the I2C standard, featuring 3 address pins that allow the connection of up to 8 devices on a single I2C line without address conflicts. The wide voltage range allows it to be used with logic voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V.
This particular sensor is not available in a through-hole form for mounting; therefore, it has been installed on a PCB for easy use. The board includes mounting holes and pull-down resistors for the 3 address pins. A library guide is also provided, compatible with Arduino or CircuitPython.
