The machine (12,000 BTU) was one of the best choices I could make. It performs as promised both in heating and cooling. It has extra features such as sterilization at 56 degrees Celsius, etc.
Note that we are talking about a house with external insulation. I read some negative reviews on many sites, but in the end, they admitted that there was either no proper insulation or no insulation at all in their house. It is good to invest first in good insulation (the Alpha and Omega) and then deal with the air conditioner that you will pay a little more for, but you will enjoy it for years without any problems. A house with external insulation keeps the house cool even when you turn off the air conditioner, no matter how crazy it sounds. I experienced it and I couldn't believe it because from previous experiences, as soon as you turn off the machine, the coolness or warmth immediately disappears. And this happened in one of the hottest places in Greece.
So, this is my personal experience! I would give it 10 stars, but it only goes up to 5!

Και στην θέρμανση και στην ψύξη αποδίδει αυτά που που υπόσχεται. Έχει έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά όπως αποστείρωση στους 56 βαθμούς κελσίου κ.α.
Σημείωση μιλάμε για σπίτι με εξωτερική μόνωση. Διάβασα κάποιες αρνητικές κριτικές σε πολλά site, όμως παραδεχόντουσαν εν τέλει πως δεν υπήρχε σωστή ή καθόλου μόνωση στο σπίτι. Καλό είναι να επενδύσετε πρώτα σε μια καλή μόνωση (το Α και το Ω) και μετά να ασχοληθείτε με το κλιματιστικό που θα πληρώσετε λίγο παραπάνω, αλλά θα το απολαύσετε για χρόνια χωρίς προβλήματα. Σπίτι με μόνωση εξωτερική, κρατάει το σπίτι δροσερό όταν κλείσεις το κλιματιστικό όσο και "τρελό" να ακούγεται. Το έζησα και δεν το πίστευα, γιατί απο παλαιότερες εμπειρίες, με το που κλείνεις το μηχάνημα αμέσως χάνεται η δροσιά ή η ζέστη αντίστοιχα. Και μάλιστα σε ένα απο τα πιο καυτά μέρη της Ελλάδας.
Αυτή λοιπόν είναι η προσωπική μου εμπειρία! Θα έβαζα 10 αστέρια αλλά έχει μέχρι 5 μόνο!!!
Purchase from a department store with a recycling voucher, worked for a year and then the motor burned out. It was replaced under warranty, but we were informed that the installation was not done correctly and we were charged 60 euros for a little extra copper. Be careful that whoever installs it leaves enough copper pipe so that it doesn't pass through inside out. I'm afraid that the performance has decreased after the service, I will return to it in due time.
It has a fan function, but it can only be activated through the application, I couldn't get it to work with the remote control. Very strange remote control.
Αγορά απο πολυκαταστημα με επιταγη ανακυκλωσης, δουλεψε ενα χρονο και μετα εκαψε μοτερ αντικατασταθηκε στην εγγυηση αλλα ενημερωθηκαμε οτι δεν ειχε γινει σωστα η εγκατασταση. και επιβαρυνθηκαμε 60 ευρω για λιγο χαλκο παραπανω . Προσοχή οποιος σας το περασει να αφησει επαρκη σωληνα χαλκου να μην σας το περασει μεσα εξω.απευθειας.
Φοβαμαι οτι επεσε η αποδοση του μετα το service θα επανερθω εν καιρο.
Διαθέτει λειτουργια ανεμιστηρα αλλα μπαινει μονο απο την εφαρμογη απο το ρεμοτε δεν μπορεσα να το κανω να δουλεψει.

This particular model has problematic behavior at low temperatures. It has a "heating zone" in the external unit, which is activated at external temperatures below 4 degrees and operates continuously until the temperature rises above 4 degrees. The zone operates non-stop, even when the air conditioner is not heating the room but is on standby (when, for example, there is another heating source)! This function increases consumption by 8kWh per 24 hours, a not insignificant amount, practically doubling consumption at temperatures below 4 degrees.
Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο έχει προβληματική συμπεριφορά στις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Διαθέτει "ζώνη θέρμανσης" στην εξωτερική μονάδα, η οποία ενεργοποιείται σε εξωτερικές θερμοκρασίες κάτω των 4 βαθμών, και λειτουργεί συνεχώς, μέχρι η θερμοκρασία να ανέβει πάνω από 4 βαθμούς. Η ζώνη λειτουργεί ακατάπαυστα, ακόμη και όταν το κλιματιστικό δεν θερμαίνει τον χώρο, αλλά είναι σε αναμονή (όταν για παράδειγμα υπάρχει και άλλη πηγή θέρμανσης)! Η λειτουργία αυτή αυξάνει την κατανάλωση κατά 8kWh ανά 24ωρο, ποσότητα διόλου ευκαταφρόνητη, πρακτικά διπλασιάζει την κατανάλωση στις χαμηλότερες των 4 βαθμών θερμοκρασίες.
I bought a 24 for a 47sqm living room and a 12 for a small room. Both are very good and have an immediate response. The house cools down quickly and when combined with the two, it becomes ice cold. As for heating, it's pretty good, I must say. The wifi is very good as well, as I turn it on before I arrive home and find it cool. As for consumption, I'm not sure yet.
Πήρα ένα 24 για σαλόνι 47τμ και ένα 12 για μικρό δωμάτιο . Πολυ καλά και τα 2 άμεση ανταπόκριση.. ψύχεται γρήγορα το σπίτι και σε συνδιασμό με τα 2 γίνεται παγάκι .. και στην θέρμανση καλουτσικο δεν μπορώ να πω ... Το wifi πολύ καλό καθώς το ανάβω πριν φτάσω σπίτι και το βρίσκω δροσερό... Όσο αναφορά για κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμα σιγουριά.
Christ is Risen, good air conditioner but I have some issues...
I installed it in winter '22-23, a silent machine, beautiful (very beautiful I would say) but it had two drawbacks that troubled me and didn't leave me completely satisfied. It was tested in the severe cold with 0 degrees outside down to -0, it warmed the room from 11 degrees room temperature to 18 in 20 minutes. Very good, but from there on, it started to struggle. It reached 22-23 with difficulty set to 25 after 2 hours and did not create the "warm" atmosphere I expected, and also, at times, it brought bursts of cold air. Not very cold, but cold. I wasn't so satisfied with the heating. Although the air conditioner emits very warm air. The big problem and the drawback was that it emitted a strange subtle smell that caused me discomfort and headache and allergic symptoms like a stuffy nose, dry throat, dryness, tightness in the temples, and intracranial pressure. I haven't experienced this with an air conditioner before. The discomfort was really intense. The problem was reduced but not eliminated when I activated the health air. Then the problem and the smell were greatly reduced, but I can't say I felt 100% well and comfortable, just tolerable to a great extent. I don't know if I got a problematic unit or if that's generally how the comfort is. Or if it's because it was new. The truth is that because of this, I didn't use it much, about 5-6 times all winter and in the very cold except for one normal day. Now it remains to use it in cooling and see, I will return when the heat starts. I was thinking of putting the same one in the 9-room but I'm troubled and thinking a lot.
Update 10/5/2025 Christ is Risen! I was a bit late to write an update out of negligence. So, the air conditioner is perfect, very powerful in both heat and cold. After a visit from an inventor partner's crew, they told me to leave it on full heat for 2 hours. The smell really disappeared, and the air conditioner was firing from then on.
Finally, the smell was due to its newness because the machine was new.
That's why I'm raising the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Very satisfied now.
Χριστός Ανέστη καλό κλιματιστικό αλλά έχω κάποια αλλά...
Το τοποθέτησα χειμώνα '22-23 αθόρυβο μηχάνημα όμορφο(πολύ όμορφο θα έλεγα) αλλά είχε δύο μείον που με προβλημάτισαν και δεν με άφησαν τόσο ικανοποιημένο. Δοκιμάστηκε με τα μεγάλα κρύα με 0 βαθμούς έξω έως και -0 ζέστανε το χώρο από 11 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία δωματίου μέσα σε 20 λεπτά το πήγε 18. Πολύ καλό αυτό αλλά από εκεί και πάνω άρχιζαν τα ζόρια. Έφτανε με ρύθμιση στους 25 με το ζόρι 22-23 μετά από 2 ώρες και δεν δημιουργούσε αυτήν την "ζεστή" ατμόσφαιρα που περίμενα και επίσης ώρες ώρες έφερνε ριπές κρύου αέρα. Όχι πολύ κρύου αλλά κρύου. Δεν έμεινα τόσο ικανοποιημένος από την θέρμανση. Παρότι το κλιματιστικό βγάζει πολύ θερμό αέρα. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα όμως και το μείον ήταν ότι έβγαζε μια περίεργη διακριτική μυρωδιά πού μού δημιουργούσε δυσφορία και πονοκέφαλο και αλλεργικά συμπτώματα μπουκωμένη μύτη, ξηρός λαιμός στεγνός,σφίξιμο στα μελίγγια και ενδοκρανιακή πίεση. Δεν το έχω ξαναπάθει με κλιματιστικό αυτό. Ήταν πραγματικά έντονη η δυσφορία. Το πρόβλημα μειώθηκε δεν εξαλείφθηκε όταν ενεργοποίησα το health air. Τότε μειώθηκε σε μεγάλο βαθμό το πρόβλημα και η οσμή αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ένιωθα 100% καλά και άνετα απλά ήταν ανεκτό σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα εγώ σε προβληματική μονάδα ή αν γενικά έτσι είναι το comfort. Ή είναι επειδή ήταν καινούργιο. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι λόγω αυτού δεν το πολυχρησιμοποίησα ζήτημα 5-6 φορές όλο το χειμώνα και στα πολύ κρύα εκτός από μία μέρα νορμάλ. Τώρα μένει να το χρησιμοποιήσω στην ψύξη και να δω θα επανέλθω όταν αρχίσουν οι ζέστες. Σκεφτόμουν να βάλω ένα ίδιο και στο δωμάτιο 9αρι αλλά προβληματίζομαι και το σκέφτομαι πολύ.
Update 10/5/2025 Χριστός Ανέστη! Άργησα λίγο να γράψω ενημέρωση από αμέλεια. Λοιπόν το κλιματιστικό είναι τέλειο πολύ δυνατό και στην ζέστη και στο κρύο. Μετά από επίσκεψη συνεργείου συνεργάτη της inventor μού είπαν να το αφήσω 2 ώρες στο φουλ στο ζεστό. Πραγματικά εξαφανίστηκε η μυρωδιά και το κλιματιστικό από κει και πέρα πυροβόλαγε.
Τελικά η μυρωδιά ήταν λόγω νεότητας επειδή ήταν καινούργιο το μηχάνημα.
Για αυτό και ανεβάζω την βαθμολογία από 4 σε 5 αστεράκια. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος πλέον.

