After market research, I ended up with the Samsung smart tv 43"...I had a previous Samsung smart tv 32" and I was quite satisfied, but it was an old model and did not support enough applications that I wanted to use. I bought the TV mainly to have access to the Cosmote and NOVA apps, which work great and were already installed, as well as the netflix, youtube, prime video, Disney+, apple tv, Rakuten tv, ANT1+ apps, while also supporting regular and hybrid television (ERTFlix, etc.). In terms of image, it is very good with vivid colors and very clear clarity, the sound I agree with others who have mentioned that it is not so powerful, but personally it doesn't bother me so much. With the remote control, I had a difficulty at first to get used to it, I was surprised that it didn't have the numbers from 1-9, instead it has a few buttons that also function as shortcuts, but after a while you get used to it... The menu has many settings and customizations... In terms of connectivity, it has wi-fi, 3 HDMI ports, 1 usb port, 1 LAN and another Common Interface port for input of a card. It connected fine with my xiaomi mobile with cast and mirroring... In terms of gaming or connecting to a computer, I have no opinion, but I think it will work fine there too... Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase even though I was also looking at a newer model for '22, but I saw the positive comments and ended up with this one... If someone is looking for a good and modern smart tv in 43" with very good image, not expensive with all the latest available applications, then this is the most value for money choice and I recommend it without reservation! I bought it from a large department store during the sales period, I also recommend extending the warranty to 5 years to be covered for any eventuality! I hope it will be worth the money like my previous Samsung... Have a good time watching TV!
Μετά από έρευνα αγοράς κατέληξα στην Samsung smart tv 43"...Είχα και προηγουμένος πάλι Samsung smart tv 32" και ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένος αλλά ήταν παλιό μοντέλο και δεν υποστήριζε αρκετές εφαρμογές που ήθελα να χρησιμοποιήσω. Την τηλεόραση την αγόρασα κατά κύριο λόγο για να έχω πρόσβαση στα app της Cosmote και NOVA τα οποία λειτουργούν μια χαρά και ήταν ήδη εγκατεστημένα όπως επίσης και οι εφαρμογές netflix, youtube, prime video, Disney+, apple tv, Rakuten tv, ANT1+ ενώ υποστηρίζει κανονικά και υβριδική τηλεόραση (ERTFlix κ.λ.π.).Από θέμα εικόνας είναι πάρα πολύ καλή με ζωντανά χρώματα και πολύ καθαρή ευκρίνεια , ο ήχος θα συμφωνήσω και με άλλους που έχουν αναφέρει ότι δεν είναι και τόσο δυνατός αλλά προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί και τόσο. Με το τηλεκοντρόλ είχα μια δυσκολία στην αρχή να εξοικειωθώ, με παραξένεψε το γεγονός που δεν είχε τους αριθμούς από το 1-9, αντίθετα έχει λίγα κουμπιά τα οποία λειτουργούν και σαν συντομεύσεις, ωστόσο μετά από λίγη ώρα το συνηθίζεις… Το μενού έχει πολλές ρυθμίσεις και παραμετροποιήσεις… Από συνδεσιμότητα έχει wi-fi, 3 θύρες HDMI, 1 θύρα usb, 1 LAN και άλλη μια θύρα Common Interface για είσοδο κάποιας κάρτας. Με κινητό xiaomi συνδέθηκε μια χαρά με cast και mirroring… Από θέμα gaming ή σύνδεσης με υπολογιστή δεν έχω άποψη αλλά θεωρώ μια χαρά θα λειτουργεί και εκεί… Γενικά είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος από την αγορά αν και κοιτούσα και κάποιο ποιο καινούριο μοντέλο του '22 αλλά είδα τα θετικά σχόλια και κατέληξα σε αυτήν… Αν κάποιος ψάχνει μια καλή και σύγχρονη smart tv στης 43" με πολύ καλή εικόνα, όχι ακριβή με όλες τις τελευταίες εφαρμογές διαθέσιμες τότε αυτή είναι η ποιο value for money επιλογή και την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Την αγόρασα απο μεγάλο πολυκατάστημα στην περίοδο των εκπτώσεων, μάλιστα προτείνω να κάνετε και την επέκταση της εγγύησης στα 5 χρόνια για να είστε καλυμμένοι για κάθε ενδεχόμενο!Ελπίζω να βγάλει τα λεφτά της όπως η προηγούμενη Samsung που είχα… Καλές τηλεθεάσεις να έχετε!
On the first day I opened it, a movie played normally on Netflix and then it broke down after a few hours (possibly a short circuit). Samsung has not made a decision to approve the replacement for almost 10 days. The company's technician came and confirmed the damage for several days and for some inexplicable reason I have not yet found my right. I really don't know what's going wrong with this company...
Την πρώτη μέρα που την άνοιξα έπαιξε μια ταινία στο Netflix κανονικά και μετά από λίγες ώρες χάλασε (πιθανόν βραχυκύκλωμα). Η Samsung εδώ και σχεδόν 10 ημέρες δεν έχει λάβει λάβει απόφαση για να μου εγκρίνει την αντικατάσταση. Ο τεχνικός της εταιρίας ήρθε και επιβεβαίωσε εδώ και αρκετές ημέρες τη βλάβη και για κάποιο ανεξήγητο λόγο δεν έχω βρει ακόμη το δίκιο μου. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω τι πάει στραβά με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία...
With use of MUCH LESS than 2 hours per day, it broke down within 3 years!!!
This is the 2nd Samsung that breaks in the same way (it gets so dark that you can hardly see anything anymore)
Better to pay 100 euros more for something that will last. OF COURSE, STAY AWAY FROM Samsung FROM NOW ON

Είναι η 2η Samsung που χαλάει με τον ίδιο τρόπο (σκωτηνιαζει τοσο πολυ που πλεον δε βλεπεις σχεδον τιποτα)

I bought it in August '22 and within 3 years it broke down, I see a blackness and the image is barely visible.

