On 4.10.23, the second day of normal operation of the refrigerator according to all the requested specifications.
The back of the Preservation has a little ice.
I called Technical Support and told the Technician. (13.30)
He told me that it is Normal.
When I dared to tell him that the previous fridge, PITSOS, did not have any ice in the Preservation for 35 years of impeccable operation, he replied to me with a strong and unacceptable attitude.
This is the mistake that most people make. They compare "Different Things". Besides, if you didn't want it to have ice, you should have bought a NO FROST!!! (Very polite...)
...and when I asked him where the water goes when the ice melts, he tells me:
It has a little tray at the back, if you see that it's full....EMPTY IT!!!!
As for the Silent Operation, it is anything but silent.
It makes a continuous buzzing noise when it's working, quite annoying.
In the Cooling department, it is impeccable.
The fact that the door doesn't open fully is quite inconvenient.
The Freezing is quite large.
As for the shelf positions, the top shelf needed to be 10 points lower.
So that the "Chaos" that the bottom shelf has can be reduced and the top shelf can be more functional.
Finally, I hope that I will have 35 years of impeccable operation like the previous one!!!