It is an air conditioner that lacks nothing. Besides the fact that it heats/cools extremely well and economically, it is important that all its functions work exceptionally. Tremendous wifi and easy installation and operation. You can direct the louvers up, down, left, and right through the remote control. It has a little eye that can direct the air on its own either towards you or away from you. The indicators on the body of the air conditioner are very beautiful. I also mention the ionizer and the sterilization by ultraviolet radiation. Someone really put a lot of thought into the functionality of this product. Immediate response from the dealership's service makes you believe that at least for the 10-year warranty period, you have peace of mind. On the negative side, the fact that the louvers cannot send the air completely vertically and that it is not aesthetically pleasing.
Είναι ενα κλιματιστικο που δεν του λείπει τιποτα. Πέρα απ το ότι θερμαίνει/ψύχει εξαιρετικά και οικονομικά είναι σημαντικό ότι όλες του οι λειτουργίες δουλεύουν εξαιρετικά. Τρομερό wifi και ευκολη εγκατάσταση και χειρισμος. Μπορείς να κατευθυνεις τις περσιδες εκτος απο πανω κατω και αριστερα δεξια μεσω του χειριστηριου. Εχει ματακι που μπορεί αν θέλεις να κατευθύνει μονο του τον αερα ειτε πανω σου ειτε μακρια σου. Πολυ ομορφες οι ενδείξεις πανω στο σώμα του κλιματιστικου. Και αναφερω επισης ιονιστη και αποστειρωση υπεριωδους ακτινοβολιας. Καποιος πραγματικά εβαλε πολυ σκεψη στη λειτουργικότητα αυτου του προϊόντος. Αμεση ανταπόκριση του service της αντιπροσωπείας που σε κάνει να πιστεύεις οτι τουλάχιστον για τα 10 χρόνια της εγγύησης εχεις το κεφάλι σου ησυχο. Στα αρνητικά το γεγονός οτι οι περσιδες δε μπορουν να στειλουν τον αερα εντελως καθετα και οτι δεν το λες απο τα ομορφα.
The 12BTU machine was installed two months ago in a 15sqm northwest bedroom without insulation, with old wooden frames and a rooftop terrace above. I can say that it heats up very easily, within 10 minutes it raises the temperature to 16 degrees when it's 1-5 degrees outside, due to the cold weather. As for the noise, it's understandable when it's operating at high power, but it's not terribly loud. The ionizer does a good job. I don't have an opinion on cooling yet.
Το μηχάνημα 12BTU τοποθετήθηκε πριν δυο μήνες σε υπνοδωμάτιο 15τ.μ. βορειοδυτικο χωρίς μόνωση με παλιά ξυλινα κουφωματα και ταρατσα απο πανω. Μπορώ να πω πως ζεσταινει πολυ ευκολα, μέσα σε 10λεπτά ανεβάζει τη θερμοκρασία στους 16 βαθμούς, όταν έξω έχουμε 1-5 βαθμους, λόγω ΜΠΑΡΜΠΑΡΑΣ. Όσον αφορά το θόρυβο, λογικό είναι όταν δουλευει στη μεγάλη σκαλα, αλλά όχι τρομερά πραγματα. Ο ιονιστής κάνει καλή δουλειά. Για ψυξη δεν έχω άποψη ακόμα.

Το αγόρασα κυρίως για θέρμανση αλλά δεν είναι τόσο δυνατό όσο θα ήθελα.Στη ψυξη είναι πάρα πολύ δυνατό , παγώνει εύκολα το χώρο.Χρειστηκα το service της εταιρείας για ένα θέμα μικρής σημασίας και έμεινα υπέρ ευχαριστημένος διότι απάντησαν σχεδόν την ίδια ημέρα και οι τεχνικοί που ήρθαν στο σπίτι ήταν αναλυτικοί ευγενικοί και συζητήσιμοι.
I recently bought the Inventor Comfort 24,000btu. In the 3 weeks that I have had it, I have been very satisfied. My house is 53 square meters and it quickly lowers the temperature, unlike my old 18-year-old air conditioner from 1999. I measured it from 14:30 in the afternoon until 17:30 in the evening. I used 2kW for the air conditioner, 2 refrigerators, and a freezer. My brother upstairs used 5.4kW with his two old air conditioners, one 12,000btu and one 9,000btu, and a refrigerator. Now, we will see how it performs for heating during the winter. Additionally, there are no strange noises or anything else unusual, and the sensors work perfectly. It connects to the internet without any issues. I turn it on before leaving work and find the house cool when I arrive. I will come back in the winter to see how it performs.