While it is a very good television for everyday use .. mine arrived broken .. a piece from the back side .. fortunately it did not affect the screen and that's why I did not return it

We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.
Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.
Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!
Την τοποθετήσαμε σε στρατιωτική υπηρεσία για καθημερινή χρήση.Στο χρόνο πάνω εμφάνισε σκιές σε διάφορα σημεία του πάνελ.Τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας μας είπε ότι οφείλεται στη σκόνη ή σε αιθάλη κεριών ή τζακιών που μπαίνει στην τηλεόραση.Ευτυχώς είναι στην εγγύηση και θα επισκευαστεί.
Update 15/1/25....η τηλεόραση επέστρεψε από service αλλά η εικόνα βελτιώθηκε κατά 30-40% όπως φαίνεται και στη φωτο παρόλο που αλλάχτηκε το panel όπως ισχυρίζεται η αντιπροσωπεία
Update2 21/01.2025 Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά της Samsung , ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί στο 100% η εικόνα της τηλεόρασης!!!! "Αυτού του τύπου οι τηλεοράσεις έχουν τέτοια προβλήματα"..."Είναι εντός των προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"....κι άλλες τέτοιες αστείες δικαιολογίες.Στην ερώτησή μου :" Όταν ήταν καινούρια πως έπαιζε τέλεια και τώρα δεν παίζει αφού αλλάξατε πάνελ;;" Η απάντηση ήταν : "Αυτό δεν το γνωρίζω".!!!!!!!!!!!!!Προφανώς απλά προσπάθησαν να καθαρίσουν το πάνελ εσωτερικά (αφού μας έλεγαν για σκόνη και αιθάλη!!!!!!!) και δεν έγινε σωστή δουλειά ή αν όντως αντικαταστάθηκε το πάνελ , τοποθέτησαν κάποιο μεταχειρισμένο ή ελαττωματικό ανταλλακτικό.Τέλος ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση προϊόντος αφού δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί αλλά φυσικά αρνήθηκαν αφού "Η εικόνα είναι εντός προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"!!!!!Τι δεν καταλαβαίνετε!!!!!
After a year of mild use, I have to say the following. I bought this television for 330 euros because at this price, there was nothing better. Let's start with the positives. Very good sound, I never had any issues, it's crystal clear and the volume goes up very high. The remote is simple with few buttons, so you never get confused. The picture is very good when showing something bright. Now let's move on to the negatives: its blacks are unacceptable, and I don't have particular demands. At the price I got it, of course, you can't expect anything better. The viewing angle is so-so... you see the colors nicely as long as you are directly in front, but the more sideways you sit, the colors start to fade. Not to the level where you can't watch a movie, just that you don't have the same beautiful experience as when sitting directly in front. You feel like you're missing something... and indeed, you miss the beautiful colors. The menu sometimes lags, meaning you press something and there's a delay of a few seconds. This usually happens when I have turned it off from the plug and go to turn it on for the first time. As long as it stays plugged in and I just turn off the TV, it's fine (it might freeze a bit, but okay, nothing tragic). In the settings, I was a bit disappointed because I expected to have more options like the LG television of a friend who bought it for 600 euros. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the same range of options for either the picture or the sound. I admit I was quite disappointed there, but again, it's silly to compare a television worth 300 and 600 euros. Different category... IN THE END, if you are looking for a simple television without particular demands that you won't watch often and just want to have a satisfactory experience when you sit down to watch something, it's fine. If you are looking for a television for daily use, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more so you can see better blacks, more vibrant colors, not have it freeze, and of course, have more settings. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than 400 euros for this specific one, but if you find it around 300, I think it's a very good choice. (Nowadays, for a simple low-budget smartphone, you need at least 150-200; if with 300 you get a 43-inch television, I don't think you expect to have bought something super perfect. So it's fine.)
Μετα απο ενα χρονο ηπιας χρησης εχω να πω τα εξης.Αγορασα αυτην την τηλεοραση στα 330 ευρω διοτι σε αυτην την τιμη δεν υπηρχε κατι καλυτερο.
Ας ξεκινησουμε απο τα θετικα
Πολυ καλος ηχος ποτε δεν ειχα κανενα θεμα καθαροτατος και ανεβαινει παρα πολυ η ενταση.
το χειρηστηριο απλο με λιγα κουμπακια οποτε δεν μπερδευεσαι ποτε.
η εικονα πολυ καλη οταν δειχνει κατι φωτεινο.
τωρα παμε στα ασχημα:
τα μαυρα της ειναι απαραδεκτα και δεν εχω ιδιαιτερες απαιτησεις.στην τιμη που την πηρα φυσικα δεν μπορεις να περιμενεις κατι καλυτερο
η γωνια θεασης ετσι και ετσι...τα χρωματα τα βλεπεις ωραια οσο εισαι ακριβως στην ευθεια ,οσο πιο πλαγια καθεσαι αρχιζουν να ξεθωριαζουν τα χρωματα .οχι σε επιπεδο που να μην μπορεις να δεις ταινια .απλα οτι δεν εχεις την ιδια ομορφη εμπειρια οσο οταν καθεσαι ακριβως στην ευθεια.νιωθεις οτι κατι χανεις... και οντως χανεις τα ομορφα χρωματα.
το μενου καποιες φορες αργει δηλαδη πατας κατι και εχει καποια δευτερολεπτα καθυστερηση.συνηθως αυτο συμβαινει οταν την εχω κλεισει απο την πριζα και παω να την ανοιξω την πρωτη φορα. οσο μενει ανοιχτη η πριζα και απλα κλεινω την τηλεοραση ειναι κομπλε (μπορει να φαει κανα σκαλωμα αλλα οκευ τιποτα το τραγικο)
στις ρυθμισεις λιγο απογοητευτηκα γιατι περιμενα να εχω περισσοτερες επιλογες οπως η lg τηλεοραση ενος φιλου που την ειχε αγορασει 600 ευρω.δυστυχως δεν εχει το ιδιο ευρος επιλογων ουτε για την εικονα ουτε για τον ηχο.εκει ομολογω απογοητευτηκα αρκετα αλλα και παλι ειναι χαζο νασυγκρινω τηλεοραση αξιας 300 και 600 ευρω.αλλη κατηγορια..

