    Very good magnesium but it's Citrate which means it has absorption issues that depend on each individual. For me, it's just OK. There are other magnesiums that are much better but its price is advantageous.

    I take citric magnesium daily to combat constipation and I can say that it has helped me quite a lot as it has a mild laxative effect, apart from the other benefits that this particular magnesium has of course. The best time to take it is at night on an empty stomach so that you have maximum absorption, it works during the night and in the morning you can go to the toilet more easily. You can also combine it with other forms of magnesium such as glycinate, which I take to improve sleep quality.

The only supplement that worked like clockwork was the citric magnesium I was taking from a company abroad. I decided to try this one too. I don't mind the taste (which is actually quite difficult to drink with water). It dissolves easily in lukewarm - hot water. But, to be honest, it doesn't do the job that the other one I get from America does. So I won't take it again

The powder composition is more practical than pills that "sit" in your throat. LEG CRAMPS HAVE DECREASED BY 95%!!!