During the winter, it provided both economical and warm heating. I was lucky in my misfortune as my boiler broke in January and I replaced it in April since I couldn't afford it earlier. The money I spent on heating was not even half of what I would have spent with gas prices. It's both economical and warm. I managed to replace it in April and also installed an Inventor air conditioner in the bedroom, and I am completely satisfied. It's cool now during the summer and economical. Now, we will use whatever is cheaper for the winter.
Αγορασα προσφατα το inventor comfort 24.000btu Στης 3 βδομαδες που το εχω,εχω μεινει πολυ ευχαριστημενος.το σπιτι μου 53 τετραγωνικα.κατεβαζει γρηγορα την θερμοκρασια που με ενα παλιο 18αρι που ειχα του 1999 καμια σχεση.εκανα μια μετρηση,14¨30 το μεσημερι μεχρι 17¨30 το απογευμα.εκαψα 2κβ κλιματιστικο 2 ψυγεια και ενας καταψυκτης.ο αδερφος απο επανω εκαψε 5,4 κβ.με 2 κλιματιστικα παλια ενα 12αρι και ενα 9αρι και ενα ψηγειο.τωρα για το χειμωνα που θα το χρησιμοποιήσω και για θερμανση θα δουμε τι λεει.επισεις ουτε τριξιματα ακουγονται ουτε τιποτα αλλο παραξενο,και οι αισθητηρες δουλεουν τελεια.συνδεση με το ιντερνετ μια χαρα.το βαζω σχολοντας απο την εργασια μου και βρίσκω δροσερο το σπιτι οταν ερχομαι.επανερχομαι τον χειμωνα να δουμε τι λεει.

τον χειμωνα την εβγαλα πολυ οικονομικα και ζεστα.ημουν τυχερος στην ατυχια μου μου χαλασε τον ιανουαριο ο λεβητας που τον αντικατεστισα τον απριλιο μιας και δεν μπορουσα οικονομικα νοριτερα.τα χρηματα που ξοδεψα για θερμαση ουτε τα μισα δεν εδωσα με της τιμες που ειχε το αεριο.και οικονομια και ζεστη.καταφερα και αντικατεστισα τον απριλιο και ενα ενιαρακι inventor στην κρεβατοκαμαρα και ειμαι κομπλε.δροσια φουλ τωρα το καλοκαιρι και οικονομικα.τωρα για τον χειμωνα θα δουλεψουμε οτι ειναι φτηνοτερο.
It is an excellent machine! We bought a 24,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU. I haven't tried them for heating, but they work very well for cooling. I have installed the 24,000 BTU in an 80 square meter living room and it cools down quite quickly. Also, the app works correctly all the time. I have been using the air conditioners for two months now, and I can activate them from the road, so the house is always cool when I arrive. In terms of appearance, it's not something amazing, but definitely not something ugly. So far, everything is good!
Ειναι εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα!Εμεις αγοράσαμε ένα 24.000btu και ενα 12.000btu.Στην θέρμανση δεν τα εχω δοκιμάσει, αλλά στη ψύξη τα πανε πολυ καλα.Το 24σαρι το εχω τοποθετήσει σε 80 τετραγωνικά σαλόνι και ψύχεται αρκετά γρήγορα. Επίσης η εφαρμογή μέσω app δουλεύει πάντα σωστά εδω και δυο μήνες που εχω τα κλιματιστικά με αποτέλεσμα να τα ενεργοποιώ απο τον δρόμο και το σπίτι να ειναι παντα δροσερό όταν έρχομαι. Εμφανησιακα δεν ειναι κατι φοβερό αλλά σίγουρα δεν ειναι κατι άσχημο.Μέχρι στιγμής ολα καλα!
The air conditioner was installed last August and until now, as I am writing my review, it has only worked in cooling mode due to the presence of gas in the house.
Let's start with the negatives... the plastic parts are cheaply made, the external unit is quite noisy, it even creaks the fan cover. I installed it high on the wall, maybe if I had placed it on the ground, I would have avoided a lot of noise...
In terms of performance, I am satisfied, although I believe I could have achieved the same with a cheaper purchase. The €1,200 that I paid for it last year is a lot, in my opinion, it's not worth that much.

Ξεκινάμε με τα άσχημα... τα πλαστικά μέρη του είναι φθηνοκατασκευες, η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες, τρίζει μέχρι και το καπάκι του ανεμιστήρα, εγώ το τοποθέτησα ψηλά στον τοίχο ίσως εάν το έβαζα με βάση εδάφους να γλυτωνα αρκετή φασαρια...
Από πλευράς απόδοσης είμαι ικανοποιημένος αν και πιστεύω ότι αυτό θα το είχα και με φθηνότερη αγορά, τα 1.200€ που το πλήρωσα πέρσι είναι πολλά, κατά την άποψη μου δεν αξίζει τόσα.

Σαν παλιός ψυκτικός (πλέον δεν εξασκώ το επάγγελμα) έχω να πω τα εξής. Πλέον πληρώνεις την φίρμα και την υποστήριξη μετά από κάποια αγορά και όχι το μηχάνημα αυτού καθεαυτού. Σήμερα όλα είναι το ίδιο. Δεν αξίζει να δίνεις πολλά χρήματα. Κοιτάς να έχεις υποστήριξη service αν χρειαστείς κάτι. Η εταιρεία inventor θεωρείται σήμερα από τις top στα κλιματιστικά. Εγώ αυτό που βλέπω είναι ότι δεν έχουν καμία απολύτως σχέση στην ποιότητα όπως είχαν τα παλιά κλιματιστικά. Σήμερα όλα έχουν σκληρά πλαστικά και πολύ ψεύτικα κουμπώματα. Οι πλακέτες και γενικά το εσωτερικό είναι όλα ίδια. Κινέζικα. Το συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα δίχνει όμορφο στον τοίχο και μέχρι εκεί. Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες στην μεγάλη ταχύτητα και η απόδοση είναι μέτρια. Κάτι τελευταίο που βλέπω είναι ότι οι σημερινοί τεχνικοί δεν έχουν μεράκι. Τα πετάνε στους τοίχους όπως και όπως για να πάνε παρακάτω. Φανταστείτε ότι μάλωσα με τον "μάστορα" γιατί επέμενε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να γίνει κενό κατά την τοποθέτηση. Φανταστείτε ότι το έπαιζε έξυπνος σε κάποιον όπου έκανε το ίδιο επάγγελμα για πολλά χρόνια πρίν καν αυτός γεννηθεί.