εαν ψαχνεται μια απλη τηλεοραση χωρις ιδιαιτερες απαιτησεις που δεν θα βλεπετε συχνα και απλα θελετε οταν κατσετε να δειτε κατι να εχετε μια ικανοποιητικη εμπειρια ειναι κομπλε
εαν ψαχνεται μια τηλεοραση για καθημερινη χρηση καντε την χαρη στον εαυτο σας να δωσετε κατι παραπανω ωστε να βλεπετε πιο ωραια μαυρα , πιο ζωντανα χρωματα,να μην σας κολλαει και βεβαιως να εχετε περισσοτερες ρυθμισεις.
εγω προσωπικα δεν θα εδινα πανω απο 400 ευρω για την συγκεκριμενη αλλα αμα την βρειτε γυρω στα 300 πιστευω ειναι πολυ καλη επιλογη.(πλεον και για ενα απλο low budget smartphone θες τουλαχιστον 150-200 ,εαν με 300 παιρνεις 43 ιντσες τηλεοραση νομιζω οτι δεν περιμενεις να εχεις αγορασει κατι υπερ τελειο.οποτε ειναι κομπλε)
It has been a problem for me from the beginning, it freezes and does whatever it wants, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't turn off, it has no sound, it doesn't change channels. I took it to the service twice within the warranty period, they told me they changed the motherboard but unfortunately the problem remained and the Samsung dealership does not replace it for me.
Μου έχει βγάλει πρόβλημα από την αρχή κολλάει και κάνει ότι θέλει δεν ανοίγει δεν κλείνει δεν έχει φωνή δεν αλλάζει κανάλια, την πήρε δύο φορές το σέρβις μέσα στην εγγύηση μου είπαν ότι άλλαξαν πλακέτα αλλά δυστυχώς το πρόβλημα έμεινε και η αντιπροσωπεία της Samsung δεν μου την αλλάζει.
For the money, the best in 65". I have it for 2.5 years and it works perfectly. No problem in all its functions. I recommend it.

Because I saw that this particular TV has received several negative reviews, I decided to share my opinion as well because I happen to have this TV for almost 3 years and so far it hasn't given me any problems, at least on its own, although I saw that others had their panel burned twice and displayed black marks. The truth is that it has also shown 2 black lines on my TV, one on the right side and one on the left, but they are barely noticeable and don't affect the overall image. However, they are more noticeable when the TV mainly displays monotonous colors like white, which happened because the panel had a slight impact, which wasn't very strong. I mention this mainly because those who are not aware should consider that panels in new TVs are extremely sensitive and one should be very careful because it is very easy to cause even the slightest damage to the panel, especially when the TV is going to be mounted on a wall. I researched the issue and found out that there are much worse cases than mine, so I am lucky that mine is not in worse condition. I asked a technician and he told me that it's not worth changing the panel because I would have to pay around 200 euros + VAT + the cost of one hour of labor, so I will leave it as it is for now and use it until it lasts. Personally, I am satisfied with this TV mainly because it has never had any problems on its own, but I also agree with some people who mentioned that it has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels. However, it doesn't bother me much because I mainly use the TV for gaming and rarely switch channels. For someone who frequently switches channels, I believe this could be a problem. As for the sound, it has good sound quality for general TV use, such as Netflix, YouTube, and channels, but for gaming, it doesn't have the best sound, especially for someone like me who primarily uses it for gaming. It's better to use headphones, as I do. However, if someone just wants it for more casual gaming, they won't have any particular problem. In conclusion, I give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because this TV has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels, and the sound quality is mediocre for good gaming. However, the overall sound is good for basic TV functions, but as I mentioned before, for my own requirements, this TV is suitable and I believe I am lucky that it has served me well from the beginning. It's a shame about the panel issue because it is a nice TV with great colors, and the damage from the impact on the panel is minor, so I will keep it until it lasts. Finally, I should mention that I have the 43-inch model. I hope I helped with my review and I apologize for the long text, but I wanted to share my entire experience with this TV.
Επειδή είδα ότι η συγκεκριμένη τηλεωραση έχει πάρει αρκετές κακές αξιολογήσεις, αποφάσισα να μοιραστώ και εγώ την γνώμη μου γιατί τυχαίνει να έχω και εγώ την συγκεκριμένη τηλεωραση σχεδόν 3 χρόνια και μέχρι τώρα δεν μου έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα, τουλάχιστον από μόνη της παρόλο που ειδα ότι σε άλλους τους κάηκε το panel 2 φορές και εμφάνισε το panel μαύρα σημάδια, η αλήθεια είναι ότι και σε μένα έχει εμφανίσει 2 μαύρες γραμμές μια στην δεξιά πλευρά και μια στην αριστερή αλλά με το ζόρι φαίνονται χωρίς να χαλάνε την εικόνα σε γενικές γραμμες, όμως εκεί που φαίνονται λίγο πιο έντονα ειναι οταν η τηλεωραση κυρίως δείχνει μονότονα χρώματα όπως το άσπρο όπου μου το έκανε αυτό γιατί το panel είχε φάει ελαφρύ χτύπημα το οποίο δεν ήταν καθόλου δυνατό, ο λόγος που το αναφέρω αυτό κυρίως είναι επειδή θα πρέπει για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν να λάβουν υπόψιν τους ότι γενικά τα panel από τις καινούργιες τηλεωράσεις ειναι τρομερά ευαισθητα και πρέπει θα πρέπει για όποιον δεν γνωρίζει να είναι πολύ προσεκτικός γιατί είναι πολύ εύκολο να πάθει την παραμικρή ζημιά το panel, κυρίως όταν η τηλεόραση πρόκειται να τοποθετηθεί σε βάση τοίχου και επειδή το έψαξα το θέμα είδα ότι υπάρχουν και πολύ πιο χειρότερες περιπτώσεις από την δική μου, οπότε είμαι τυχερός που δεν είναι σε χειρότερη κατάσταση και επειδή ρώτησα τεχνικό μου είπε ότι δεν αξίζει να αλλάξω το panel γιατί θα πληρώσω γύρω στο 200αρι + ΦΠΑ + για την μια ώρα δουλειάς που θα κάνει οπότε θα την αφήσω έτσι όπως είναι και όσο αντέξει. Προσωπικά είμαι ευχαριστημένος από αυτή την τηλεόραση κυρίως επειδή δεν εμφάνισε από μόνη της ποτέ πρόβλημα όμως επειδή διάβασα επίσης απο κάποιους ότι έχει λίγο αργή απόκριση στο μενού αλλά και στην αλλαγή των καναλιών θα συμφωνήσω σε αυτό, όμως εμένα δεν με πειράζει ιδιέταιρα γιατί παρόλο που την τηλεόραση την έχω κυρίως για gaming καμία φορά όταν βλέπω τηλεόραση επειδή δεν κανω σχεδόν ποτέ ζάπινγκ και την έχω να παίζει ένα καναλι συνεχόμενα δεν με ενοχλεί το γεγονός ότι αργεί να αλλάξει τα κανάλια έστω και λίγο, όμως για κάποιον που κάνει ζάπινγκ πιστεύω θα ήταν λίγο πρόβλημα αυτό, όσο για τον ήχο για μένα έχει καλό ήχο κυρίως για μια γενική κυρίως για μια γενική χρήση τηλεόρασης όπως netflix, youtube κανάλια κ.λπ. όμως για gaming δεν έχει και τον καλύτερο ήχο και ειδικά για κάποιον σαν εμένα που την θέλει κυρίως για gaming, καλύτερα δηλαδή να βαζει ακουστικά όπως κάνω και εγώ αλλιώς αν απλά την θέλει για πιο χαλαρό gaming δεν θα έχει κάποιο ιδιεταιρο πρόβλημα. Τέλος από βαθμολογια βάζω 4 στα 5 αστέρια και αυτό επειδή η τηλεόραση αυτή έχει λίγο αργή απόκριση στο μενού και στην αλλαγή των καναλιών και επειδή ο ήχος της κυρίως για καλό gaming ειναι μέτριος, όμως γενικά ο ήχος που έχει είναι καλος για τις βασικές λειτουργίες της αλλά όπως ανέφερα και πιο πριν για τις απαιτήσεις τις δικές μου η τηλεόραση αυτή είναι ότι πρέπει και πιστεύω ότι είμαι τυχερός που με βόλεψε από την αρχή, κρίμα βέβαια αυτό που έγινε με το panel γιατί είναι ωραία τηλεόραση και έχει πολύ ωραία χρώματα και το καλό είναι ότι η ζημιά από το χτήπυμα που έφαγε το panel είναι ελαφριά και για αυτό θα την κρατήσω μέχρι να αντέξει. Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι έχω το μοντέλο 43τριων ιντσών, ελπίζω να βοήθησα με την αξιολόγηση μου και ζητώ συγνώμη για το μεγάλο κείμενο μου όμως ήθελα να μοιραστώ όλη την εμπειρία μου με αυτήν την τηλεώραση.
I give it 3 stars because I have been using it for only 2 months and it sticks incredibly in the menu or when updating programs or changing channels. Also, I was trying to change channels and couldn't find it at all. Not user-friendly menu at all.

