Αδερφε εγω στα 70 και αντεχουν καλα δεν κουνιουνται καν ειναι αρκετα στιβαρα μεχρι 85 ξερω οτι κραταει γερα πιστευω και 90 αντεχει αλλα καλυτερα πηγαινε σε ξυλινες παραλετες για hand stand αυτα βολεουν και ειναι πιο πολυ για push ups