The best thing is Inventor's service, it arrived with broken clips and a noisy fan. They immediately sent replacements and fixed it with new ones.
In terms of performance, I can say it is quite powerful in cooling.
The application is very easy to use and works perfectly.
The only problem I have is the noise, which I find borderline annoying on the high setting, especially compared to a Samsung of the same performance that I have.
Overall, I am satisfied for now, but only time will tell about its reliability.
Update, I also used it for heating, and there is clearly a problem there, no matter what they say. This particular unit shuts off at regular intervals and for a long time due to the thermostat, as mentioned by another reviewer. I have 4 other AC units and none of them do this, including a 24,000 BTU unit from a different brand. I understand it doing defrosting in icy conditions and low temperatures, but not at 5-10 degrees.

Ενημέρωση, το δούλεψα και για θέρμανση , εκεί έχει πρόβλημα ξεκάθαρα ότι και να λένε , το συγκεκριμένο κλείνει ανά τακτά διαστήματα και μεγάλο χρόνο λογο θερμοστάτη που λέει και ένας κύριος στην αξιολόγηση του. Έχω αλλά 4 ac και κανένα δεν το κάνει αυτό από τα οποία το ένα είναι 24αρι άλλης μάρκας . Καταλαβαίνω να κάνει defrost σε πάγους και σε θερμοκρασίες χαμηλές αλλά όχι και στους 5-10 βαθμούς .

I recently bought this specific series of Inverter with 24,000 BTU. Clearly, it is overrated for its price. The external unit is quite bulky and heavy, and it makes a lot of noise compared to others in its category. The internal unit is the same. In my workplace, we have the supreme series of Inverter, which I ultimately consider superior in performance and noise levels with less money. Overall, it does its job. Λοιπόν, εχθές τοποθετήθηκε,12αρι σε χώρο 35-40.( Σύμφωνα με τα χαρακτηριστικά του στη θέρμανση είναι είναι 14αρι)Το ρύθμισα στους 26,5 βαθμούς,με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 32-33 και εσωτερική 30.Σε 40 λεπτά η κάθε γωνιά του χώρου είχε το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Από ποιότητα κατασκευής, τέλειο υλικό δεν ακούς τους ήχους της διαστολής συστολής πλαστικών κτλ. The machine (12,000 BTU) was one of the best choices I could make. It performs as promised both in heating and cooling. It has extra features such as sterilization at 56 degrees Celsius, etc.
Note that we are talking about a house with external insulation. I read some negative reviews on many sites, but in the end, they admitted that there was either no proper insulation or no insulation at all in their house. It is good to invest first in good insulation (the Alpha and Omega) and then deal with the air conditioner that you will pay a little more for, but you will enjoy it for years without any problems. A house with external insulation keeps the house cool even when you turn off the air conditioner, no matter how crazy it sounds. I experienced it and I couldn't believe it because from previous experiences, as soon as you turn off the machine, the coolness or warmth immediately disappears. And this happened in one of the hottest places in Greece.

Και στην θέρμανση και στην ψύξη αποδίδει αυτά που που υπόσχεται. Έχει έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά όπως αποστείρωση στους 56 βαθμούς κελσίου κ.α.
Σημείωση μιλάμε για σπίτι με εξωτερική μόνωση. Διάβασα κάποιες αρνητικές κριτικές σε πολλά site, όμως παραδεχόντουσαν εν τέλει πως δεν υπήρχε σωστή ή καθόλου μόνωση στο σπίτι. Καλό είναι να επενδύσετε πρώτα σε μια καλή μόνωση (το Α και το Ω) και μετά να ασχοληθείτε με το κλιματιστικό που θα πληρώσετε λίγο παραπάνω, αλλά θα το απολαύσετε για χρόνια χωρίς προβλήματα. Σπίτι με μόνωση εξωτερική, κρατάει το σπίτι δροσερό όταν κλείσεις το κλιματιστικό όσο και "τρελό" να ακούγεται. Το έζησα και δεν το πίστευα, γιατί απο παλαιότερες εμπειρίες, με το που κλείνεις το μηχάνημα αμέσως χάνεται η δροσιά ή η ζέστη αντίστοιχα. Και μάλιστα σε ένα απο τα πιο καυτά μέρη της Ελλάδας.
Αυτή λοιπόν είναι η προσωπική μου εμπειρία! Θα έβαζα 10 αστέρια αλλά έχει μέχρι 5 μόνο!!!

Αγορά απο πολυκαταστημα με επιταγη ανακυκλωσης, δουλεψε ενα χρονο και μετα εκαψε μοτερ αντικατασταθηκε στην εγγυηση αλλα ενημερωθηκαμε οτι δεν ειχε γινει σωστα η εγκατασταση. και επιβαρυνθηκαμε 60 ευρω για λιγο χαλκο παραπανω . Προσοχή οποιος σας το περασει να αφησει επαρκη σωληνα χαλκου να μην σας το περασει μεσα εξω.απευθειας.
Φοβαμαι οτι επεσε η αποδοση του μετα το service θα επανερθω εν καιρο.
Διαθέτει λειτουργια ανεμιστηρα αλλα μπαινει μονο απο την εφαρμογη απο το ρεμοτε δεν μπορεσα να το κανω να δουλεψει.

Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο έχει προβληματική συμπεριφορά στις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Διαθέτει "ζώνη θέρμανσης" στην εξωτερική μονάδα, η οποία ενεργοποιείται σε εξωτερικές θερμοκρασίες κάτω των 4 βαθμών, και λειτουργεί συνεχώς, μέχρι η θερμοκρασία να ανέβει πάνω από 4 βαθμούς. Η ζώνη λειτουργεί ακατάπαυστα, ακόμη και όταν το κλιματιστικό δεν θερμαίνει τον χώρο, αλλά είναι σε αναμονή (όταν για παράδειγμα υπάρχει και άλλη πηγή θέρμανσης)! Η λειτουργία αυτή αυξάνει την κατανάλωση κατά 8kWh ανά 24ωρο, ποσότητα διόλου ευκαταφρόνητη, πρακτικά διπλασιάζει την κατανάλωση στις χαμηλότερες των 4 βαθμών θερμοκρασίες.
I bought a 24 for a 47sqm living room and a 12 for a small room. Both are very good and have an immediate response. The house cools down quickly and when combined with the two, it becomes ice cold. Πήρα ένα 24 για σαλόνι 47τμ και ένα 12 για μικρό δωμάτιο . Πολυ καλά και τα 2 άμεση ανταπόκριση.. ψύχεται γρήγορα το σπίτι και σε συνδιασμό με τα 2 γίνεται παγάκι .. και στην θέρμανση καλουτσικο δεν μπορώ να πω ... Το wifi πολύ καλό καθώς το ανάβω πριν φτάσω σπίτι και το βρίσκω δροσερό... Όσο αναφορά για κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμα σιγουριά.