As other users have mentioned, the screen burned out after 2 years and something, after the warranty expired of course. The cost of repair is around 320€, which is the same as buying a new one. The company obviously doesn't take any responsibility once the warranty is over and unfortunately the customer service was terrible. Never again Samsung, stay away from these specific TVs, it's not worth spending 400-500 euros for 2 years. Tragic customer experience.
Όπως ακριβώς έγραψαν και άλλοι χρήστες η οθόνη κάηκε στα 2 χρόνια και κάτι, μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης φυσικά. Το κόστος επισκευής αγγίζει τα 320€! , όσο η αγορά νέας. Η εταιρία προφανώς δεν αναλαμβάνει τίποτα εφόσον έληξε η εγγύηση και δυστυχώς η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κάκιστη. Ποτέ ξανά samsung λοιπόν, μακριά από τις συγκεκριμένες τηλεοράσεις, δεν αξίζει να πετάξετε 400-500 ευρώ για 2 χρόνια. Τραγικό customer experience.

For its price, it is easily the best out there! The two negatives are that the sound is present on all TVs and that I can't connect Bluetooth headphones or other devices. Other than that, the screen is fantastic for movies and even channels, it is fast, and it receives updates every 2 or maybe 3 months, which helps with its smooth operation!
Για τα χρήματα της είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει εκεί έξω εύκολα!! 2 τα αρνητικά της με το 1 να υπάρχει σε όλες τις τηλεοράσεις ο ήχος και το άλλο είναι ότι δεν μπορώ να συνδέσω bluetooth ακουστικά ή άλλες συσκευές. Κατά τα άλλα οθόνη σε ταινίες αλλά ακόμα και στα κανάλια παίζει φανταστικά, είναι γρήγορη και παίρνει ενημερώσεις το πολύ ανά 2 μήνες αντε 3 κάτι που βοηθάει στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία της!
While playing normally, suddenly it started losing its image. I have had it for less than three years. The technician who came told us that the motherboard broke and the LEDs burned out. The cost is around €200, which is not worth it!
Ενώ έπαιζε κανονικά ξαφνικά άρχισε να χάνει την εικόνα της.Την έχω λιγότερο απο τρία χρόνια.Τεχνικος που ήρθε μας είπε ότι χάλασε η μητρική και κάηκαν τα led.Το κόστος στα 200€ περίπου πράγμα που δεν αξίζει!!
After a lot of research, I ended up with this television, which was placed in a 10 sqm bedroom right in front of the bed. The purchase was made yesterday on 18/05/2023 and it was immediately installed on the wall. Following the instructions, I tried to set it up using my mobile phone (since it showed me this option). I simply downloaded the Samsung app, which I didn't have installed on my phone, but for some reason, the first attempt was not completed. Maybe it didn't connect properly to the internet. With the second attempt, everything went as it should and the TV started normally with the channels automatically found without me doing anything (this impressed me and I liked it). I immediately checked YouTube (to see if the connection was OK) and connected to Netflix. I quickly looked through the manual for the remote control, which is quite concise and not immediately understandable how it works. Finally, we watched a series on Netflix for testing.
Below are my initial comments:
Positives:
- Very clear picture and vibrant colors. Of course, my other TV is 13 years old and not LED. Nevertheless, I have obviously seen modern LED TVs in other houses, so comparing and considering its cost, it is very good. Essentially, for an average user who wants to watch movies, Netflix, etc., it is perfect.
- Sound. There are many comments about the poor sound performance. Again, I had no complaints. We watched a series on Netflix with the sound at about 60% of the maximum and it was perfect. I don't know what everyone has in mind when watching TV at home... Maybe they want the neighbors to hear as well. But really, in a room of a house, the sound provided by the TV is fine. If someone wants to watch on the balcony or in their yard and be at a distance of 6-7 meters, then I don't know, maybe the sound is not good.
Negatives (a little):
- Build quality is not the highest. When you hold it to hang it on the wall, you feel like you have to be very careful. It looks nice, but the plastics could be of better quality. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I hung it on the wall and it will stay there without anyone touching it again.
