    We have had it for about a month. From the first day, it had drops on the back of the maintenance that then turned into ice, creating this cycle. I tried all the settings, leveled it exactly with a level, left enough space from the wall as the manual stated, but the drops remained on the back of the maintenance. After all of the above, I contacted Bosch's technical department and they informed me that it is perfectly normal and that this is how the refrigerator operates, with drops turning into ice and then back into drops, etc. For now (after about 1 month of operation), there is no operational problem, but it seemed very strange to me for a refrigerator from 2022 to operate like this, while my other 2 no frost refrigerators, which are 11 and 17 years old, operate without these drops on the maintenance. I hope this is its only disadvantage.

    ATTENTION! The refrigerator is low frost and not no frost. Therefore, this issue with the drops and ice is considered normal!

    We have had it for about a month. From the first day, it had drops on the back of the maintenance that then turned into ice, creating this cycle. I tried all the settings, leveled it exactly with a level, left enough space from the wall as the manual stated, but the drops remained on the back of the maintenance. After all of the above, I contacted Bosch's technical department and they informed me that it is perfectly normal and that this is how the refrigerator operates, with drops turning into ice and then back into drops, etc. For now (after about 1 month of operation), there is no operational problem, but it seemed very strange to me for a refrigerator from 2022 to operate like this, while my other 2 no frost refrigerators, which are 11 and 17 years old, operate without these drops on the maintenance. I hope this is its only disadvantage.

    ATTENTION! The refrigerator is low frost and not no frost. Therefore, this issue with the drops and ice is considered normal!

    I find it unacceptable for a modern refrigerator, with a good energy rating, to require defrosting in the first month of operation.... It takes us back to the 80s.... After a year of use: the freezer regularly needs defrosting.