I installed it in winter '22-23, a silent machine, beautiful (very beautiful I would say) but it had two drawbacks that troubled me and didn't leave me completely satisfied. It was tested in the severe cold with 0 degrees outside down to -0, it warmed the room from 11 degrees room temperature to 18 in 20 minutes. Very good, but from there on, it started to struggle. It reached 22-23 with difficulty set to 25 after 2 hours and did not create the "warm" atmosphere I expected, and also, at times, it brought bursts of cold air. Not very cold, but cold. I wasn't so satisfied with the heating. Although the air conditioner emits very warm air. The big problem and the drawback was that it emitted a strange subtle smell that caused me discomfort and headache and allergic symptoms like a stuffy nose, dry throat, dryness, tightness in the temples, and intracranial pressure. I haven't experienced this with an air conditioner before. The discomfort was really intense. The problem was reduced but not eliminated when I activated the health air. Then the problem and the smell were greatly reduced, but I can't say I felt 100% well and comfortable, just tolerable to a great extent. I don't know if I got a problematic unit or if that's generally how the comfort is. Or if it's because it was new. The truth is that because of this, I didn't use it much, about 5-6 times all winter and in the very cold except for one normal day. Now it remains to use it in cooling and see, I will return when the heat starts. I was thinking of putting the same one in the 9-room but I'm troubled and thinking a lot.
Update 10/5/2025 Christ is Risen! I was a bit late to write an update out of negligence. So, the air conditioner is perfect, very powerful in both heat and cold. After a visit from an inventor partner's crew, they told me to leave it on full heat for 2 hours. The smell really disappeared, and the air conditioner was firing from then on.
Finally, the smell was due to its newness because the machine was new.
That's why I'm raising the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Very satisfied now.
Χριστός Ανέστη καλό κλιματιστικό αλλά έχω κάποια αλλά...
Το τοποθέτησα χειμώνα '22-23 αθόρυβο μηχάνημα όμορφο(πολύ όμορφο θα έλεγα) αλλά είχε δύο μείον που με προβλημάτισαν και δεν με άφησαν τόσο ικανοποιημένο. Δοκιμάστηκε με τα μεγάλα κρύα με 0 βαθμούς έξω έως και -0 ζέστανε το χώρο από 11 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία δωματίου μέσα σε 20 λεπτά το πήγε 18. Πολύ καλό αυτό αλλά από εκεί και πάνω άρχιζαν τα ζόρια. Έφτανε με ρύθμιση στους 25 με το ζόρι 22-23 μετά από 2 ώρες και δεν δημιουργούσε αυτήν την "ζεστή" ατμόσφαιρα που περίμενα και επίσης ώρες ώρες έφερνε ριπές κρύου αέρα. Όχι πολύ κρύου αλλά κρύου. Δεν έμεινα τόσο ικανοποιημένος από την θέρμανση. Παρότι το κλιματιστικό βγάζει πολύ θερμό αέρα. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα όμως και το μείον ήταν ότι έβγαζε μια περίεργη διακριτική μυρωδιά πού μού δημιουργούσε δυσφορία και πονοκέφαλο και αλλεργικά συμπτώματα μπουκωμένη μύτη, ξηρός λαιμός στεγνός,σφίξιμο στα μελίγγια και ενδοκρανιακή πίεση. Δεν το έχω ξαναπάθει με κλιματιστικό αυτό. Ήταν πραγματικά έντονη η δυσφορία. Το πρόβλημα μειώθηκε δεν εξαλείφθηκε όταν ενεργοποίησα το health air. Τότε μειώθηκε σε μεγάλο βαθμό το πρόβλημα και η οσμή αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ένιωθα 100% καλά και άνετα απλά ήταν ανεκτό σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα εγώ σε προβληματική μονάδα ή αν γενικά έτσι είναι το comfort. Ή είναι επειδή ήταν καινούργιο. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι λόγω αυτού δεν το πολυχρησιμοποίησα ζήτημα 5-6 φορές όλο το χειμώνα και στα πολύ κρύα εκτός από μία μέρα νορμάλ. Τώρα μένει να το χρησιμοποιήσω στην ψύξη και να δω θα επανέλθω όταν αρχίσουν οι ζέστες. Σκεφτόμουν να βάλω ένα ίδιο και στο δωμάτιο 9αρι αλλά προβληματίζομαι και το σκέφτομαι πολύ.
Update 10/5/2025 Χριστός Ανέστη! Άργησα λίγο να γράψω ενημέρωση από αμέλεια. Λοιπόν το κλιματιστικό είναι τέλειο πολύ δυνατό και στην ζέστη και στο κρύο. Μετά από επίσκεψη συνεργείου συνεργάτη της inventor μού είπαν να το αφήσω 2 ώρες στο φουλ στο ζεστό. Πραγματικά εξαφανίστηκε η μυρωδιά και το κλιματιστικό από κει και πέρα πυροβόλαγε.
Τελικά η μυρωδιά ήταν λόγω νεότητας επειδή ήταν καινούργιο το μηχάνημα.
Για αυτό και ανεβάζω την βαθμολογία από 4 σε 5 αστεράκια. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος πλέον.

Καποιες φορες ενω η θερμοκρασια δωματιου ειναι 22 και το κλιματιστικο ειναι ρυθμισμενο 22 βαθμους θερμανση ξαφνικα αρχιζει και πεφτει η θερμοκρασια που δειχνει πανω στο κλιματιστικο και φτανει μεχρι και 12 βαθμους ενω η πραγματικη θερμοκρασια του χωρου ειναι 22 και ετσι το κλιματιστικο δουλευει συνεχως στο φουλ για να πιασει τη θερμοκρασια που ειναι ρυθμισμενο , γιατι γινεται αυτο; το κλιματιστικο ειναι 2 μηνων

Ενδιαφέρομαι για το σαλόνι 40τ.μ. , θα με καλύψουν τα 12.000 btu τόσο σε θέρμανση όσο και σε ψύξη? ή ειναι οριακαά? υπάρχει κάποιος που να το έχει τοποθετήσει σε τέτοια επιφάνεια ? Ευχαριστώ.
Στη ψύξη ( εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 36-38) δεν έχω παράπονο,στη θέρμανση ( εξωτερική θερμοκρασία κάτω από 7 βαθμούς είναι στο όριο) οπότε σύμφωνα με της θερμοκρασίες της περιοχής σου, μόνωση χώρου (μέτρια) σε καλύπτει οριακά.Διαφορετικα πας στα αμέσως επόμενα btu

Note that we are talking about a house with external insulation. I read some negative reviews on many sites, but in the end, they admitted that there was either no proper insulation or no insulation at all in their house. It is good to invest first in good insulation (the Alpha and Omega) and then deal with the air conditioner that you will pay a little more for, but you will enjoy it for years without any problems. A house with external insulation keeps the house cool even when you turn off the air conditioner, no matter how crazy it sounds. I experienced it and I couldn't believe it because from previous experiences, as soon as you turn off the machine, the coolness or warmth immediately disappears. And this happened in one of the hottest places in Greece.