- The remote control is... different from the usual ones we know, it is minimalist. It definitely requires getting used to, but I think once you learn it, it will be very convenient. There is also the option of controlling the TV through the app on the mobile phone. I tried that too, and it seems more user-friendly than the remote control initially. Perhaps because it is clearer what each button does. However, this issue doesn't bother me either.
Conclusion:
I am very satisfied with my choice, even though there were quite a few negative comments and I was hesitant. Obviously, there were equally many, if not more, positive comments! :) I didn't expect anything more and nothing disappointed me from the first use-test of the TV. If it withstands the test of time, then it deserves 6 stars instead of 5 because it costs just over 300 euros and has an impressive picture, vibrant colors, and very good sound!
Μετά από αρκετή έρευνα κατέληξα σε αυτή την τηλεόραση η οποία τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 10 τμ ακριβώς απέναντι από το κρεβάτι.
Η αγορά έγινε χθες στισ 18/05/2023 και τοποθετήθηκε άμεσα στον τοίχο. Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες προσπάθησα να κάνω το set up μέσω κινητού (αφου μου εμφάνισε αυτή την επιλογή. Απλά κατέβασα επιπλέον την εφαρμογή της SAMSUNG την οποία δεν είχα εγκατεστημένη στο κινητό), αλλά για κάποιο λόγο δεν ολοκληρώθηκε η 1η προσπάθεια. Ίσως δεν συνδέθηκε σωστά στο internet. Με την 2η προσπάθεια όλα έγιναν όπως έπρεπε και η τηλεόραση ξεκίνησε κανονικά με τα κανάλια να έχουν βρεθεί αυτόματα χωρίς να έχω κάνει εγώ κάτι (αυτό με εντυπωσίασε και μου άρεσε). Αμέσως τσέκαρα το youtube (για να δω οτι η σύνδεση είναι ΟΚ) και συνδέθηκα Netflix. Έψαξα στα πολύ γρήγορα το εγχειρίδιο για το τηλεκοντρόλ το οποίο η αλήθεια είναι αρκετά λιτό και δεν καταλαβαίνεις αμέσως πως λειουργεί. Τελικά είδαμε και μία σειρά στο Netflix για δοκιμή.
Παρακάτω τα πρώτα μου σχόλια:
Θετικά.
-Πολύ καθαρή εικόνα και ζωντανά χρώματα. Βέβαια η άλλη τηλεόραση που διαθέτω είναι 13 χρονών και φυσικά όχι LED. Παρόλα αυτά προφανώς και έχω δει σε άλλα σπίτια σύγχρονες LED τηλεοράσεις, άρα συγκρίνοντας και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το κόστος της, είναι πάρα πολύ καλή. Ουσιαστικά για ένα μέσο χρήστη που θέλει να βλέπει ταινίες, netflix κτλ, είναι άψογη.
-Ήχος. Υπάρχουν εδώ πάρα πολλά σχόλια σχετικά με την χάλια απόδοση του ήχου. Και πάλι εγώ δεν είχα κανένα παράπονο. Είδαμε μία σειρά στο netflix με τον ήχο στο περίπου 60% του μέγιστου και ήταν άψογη. Δεν ξέρω τι έχει ο καθένας στο μυαλό του όταν βλέπει τηλεόραση στο σπίτι του... Ίσως να θέλει να ακούν και οι δίπλα. Πραγματικά πάντως, σε ένα δωμάτιο σπιτιού ο ήχος που παρέχει η τηλεόραση είναι μιά χαρά. Αν κάποιος θέλει να βλέπει στο μπαλκόνι ή την αυλή του και να βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 6-7 μέτρα, τότε δεν ξέρω, ίσως να μη είναι καλός ο ήχος.
Αρνητικά (λίγο)
-Ποιότητα κατασκευής όχι η υψηλότερη. Την πιάνεις να την κρεμάσεις στον τοίχο και νιώθεις ότι πρέπει να προσέχεις πολύ πως την κρατάς. Όμορφη εμφανισιακά αλλά τα πλαστικά θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερης ποιότητας. Προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί, γιατί την κρέμασα στον τοίχο και εκεί θα παραμείνει χωρίς να την ακουμπήσει ξανά κανείς.
-Το χειριστήριο είναι...διαφορετικό από τα συνηθισμένα, από αυτά που γνωρίζουμε, είναι μίνιμαλ. Θέλει εξοικείωση σίγουρα, αλλά νομίζω ότι το μάθεις θα βολεύει πολύ. Επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα χειρισμού της τηλεόρασης μέσω την εφαρμογής από το κινητό. Το δοκίμασα και αυτό και δείχνει πιο εύχρηστο από το τηλεκοντρόλ αρχικά. Ίσως επειδή είναι πιο ξεκάθαρο το τι κάνει το κάθε κουμπί. Παρόλα αυτά, και αυτό το θέμα δεν με ενοχλεί.
Συμπέρασμα.
Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την επιλογή μου παρότι υπήρχαν εδώ αρκετά αρνητικά σχόλια και ήμουν διστακτικός. Προφανώς βέβαια υπήρχαν εξίσου πολλά και περισσότερα θετικά σχόλια! :) Δεν περίμενα κάτι παραπάνω και δεν με απογοήτευεσε κάτι από την πρώτη χρήση-δοκιμή της τηλεόρασης. Αν αντέξει και στο χρόνο, τότε της αξίζουν 6 αστέρια και όχι 5, γιατί πολύ απλά κόστίζει λίγο πάνω από 300 ευρώ και έχει εντυπωσιακή εικόνα και χρώματα και πολύ καλό ήχο!

