Description & Specifications

Motul DOT 3&4 brake fluid is intended for hydraulic brake and clutch systems that require or recommend DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid. It is miscible with non-silicone-based DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 fluids, but must not be mixed with silicone-based DOT 5 or mineral-based LHM fluids. It has a dry boiling point of 245 °C and a wet boiling point of 158 °C.

The fluid is neutral to brake system seals and has anti-corrosion properties. Store it in its original, tightly sealed container to limit moisture absorption. It is recommended that the fluid be changed once a year. In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