Και στην θέρμανση και στην ψύξη αποδίδει αυτά που που υπόσχεται. Έχει έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά όπως αποστείρωση στους 56 βαθμούς κελσίου κ.α.
Σημείωση μιλάμε για σπίτι με εξωτερική μόνωση. Διάβασα κάποιες αρνητικές κριτικές σε πολλά site, όμως παραδεχόντουσαν εν τέλει πως δεν υπήρχε σωστή ή καθόλου μόνωση στο σπίτι. Καλό είναι να επενδύσετε πρώτα σε μια καλή μόνωση (το Α και το Ω) και μετά να ασχοληθείτε με το κλιματιστικό που θα πληρώσετε λίγο παραπάνω, αλλά θα το απολαύσετε για χρόνια χωρίς προβλήματα. Σπίτι με μόνωση εξωτερική, κρατάει το σπίτι δροσερό όταν κλείσεις το κλιματιστικό όσο και "τρελό" να ακούγεται. Το έζησα και δεν το πίστευα, γιατί απο παλαιότερες εμπειρίες, με το που κλείνεις το μηχάνημα αμέσως χάνεται η δροσιά ή η ζέστη αντίστοιχα. Και μάλιστα σε ένα απο τα πιο καυτά μέρη της Ελλάδας.
Αυτή λοιπόν είναι η προσωπική μου εμπειρία! Θα έβαζα 10 αστέρια αλλά έχει μέχρι 5 μόνο!!!
Purchase from a department store with a recycling voucher, worked for a year and then the motor burned out. It was replaced under warranty, but we were informed that the installation was not done correctly and we were charged 60 euros for a little extra copper. Be careful that whoever installs it leaves enough copper pipe so that it doesn't pass through inside out. I'm afraid that the performance has decreased after the service, I will return to it in due time.
It has a fan function, but it can only be activated through the application, I couldn't get it to work with the remote control. Very strange remote control.
Αγορά απο πολυκαταστημα με επιταγη ανακυκλωσης, δουλεψε ενα χρονο και μετα εκαψε μοτερ αντικατασταθηκε στην εγγυηση αλλα ενημερωθηκαμε οτι δεν ειχε γινει σωστα η εγκατασταση. και επιβαρυνθηκαμε 60 ευρω για λιγο χαλκο παραπανω . Προσοχή οποιος σας το περασει να αφησει επαρκη σωληνα χαλκου να μην σας το περασει μεσα εξω.απευθειας.
Φοβαμαι οτι επεσε η αποδοση του μετα το service θα επανερθω εν καιρο.
Διαθέτει λειτουργια ανεμιστηρα αλλα μπαινει μονο απο την εφαρμογη απο το ρεμοτε δεν μπορεσα να το κανω να δουλεψει.

It has a "heating zone" in the external unit, which is activated at external temperatures below 4 degrees and operates continuously until the temperature rises above 4 degrees. This function increases consumption by 8kWh per 24 hours, a not insignificant amount, practically doubling consumption at temperatures below 4 degrees.
Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο έχει προβληματική συμπεριφορά στις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Διαθέτει "ζώνη θέρμανσης" στην εξωτερική μονάδα, η οποία ενεργοποιείται σε εξωτερικές θερμοκρασίες κάτω των 4 βαθμών, και λειτουργεί συνεχώς, μέχρι η θερμοκρασία να ανέβει πάνω από 4 βαθμούς. Η ζώνη λειτουργεί ακατάπαυστα, ακόμη και όταν το κλιματιστικό δεν θερμαίνει τον χώρο, αλλά είναι σε αναμονή (όταν για παράδειγμα υπάρχει και άλλη πηγή θέρμανσης)! Η λειτουργία αυτή αυξάνει την κατανάλωση κατά 8kWh ανά 24ωρο, ποσότητα διόλου ευκαταφρόνητη, πρακτικά διπλασιάζει την κατανάλωση στις χαμηλότερες των 4 βαθμών θερμοκρασίες.
I bought a 24 for a 47sqm living room and a 12 for a small room. Both are very good and have an immediate response. The house cools down quickly and when combined with the two, it becomes ice cold. As for heating, it's pretty good, I must say. The wifi is very good as well, as I turn it on before I arrive home and find it cool. As for consumption, I'm not sure yet.
Πήρα ένα 24 για σαλόνι 47τμ και ένα 12 για μικρό δωμάτιο . Πολυ καλά και τα 2 άμεση ανταπόκριση.. ψύχεται γρήγορα το σπίτι και σε συνδιασμό με τα 2 γίνεται παγάκι .. και στην θέρμανση καλουτσικο δεν μπορώ να πω ... Το wifi πολύ καλό καθώς το ανάβω πριν φτάσω σπίτι και το βρίσκω δροσερό... Όσο αναφορά για κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμα σιγουριά.

It is an air conditioner that lacks nothing. Besides the fact that it heats/cools extremely well and economically, it is important that all its functions work exceptionally. Tremendous wifi and easy installation and operation. You can direct the louvers up, down, left, and right through the remote control. It has a little eye that can direct the air on its own either towards you or away from you. The indicators on the body of the air conditioner are very beautiful. I also mention the ionizer and the sterilization by ultraviolet radiation. Someone really put a lot of thought into the functionality of this product. Immediate response from the dealership's service makes you believe that at least for the 10-year warranty period, you have peace of mind. On the negative side, the fact that the louvers cannot send the air completely vertically and that it is not aesthetically pleasing.
Είναι ενα κλιματιστικο που δεν του λείπει τιποτα. Πέρα απ το ότι θερμαίνει/ψύχει εξαιρετικά και οικονομικά είναι σημαντικό ότι όλες του οι λειτουργίες δουλεύουν εξαιρετικά. Τρομερό wifi και ευκολη εγκατάσταση και χειρισμος. Μπορείς να κατευθυνεις τις περσιδες εκτος απο πανω κατω και αριστερα δεξια μεσω του χειριστηριου. Εχει ματακι που μπορεί αν θέλεις να κατευθύνει μονο του τον αερα ειτε πανω σου ειτε μακρια σου. Πολυ ομορφες οι ενδείξεις πανω στο σώμα του κλιματιστικου. Και αναφερω επισης ιονιστη και αποστειρωση υπεριωδους ακτινοβολιας. Καποιος πραγματικά εβαλε πολυ σκεψη στη λειτουργικότητα αυτου του προϊόντος. Αμεση ανταπόκριση του service της αντιπροσωπείας που σε κάνει να πιστεύεις οτι τουλάχιστον για τα 10 χρόνια της εγγύησης εχεις το κεφάλι σου ησυχο. Στα αρνητικά το γεγονός οτι οι περσιδες δε μπορουν να στειλουν τον αερα εντελως καθετα και οτι δεν το λες απο τα ομορφα.
The 12BTU machine was installed two months ago in a 15sqm northwest bedroom without insulation, with old wooden frames and a rooftop terrace above. I can say that it heats up very easily, within 10 minutes it raises the temperature to 16 degrees when it's 1-5 degrees outside, due to the cold weather. As for the noise, it's understandable when it's operating at high power, but it's not terribly loud. The ionizer does a good job. I don't have an opinion on cooling yet.
Το μηχάνημα 12BTU τοποθετήθηκε πριν δυο μήνες σε υπνοδωμάτιο 15τ.μ. βορειοδυτικο χωρίς μόνωση με παλιά ξυλινα κουφωματα και ταρατσα απο πανω. Μπορώ να πω πως ζεσταινει πολυ ευκολα, μέσα σε 10λεπτά ανεβάζει τη θερμοκρασία στους 16 βαθμούς, όταν έξω έχουμε 1-5 βαθμους, λόγω ΜΠΑΡΜΠΑΡΑΣ. I recently bought the Inventor Comfort 24,000btu. In the 3 weeks that I have had it, I have been very satisfied. During the winter, it provided both economical and warm heating. I was lucky in my misfortune as my boiler broke in January and I replaced it in April since I couldn't afford it earlier. τον χειμωνα την εβγαλα πολυ οικονομικα και ζεστα.ημουν τυχερος στην ατυχια μου μου χαλασε τον ιανουαριο ο λεβητας που τον αντικατεστισα τον απριλιο μιας και δεν μπορουσα οικονομικα νοριτερα.τα χρηματα που ξοδεψα για θερμαση ουτε τα μισα δεν εδωσα με της τιμες που ειχε το αεριο.και οικονομια και ζεστη.καταφερα και αντικατεστισα τον απριλιο και ενα ενιαρακι inventor στην κρεβατοκαμαρα και ειμαι κομπλε.δροσια φουλ τωρα το καλοκαιρι και οικονομικα.τωρα για τον χειμωνα θα δουλεψουμε οτι ειναι φτηνοτερο.