Purchased on 14/12/2022, operated satisfactorily for four months as a living room television (without gaming, hard drive, USB, etc.), plugged into a voltage stabilizer, until it suddenly presented a light black vertical line in the middle of the screen. Samsung was notified via email and, after a phone call, they picked it up today for inspection/repair.
Αγοράστηκε 14/12/2022, λειτούργησε ικανοποιητικά για τέσσερις μήνες, ως τηλεόραση σαλονιού, (χωρίς gaming, hard driver, usb, κλπ), σε πρίζα με σταθεροποιητή τάσεως, ώσπου εντελ΄ώς ξαφνικά, παρουσίασε μια κάθετη αλαφριά μαύρη γραμμή περίπου στο μέσον της οθόνης. Ειδοποιήθηκε η samsung, μέσω e-mail, και κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, παρέλαβαν σήμερα προς έλεγχο / επισκευή.
For its price, it's perfect for everyday use! Netflix is flawless, and so is YouTube. I haven't watched any sports on it yet, so I can't say. I would have expected slightly better sound quality.
Για τα λεφτά της είναι ότι πρέπει για καθημερινή χρήση! netflix άψογο, youtube επίσης. τώρα από αθλητικά δεν έχω δει ακόμη ώστε να πω. θα περίμενα λίγο καλύτερο ήχο.

The picture is very good, as well as the sound.
The remote control may seem unfamiliar at first, but once you learn it, you can do everything you can with other common r.controls, but with only 4 buttons...

Το remote control ξενίζει στην αρχή, αλλά μόλις το μάθεις, θα κάνεις ότι με τα κοινά άλλα r.controls, αλλά με 4 πλήκτρα.....
After 4 months of use, I can say that it is absolutely value for money. The sound is good for a living room, not for a party of course. The picture is excellent, on the PS5 (and not only) it automatically finds the best settings. It doesn't creak, it seems reliable, but its menu is a bit slow. If I had invested 200€ more, I would have gotten one with Android instead of Tizen, but since I have a TV box, I'm covered. One more detail that I knew before buying it is that it doesn't support Chromecast on its own (which I have solved with the TV box, so it doesn't bother me personally).
As for the downsides, I will say the following. On YouTube specifically, it downloads at a maximum of 5mbps, resulting in lag on UHD videos; personally, I have connected a TV box + PS5, so I play from there and have no issues. It may possibly be fixed in the future with a TV or YouTube app update.
In closing, I will say once again that with a TV box, it becomes stellar for the 370€ I paid for it.

2 years later and it works perfectly. Regarding the issue I had on YouTube, it turned out to be my router and not the television
Μετά από 4 μήνες χρήσης μπορώ να πω ότι είναι απόλυτα value for money. Ήχος καλός για σαλόνι, όχι για πάρτι φυσικά. Η εικόνα εξαιρετική, στο ps5 (και όχι μόνο) βρίσκει αυτόματα τις βέλτιστες ρυθμίσεις. Δεν τρίζει, φαίνεται αξιόπιστη αλλά το μενού της είναι λίγο αργό. Αν είχα επενδύσει 200€ παραπάνω θα έπαιρνα αντίστοιχη με android αντί για tizen, αλλά δεδομένου ότι έχω tvbox είμαι καλυμμένος. Μια λεπτομέρεια ακόμη που όμως γνώριζα και πριν την αγοράσω, είναι ότι δεν υποστηρίζει από μόνη της chromecast (που και πάλι έχω λύσει με το tvbox οπότε δεν με προβληματίζει προσωπικά)
Στα κατά της θα πω το εξής. Στο Youtube συγλεκριμένα, κατεβάζει με maximum τα 5mbps με αποτέλεσμα να λαγκάρει στα UHD videos, προσωπικά έχω συνδέσει επάνω tvbox + ps5 οπότε τα παίζω από εκεί και δεν έχω θέμα. Ενδεχομένως να διορθωθεί μελλοντικά με αναβάθμιση της tv ή του app youtube.
Κλείνοντας, θα πω για μια ακόμη φορά, ότι με ένα tvbox γίνεται αστεράτη για τα 370€ που την πήρα.

2 χρόνια μετά και λειτουργεί άψογα. Σχετικά με το θέμα που είχα στο Youtube ήταν τελικά του ρούτερ μου κι όχι της τηλεόρασης

The TV came into my hands from day one with a bright line around the bezel. Samsung sent a technician and said it was fine. The conclusions are yours. Never again with this company. Nor a toaster.

We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.
Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.
Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Την τοποθετήσαμε σε στρατιωτική υπηρεσία για καθημερινή χρήση.Στο χρόνο πάνω εμφάνισε σκιές σε διάφορα σημεία του πάνελ.Τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας μας είπε ότι οφείλεται στη σκόνη ή σε αιθάλη κεριών ή τζακιών που μπαίνει στην τηλεόραση.Ευτυχώς είναι στην εγγύηση και θα επισκευαστεί.
Update 15/1/25....η τηλεόραση επέστρεψε από service αλλά η εικόνα βελτιώθηκε κατά 30-40% όπως φαίνεται και στη φωτο παρόλο που αλλάχτηκε το panel όπως ισχυρίζεται η αντιπροσωπεία
Update2 21/01.2025 Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά της Samsung , ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί στο 100% η εικόνα της τηλεόρασης!!!! "Αυτού του τύπου οι τηλεοράσεις έχουν τέτοια προβλήματα"..."Είναι εντός των προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"....κι άλλες τέτοιες αστείες δικαιολογίες.Στην ερώτησή μου :" Όταν ήταν καινούρια πως έπαιζε τέλεια και τώρα δεν παίζει αφού αλλάξατε πάνελ;;" Η απάντηση ήταν : "Αυτό δεν το γνωρίζω".!!!!!!!!!!!!!Προφανώς απλά προσπάθησαν να καθαρίσουν το πάνελ εσωτερικά (αφού μας έλεγαν για σκόνη και αιθάλη!!!!!!!) και δεν έγινε σωστή δουλειά ή αν όντως αντικαταστάθηκε το πάνελ , τοποθέτησαν κάποιο μεταχειρισμένο ή ελαττωματικό ανταλλακτικό.Τέλος ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση προϊόντος αφού δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί αλλά φυσικά αρνήθηκαν αφού "Η εικόνα είναι εντός προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"!!!!!Τι δεν καταλαβαίνετε!!!!!

Έχει αγοράσει κάποιος σε μέγεθος 50". Ενδιαφέρομαι να ακούσω εντυπώσεις. Εγώ χρειάζομαι τηλεόραση κυρίως για cosmote tv και καμμιά ταινία από flash drive.
για τα χρήματα της είναι πολύ καλή τηλεόραση. ίσως λιγο αργή στην ανταπόκριση θα έλεγα.
Καλησπέρα σας η τηλεόραση έχει τη δυνατότητα να κατεβάσω εφαρμογή όπως το cosmote TV ή της nova για προβολή μέσω ίντερνετ?(επειδή πλέον η cosmote μετά τις 31/10 θα αλλάξει τον τρόπο προβολής του replay της να μπορώ να έχω τη δυνατότητα να βλέπω μέσω ίντερνετ το replay.)
Καλησπέρα. Υπάρχει η εφαρμογή της cosmote προεγκατεστημένη. Nova μπορείς να κατεβάσεις. παίζουν κανονικά τα Replay tv.

