      The lighting board burned out in 4 months. The fact that it dims by itself after 10 minutes is very annoying! I wouldn't buy it again, it doesn't have the quality I expected. Also, very poor mounting and very difficult with its own brackets and not stable at all. It had to be screwed into the cabinet in the end. Terrible experience

      The worst extractor. It's not worth its money. Water drips like a river into the cabinets. I installed it during the renovation and it caused my cabinets to swell. It doesn't suck at all, and after ten minutes it lowers itself, so I have to go every ten minutes to strengthen it. I put a bowl under the extractor and it filled with a lot of water. Completely useless!! When the technician came because I couldn't take it anymore and I notified the company, they told me that it's for odors and not for steam... whatever... from what I saw on their page, everyone has the same problem! Stay awayyyyyy

Supposedly, I got it to avoid steam and absorb everything, but from what I see, it is not what you promised. The only positive thing is that it is quiet at level 4
