As a BARBELL, they are decent except for the issue that the little things at the end that tighten the discs sometimes loosen if you're not careful. As for the BAR, I don't have an opinion because I haven't used it many times, but I don't recommend it for a bar

The order was delivered exactly as described (dumbbells with connecting bar). For the described use, which is home fitness, they are great. The dumbbells screw on easily and seem to have durability over time, although this cannot be confirmed yet. For those looking for something more or have more specialized requirements, they should probably look for something else.

If you want to buy it because you think it has the iron connecting bar inside, do not make a purchase before confirming from the store that it contains it. The product I received does not contain it, so I will have to return it.

Price (28/5/2021): I got the set for a final price of €60.30 (including shipping and cash on delivery).

You can do your exercises correctly and decently as a beginner, without any problem.

The conversion from dumbbells to a bar is very easy.