After market research, I ended up with the Samsung smart tv 43"...I had a previous Samsung smart tv 32" and I was quite satisfied, but it was an old model and did not support enough applications that I wanted to use. I bought the TV mainly to have access to the Cosmote and NOVA apps, which work great and were already installed, as well as the netflix, youtube, prime video, Disney+, apple tv, Rakuten tv, ANT1+ apps, while also supporting regular and hybrid television (ERTFlix, etc.). In terms of image, it is very good with vivid colors and very clear clarity, the sound I agree with others who have mentioned that it is not so powerful, but personally it doesn't bother me so much. With the remote control, I had a difficulty at first to get used to it, I was surprised that it didn't have the numbers from 1-9, instead it has a few buttons that also function as shortcuts, but after a while you get used to it... The menu has many settings and customizations... In terms of connectivity, it has wi-fi, 3 HDMI ports, 1 usb port, 1 LAN and another Common Interface port for input of a card. It connected fine with my xiaomi mobile with cast and mirroring... In terms of gaming or connecting to a computer, I have no opinion, but I think it will work fine there too... Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase even though I was also looking at a newer model for '22, but I saw the positive comments and ended up with this one... If someone is looking for a good and modern smart tv in 43" with very good image, not expensive with all the latest available applications, then this is the most value for money choice and I recommend it without reservation! I bought it from a large department store during the sales period, I also recommend extending the warranty to 5 years to be covered for any eventuality! Μετά από έρευνα αγοράς κατέληξα στην Samsung smart tv 43"...Είχα και προηγουμένος πάλι Samsung smart tv 32" και ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένος αλλά ήταν παλιό μοντέλο και δεν υποστήριζε αρκετές εφαρμογές που ήθελα να χρησιμοποιήσω. Την τηλεόραση την αγόρασα κατά κύριο λόγο για να έχω πρόσβαση στα app της Cosmote και NOVA τα οποία λειτουργούν μια χαρά και ήταν ήδη εγκατεστημένα όπως επίσης και οι εφαρμογές netflix, youtube, prime video, Disney+, apple tv, Rakuten tv, ANT1+ ενώ υποστηρίζει κανονικά και υβριδική τηλεόραση (ERTFlix κ.λ.π.).Από θέμα εικόνας είναι πάρα πολύ καλή με ζωντανά χρώματα και πολύ καθαρή ευκρίνεια , ο ήχος θα συμφωνήσω και με άλλους που έχουν αναφέρει ότι δεν είναι και τόσο δυνατός αλλά προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί και τόσο. Με το τηλεκοντρόλ είχα μια δυσκολία στην αρχή να εξοικειωθώ, με παραξένεψε το γεγονός που δεν είχε τους αριθμούς από το 1-9, αντίθετα έχει λίγα κουμπιά τα οποία λειτουργούν και σαν συντομεύσεις, ωστόσο μετά από λίγη ώρα το συνηθίζεις… Το μενού έχει πολλές ρυθμίσεις και παραμετροποιήσεις… Από συνδεσιμότητα έχει wi-fi, 3 θύρες HDMI, 1 θύρα usb, 1 LAN και άλλη μια θύρα Common Interface για είσοδο κάποιας κάρτας. Με κινητό xiaomi συνδέθηκε μια χαρά με cast και mirroring… Από θέμα gaming ή σύνδεσης με υπολογιστή δεν έχω άποψη αλλά θεωρώ μια χαρά θα λειτουργεί και εκεί… Γενικά είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος από την αγορά αν και κοιτούσα και κάποιο ποιο καινούριο μοντέλο του '22 αλλά είδα τα θετικά σχόλια και κατέληξα σε αυτήν… Αν κάποιος ψάχνει μια καλή και σύγχρονη smart tv στης 43" με πολύ καλή εικόνα, όχι ακριβή με όλες τις τελευταίες εφαρμογές διαθέσιμες τότε αυτή είναι η ποιο value for money επιλογή και την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Την αγόρασα απο μεγάλο πολυκατάστημα στην περίοδο των εκπτώσεων, μάλιστα προτείνω να κάνετε και την επέκταση της εγγύησης στα 5 χρόνια για να είστε καλυμμένοι για κάθε ενδεχόμενο!Ελπίζω να βγάλει τα λεφτά της όπως η προηγούμενη Samsung που είχα… Καλές τηλεθεάσεις να έχετε!
On the first day I opened it, a movie played normally on Netflix and then it broke down after a few hours (possibly a short circuit). Samsung has not made a decision to approve the replacement for almost 10 days. The company's technician came and confirmed the damage for several days and for some inexplicable reason I have not yet found my right. I really don't know what's going wrong with this company...
Την πρώτη μέρα που την άνοιξα έπαιξε μια ταινία στο Netflix κανονικά και μετά από λίγες ώρες χάλασε (πιθανόν βραχυκύκλωμα). Η Samsung εδώ και σχεδόν 10 ημέρες δεν έχει λάβει λάβει απόφαση για να μου εγκρίνει την αντικατάσταση. Ο τεχνικός της εταιρίας ήρθε και επιβεβαίωσε εδώ και αρκετές ημέρες τη βλάβη και για κάποιο ανεξήγητο λόγο δεν έχω βρει ακόμη το δίκιο μου. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω τι πάει στραβά με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία...
With use of MUCH LESS than 2 hours per day, it broke down within 3 years!!!
This is the 2nd Samsung that breaks in the same way (it gets so dark that you can hardly see anything anymore)

I bought it in August '22 and within 3 years it broke down, I see a blackness and the image is barely visible.

We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.
Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.
Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!

