In general, when you increase the volume, they sound pretty good. But something works very wrong when the speakers are at low volume. Especially in games, I feel like I'm only hearing half the things... I tried it while playing Resident Evil 4, and at volume 25 (50 is the max) I could hear footsteps, environmental sounds, and generally felt like I was playing on mute, either very faintly or not at all. Effects like gunshots or melee hits, etc., sounded loud and normal. This happened in other games as well, so it wasn't just this game... It seems to have non-existent mids, resulting in the main sounds not being heard and you hearing mostly the effects. Truly disappointing...

EDIT: In the end, all the mess was because of the optical connection... I tried the jack to make sure, and it was totally different. Apart from the fact that now at volume 8 I have the same loudness I had before at 20, it now sounds more normal.

Anyone who has an issue with the volume of the sounds and generally finds it weird and is connected via optical, use the jack! Especially if you have a sound card. With the optical, none of the settings I made in the sound card's console worked, and that's when I suspected something was wrong.

The 3 stars go to the fact that the optical is supposed to give better sound quality and not worse than the jack, but also to the fact that the 124 euros I paid, the price includes this, which is supposed to be an upgrade to the sound system...

Quality speakers for their price.. if we want to refine their midrange, it's somewhat lacking.. otherwise, their sound is polite and clean. I changed their cables (call me crazy) and they played better!!

Extremely well-balanced system. Ideal for a room. If intended for a larger space, it would be better to choose a larger amplifier.

It's very beautiful. Very good quality construction. When playing at full volume, they don't crackle. No noise is heard in standby mode. The subwoofer has no buttons. All the work is done from the console, when you have it on your desk. When I plug in the headphones, the volume drops slightly. The speakers at the back have a hole for hanging. They play very loud and clear! It's really a gem of my office. The red lighting at night is not bothersome at all. A year has passed. Very good! Four years have passed! No problem.

I gave the Logitech z623 and got these here, day and night in terms of sound quality. I realized that having many watts doesn't necessarily mean good speakers. Never again Logitech creative, etc. etc

For their price (128€) and the Watts they mention, I expected them to be louder in volume.