Ειναι εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα!Εμεις αγοράσαμε ένα 24.000btu και ενα 12.000btu.Στην θέρμανση δεν τα εχω δοκιμάσει, αλλά στη ψύξη τα πανε πολυ καλα.Το 24σαρι το εχω τοποθετήσει σε 80 τετραγωνικά σαλόνι και ψύχεται αρκετά γρήγορα. Επίσης η εφαρμογή μέσω app δουλεύει πάντα σωστά εδω και δυο μήνες που εχω τα κλιματιστικά με αποτέλεσμα να τα ενεργοποιώ απο τον δρόμο και το σπίτι να ειναι παντα δροσερό όταν έρχομαι. Εμφανησιακα δεν ειναι κατι φοβερό αλλά σίγουρα δεν ειναι κατι άσχημο.Μέχρι στιγμής ολα καλα!

Το κλιματιστικό τοποθετήθηκε πέρσι τον Αύγουστο και μέχρι τώρα που κάνω την αξιολόγηση μου έχει δουλέψει μόνο στην ψύξη λόγο της ύπαρξης αερίου στο σπίτι.
Ξεκινάμε με τα άσχημα... τα πλαστικά μέρη του είναι φθηνοκατασκευες, η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες, τρίζει μέχρι και το καπάκι του ανεμιστήρα, εγώ το τοποθέτησα ψηλά στον τοίχο ίσως εάν το έβαζα με βάση εδάφους να γλυτωνα αρκετή φασαρια...
Από πλευράς απόδοσης είμαι ικανοποιημένος αν και πιστεύω ότι αυτό θα το είχα και με φθηνότερη αγορά, τα 1.200€ που το πλήρωσα πέρσι είναι πολλά, κατά την άποψη μου δεν αξίζει τόσα.

Σήμερα όλα είναι το ίδιο. Δεν αξίζει να δίνεις πολλά χρήματα. Κοιτάς να έχεις υποστήριξη service αν χρειαστείς κάτι. Η εταιρεία inventor θεωρείται σήμερα από τις top στα κλιματιστικά. Εγώ αυτό που βλέπω είναι ότι δεν έχουν καμία απολύτως σχέση στην ποιότητα όπως είχαν τα παλιά κλιματιστικά. Σήμερα όλα έχουν σκληρά πλαστικά και πολύ ψεύτικα κουμπώματα. Οι πλακέτες και γενικά το εσωτερικό είναι όλα ίδια. Κινέζικα. Το συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα δίχνει όμορφο στον τοίχο και μέχρι εκεί. Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες στην μεγάλη ταχύτητα και η απόδοση είναι μέτρια. Κάτι τελευταίο που βλέπω είναι ότι οι σημερινοί τεχνικοί δεν έχουν μεράκι. Τα πετάνε στους τοίχους όπως και όπως για να πάνε παρακάτω. Φανταστείτε ότι μάλωσα με τον "μάστορα" γιατί επέμενε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να γίνει κενό κατά την τοποθέτηση. Update, I also used it for heating, and there is clearly a problem there, no matter what they say. This particular unit shuts off at regular intervals and for a long time due to the thermostat, as mentioned by another reviewer. I have 4 other AC units and none of them do this, including a 24,000 BTU unit from a different brand. I understand it doing defrosting in icy conditions and low temperatures, but not at 5-10 degrees.

Έχω αλλά 4 ac και κανένα δεν το κάνει αυτό από τα οποία το ένα είναι 24αρι άλλης μάρκας . Καταλαβαίνω να κάνει defrost σε πάγους και σε θερμοκρασίες χαμηλές αλλά όχι και στους 5-10 βαθμούς .

Από ποιότητα κατασκευής, τέλειο υλικό δεν ακούς τους ήχους της διαστολής συστολής πλαστικών κτλ. The machine (12,000 BTU) was one of the best choices I could make. It performs as promised both in heating and cooling. It has extra features such as sterilization at 56 degrees Celsius, etc.
Note that we are talking about a house with external insulation. I read some negative reviews on many sites, but in the end, they admitted that there was either no proper insulation or no insulation at all in their house. It is good to invest first in good insulation (the Alpha and Omega) and then deal with the air conditioner that you will pay a little more for, but you will enjoy it for years without any problems. A house with external insulation keeps the house cool even when you turn off the air conditioner, no matter how crazy it sounds. I experienced it and I couldn't believe it because from previous experiences, as soon as you turn off the machine, the coolness or warmth immediately disappears. And this happened in one of the hottest places in Greece.
So, this is my personal experience! I would give it 10 stars, but it only goes up to 5!
Το μηχάνημα (12.000 btu) ήταν απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές που μπορούσα να κάνω.
Και στην θέρμανση και στην ψύξη αποδίδει αυτά που που υπόσχεται. Έχει έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά όπως αποστείρωση στους 56 βαθμούς κελσίου κ.α.
Σημείωση μιλάμε για σπίτι με εξωτερική μόνωση. Διάβασα κάποιες αρνητικές κριτικές σε πολλά site, όμως παραδεχόντουσαν εν τέλει πως δεν υπήρχε σωστή ή καθόλου μόνωση στο σπίτι. Καλό είναι να επενδύσετε πρώτα σε μια καλή μόνωση (το Α και το Ω) και μετά να ασχοληθείτε με το κλιματιστικό που θα πληρώσετε λίγο παραπάνω, αλλά θα το απολαύσετε για χρόνια χωρίς προβλήματα. Σπίτι με μόνωση εξωτερική, κρατάει το σπίτι δροσερό όταν κλείσεις το κλιματιστικό όσο και "τρελό" να ακούγεται. Το έζησα και δεν το πίστευα, γιατί απο παλαιότερες εμπειρίες, με το που κλείνεις το μηχάνημα αμέσως χάνεται η δροσιά ή η ζέστη αντίστοιχα. Και μάλιστα σε ένα απο τα πιο καυτά μέρη της Ελλάδας.
Αυτή λοιπόν είναι η προσωπική μου εμπειρία! Θα έβαζα 10 αστέρια αλλά έχει μέχρι 5 μόνο!!!
Purchase from a department store with a recycling voucher, worked for a year and then the motor burned out. It was replaced under warranty, but we were informed that the installation was not done correctly and we were charged 60 euros for a little extra copper. Be careful that whoever installs it leaves enough copper pipe so that it doesn't pass through inside out. I'm afraid that the performance has decreased after the service, I will return to it in due time.
It has a fan function, but it can only be activated through the application, I couldn't get it to work with the remote control. Very strange remote control.
Αγορά απο πολυκαταστημα με επιταγη ανακυκλωσης, δουλεψε ενα χρονο και μετα εκαψε μοτερ αντικατασταθηκε στην εγγυηση αλλα ενημερωθηκαμε οτι δεν ειχε γινει σωστα η εγκατασταση. και επιβαρυνθηκαμε 60 ευρω για λιγο χαλκο παραπανω . Προσοχή οποιος σας το περασει να αφησει επαρκη σωληνα χαλκου να μην σας το περασει μεσα εξω.απευθειας.
Φοβαμαι οτι επεσε η αποδοση του μετα το service θα επανερθω εν καιρο.
Διαθέτει λειτουργια ανεμιστηρα αλλα μπαινει μονο απο την εφαρμογη απο το ρεμοτε δεν μπορεσα να το κανω να δουλεψει.

This particular model has problematic behavior at low temperatures. It has a "heating zone" in the external unit, which is activated at external temperatures below 4 degrees and operates continuously until the temperature rises above 4 degrees. The zone operates non-stop, even when the air conditioner is not heating the room but is on standby (when, for example, there is another heating source)! This function increases consumption by 8kWh per 24 hours, a not insignificant amount, practically doubling consumption at temperatures below 4 degrees.
Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο έχει προβληματική συμπεριφορά στις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Διαθέτει "ζώνη θέρμανσης" στην εξωτερική μονάδα, η οποία ενεργοποιείται σε εξωτερικές θερμοκρασίες κάτω των 4 βαθμών, και λειτουργεί συνεχώς, μέχρι η θερμοκρασία να ανέβει πάνω από 4 βαθμούς. Η ζώνη λειτουργεί ακατάπαυστα, ακόμη και όταν το κλιματιστικό δεν θερμαίνει τον χώρο, αλλά είναι σε αναμονή (όταν για παράδειγμα υπάρχει και άλλη πηγή θέρμανσης)! Η λειτουργία αυτή αυξάνει την κατανάλωση κατά 8kWh ανά 24ωρο, ποσότητα διόλου ευκαταφρόνητη, πρακτικά διπλασιάζει την κατανάλωση στις χαμηλότερες των 4 βαθμών θερμοκρασίες.
I bought a 24 for a 47sqm living room and a 12 for a small room. Both are very good and have an immediate response. The house cools down quickly and when combined with the two, it becomes ice cold. As for heating, it's pretty good, I must say. The wifi is very good as well, as I turn it on before I arrive home and find it cool. As for consumption, I'm not sure yet.
Πήρα ένα 24 για σαλόνι 47τμ και ένα 12 για μικρό δωμάτιο . Πολυ καλά και τα 2 άμεση ανταπόκριση.. ψύχεται γρήγορα το σπίτι και σε συνδιασμό με τα 2 γίνεται παγάκι .. και στην θέρμανση καλουτσικο δεν μπορώ να πω ... Το wifi πολύ καλό καθώς το ανάβω πριν φτάσω σπίτι και το βρίσκω δροσερό... Όσο αναφορά για κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμα σιγουριά.
Christ is Risen, good air conditioner but I have some issues...
I installed it in winter '22-23, a silent machine, beautiful (very beautiful I would say) but it had two drawbacks that troubled me and didn't leave me completely satisfied. It was tested in the severe cold with 0 degrees outside down to -0, it warmed the room from 11 degrees room temperature to 18 in 20 minutes. Very good, but from there on, it started to struggle. It reached 22-23 with difficulty set to 25 after 2 hours and did not create the "warm" atmosphere I expected, and also, at times, it brought bursts of cold air. Not very cold, but cold. I wasn't so satisfied with the heating. Although the air conditioner emits very warm air. The big problem and the drawback was that it emitted a strange subtle smell that caused me discomfort and headache and allergic symptoms like a stuffy nose, dry throat, dryness, tightness in the temples, and intracranial pressure. I haven't experienced this with an air conditioner before. The discomfort was really intense. The problem was reduced but not eliminated when I activated the health air. Then the problem and the smell were greatly reduced, but I can't say I felt 100% well and comfortable, just tolerable to a great extent. I don't know if I got a problematic unit or if that's generally how the comfort is. Or if it's because it was new. The truth is that because of this, I didn't use it much, about 5-6 times all winter and in the very cold except for one normal day. Now it remains to use it in cooling and see, I will return when the heat starts. I was thinking of putting the same one in the 9-room but I'm troubled and thinking a lot.
Update 10/5/2025 Christ is Risen! I was a bit late to write an update out of negligence. So, the air conditioner is perfect, very powerful in both heat and cold. After a visit from an inventor partner's crew, they told me to leave it on full heat for 2 hours. The smell really disappeared, and the air conditioner was firing from then on.
Finally, the smell was due to its newness because the machine was new.
That's why I'm raising the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Very satisfied now.
Χριστός Ανέστη καλό κλιματιστικό αλλά έχω κάποια αλλά...
Το τοποθέτησα χειμώνα '22-23 αθόρυβο μηχάνημα όμορφο(πολύ όμορφο θα έλεγα) αλλά είχε δύο μείον που με προβλημάτισαν και δεν με άφησαν τόσο ικανοποιημένο. Δοκιμάστηκε με τα μεγάλα κρύα με 0 βαθμούς έξω έως και -0 ζέστανε το χώρο από 11 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία δωματίου μέσα σε 20 λεπτά το πήγε 18. Πολύ καλό αυτό αλλά από εκεί και πάνω άρχιζαν τα ζόρια. Έφτανε με ρύθμιση στους 25 με το ζόρι 22-23 μετά από 2 ώρες και δεν δημιουργούσε αυτήν την "ζεστή" ατμόσφαιρα που περίμενα και επίσης ώρες ώρες έφερνε ριπές κρύου αέρα. Όχι πολύ κρύου αλλά κρύου. Δεν έμεινα τόσο ικανοποιημένος από την θέρμανση. Παρότι το κλιματιστικό βγάζει πολύ θερμό αέρα. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα όμως και το μείον ήταν ότι έβγαζε μια περίεργη διακριτική μυρωδιά πού μού δημιουργούσε δυσφορία και πονοκέφαλο και αλλεργικά συμπτώματα μπουκωμένη μύτη, ξηρός λαιμός στεγνός,σφίξιμο στα μελίγγια και ενδοκρανιακή πίεση. Δεν το έχω ξαναπάθει με κλιματιστικό αυτό. Ήταν πραγματικά έντονη η δυσφορία. Το πρόβλημα μειώθηκε δεν εξαλείφθηκε όταν ενεργοποίησα το health air. Τότε μειώθηκε σε μεγάλο βαθμό το πρόβλημα και η οσμή αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ένιωθα 100% καλά και άνετα απλά ήταν ανεκτό σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα εγώ σε προβληματική μονάδα ή αν γενικά έτσι είναι το comfort. Ή είναι επειδή ήταν καινούργιο. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι λόγω αυτού δεν το πολυχρησιμοποίησα ζήτημα 5-6 φορές όλο το χειμώνα και στα πολύ κρύα εκτός από μία μέρα νορμάλ. Τώρα μένει να το χρησιμοποιήσω στην ψύξη και να δω θα επανέλθω όταν αρχίσουν οι ζέστες. Σκεφτόμουν να βάλω ένα ίδιο και στο δωμάτιο 9αρι αλλά προβληματίζομαι και το σκέφτομαι πολύ.
Update 10/5/2025 Χριστός Ανέστη! Άργησα λίγο να γράψω ενημέρωση από αμέλεια. Λοιπόν το κλιματιστικό είναι τέλειο πολύ δυνατό και στην ζέστη και στο κρύο. Μετά από επίσκεψη συνεργείου συνεργάτη της inventor μού είπαν να το αφήσω 2 ώρες στο φουλ στο ζεστό. Πραγματικά εξαφανίστηκε η μυρωδιά και το κλιματιστικό από κει και πέρα πυροβόλαγε.
Τελικά η μυρωδιά ήταν λόγω νεότητας επειδή ήταν καινούργιο το μηχάνημα.
Για αυτό και ανεβάζω την βαθμολογία από 4 σε 5 αστεράκια. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος πλέον.