After a year of mild use, I have to say the following. I bought this television for 330 euros because at this price, there was nothing better. Let's start with the positives. Very good sound, I never had any issues, it's crystal clear and the volume goes up very high. The remote is simple with few buttons, so you never get confused. The picture is very good when showing something bright. Now let's move on to the negatives: its blacks are unacceptable, and I don't have particular demands. At the price I got it, of course, you can't expect anything better. The viewing angle is so-so... you see the colors nicely as long as you are directly in front, but the more sideways you sit, the colors start to fade. Not to the level where you can't watch a movie, just that you don't have the same beautiful experience as when sitting directly in front. You feel like you're missing something... and indeed, you miss the beautiful colors. The menu sometimes lags, meaning you press something and there's a delay of a few seconds. This usually happens when I have turned it off from the plug and go to turn it on for the first time. As long as it stays plugged in and I just turn off the TV, it's fine (it might freeze a bit, but okay, nothing tragic). In the settings, I was a bit disappointed because I expected to have more options like the LG television of a friend who bought it for 600 euros. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the same range of options for either the picture or the sound. I admit I was quite disappointed there, but again, it's silly to compare a television worth 300 and 600 euros. Different category... IN THE END, if you are looking for a simple television without particular demands that you won't watch often and just want to have a satisfactory experience when you sit down to watch something, it's fine. If you are looking for a television for daily use, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more so you can see better blacks, more vibrant colors, not have it freeze, and of course, have more settings. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than 400 euros for this specific one, but if you find it around 300, I think it's a very good choice. (Nowadays, for a simple low-budget smartphone, you need at least 150-200; if with 300 you get a 43-inch television, I don't think you expect to have bought something super perfect. So it's fine.)

Πολυ καλος ηχος ποτε δεν ειχα κανενα θεμα καθαροτατος και ανεβαινει παρα πολυ η ενταση.
το χειρηστηριο απλο με λιγα κουμπακια οποτε δεν μπερδευεσαι ποτε.
η εικονα πολυ καλη οταν δειχνει κατι φωτεινο.
τωρα παμε στα ασχημα:
τα μαυρα της ειναι απαραδεκτα και δεν εχω ιδιαιτερες απαιτησεις.στην τιμη που την πηρα φυσικα δεν μπορεις να περιμενεις κατι καλυτερο
η γωνια θεασης ετσι και ετσι...τα χρωματα τα βλεπεις ωραια οσο εισαι ακριβως στην ευθεια ,οσο πιο πλαγια καθεσαι αρχιζουν να ξεθωριαζουν τα χρωματα .οχι σε επιπεδο που να μην μπορεις να δεις ταινια .απλα οτι δεν εχεις την ιδια ομορφη εμπειρια οσο οταν καθεσαι ακριβως στην ευθεια.νιωθεις οτι κατι χανεις... και οντως χανεις τα ομορφα χρωματα.
το μενου καποιες φορες αργει δηλαδη πατας κατι και εχει καποια δευτερολεπτα καθυστερηση.συνηθως αυτο συμβαινει οταν την εχω κλεισει απο την πριζα και παω να την ανοιξω την πρωτη φορα. οσο μενει ανοιχτη η πριζα και απλα κλεινω την τηλεοραση ειναι κομπλε (μπορει να φαει κανα σκαλωμα αλλα οκευ τιποτα το τραγικο)
στις ρυθμισεις λιγο απογοητευτηκα γιατι περιμενα να εχω περισσοτερες επιλογες οπως η lg τηλεοραση ενος φιλου που την ειχε αγορασει 600 ευρω.δυστυχως δεν εχει το ιδιο ευρος επιλογων ουτε για την εικονα ουτε για τον ηχο.εκει ομολογω απογοητευτηκα αρκετα αλλα και παλι ειναι χαζο νασυγκρινω τηλεοραση αξιας 300 και 600 ευρω.αλλη κατηγορια..

εαν ψαχνεται μια απλη τηλεοραση χωρις ιδιαιτερες απαιτησεις που δεν θα βλεπετε συχνα και απλα θελετε οταν κατσετε να δειτε κατι να εχετε μια ικανοποιητικη εμπειρια ειναι κομπλε
εαν ψαχνεται μια τηλεοραση για καθημερινη χρηση καντε την χαρη στον εαυτο σας να δωσετε κατι παραπανω ωστε να βλεπετε πιο ωραια μαυρα , πιο ζωντανα χρωματα,να μην σας κολλαει και βεβαιως να εχετε περισσοτερες ρυθμισεις.
εγω προσωπικα δεν θα εδινα πανω απο 400 ευρω για την συγκεκριμενη αλλα αμα την βρειτε γυρω στα 300 πιστευω ειναι πολυ καλη επιλογη.(πλεον και για ενα απλο low budget smartphone θες τουλαχιστον 150-200 ,εαν με 300 παιρνεις 43 ιντσες τηλεοραση νομιζω οτι δεν περιμενεις να εχεις αγορασει κατι υπερ τελειο.οποτε ειναι κομπλε)
It has been a problem for me from the beginning, it freezes and does whatever it wants, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't turn off, it has no sound, it doesn't change channels. I took it to the service twice within the warranty period, they told me they changed the motherboard but unfortunately the problem remained and the Samsung dealership does not replace it for me.
Μου έχει βγάλει πρόβλημα από την αρχή κολλάει και κάνει ότι θέλει δεν ανοίγει δεν κλείνει δεν έχει φωνή δεν αλλάζει κανάλια, την πήρε δύο φορές το σέρβις μέσα στην εγγύηση μου είπαν ότι άλλαξαν πλακέτα αλλά δυστυχώς το πρόβλημα έμεινε και η αντιπροσωπεία της Samsung δεν μου την αλλάζει.

Because I saw that this particular TV has received several negative reviews, I decided to share my opinion as well because I happen to have this TV for almost 3 years and so far it hasn't given me any problems, at least on its own, although I saw that others had their panel burned twice and displayed black marks. The truth is that it has also shown 2 black lines on my TV, one on the right side and one on the left, but they are barely noticeable and don't affect the overall image. However, they are more noticeable when the TV mainly displays monotonous colors like white, which happened because the panel had a slight impact, which wasn't very strong. I mention this mainly because those who are not aware should consider that panels in new TVs are extremely sensitive and one should be very careful because it is very easy to cause even the slightest damage to the panel, especially when the TV is going to be mounted on a wall. I researched the issue and found out that there are much worse cases than mine, so I am lucky that mine is not in worse condition. I asked a technician and he told me that it's not worth changing the panel because I would have to pay around 200 euros + VAT + the cost of one hour of labor, so I will leave it as it is for now and use it until it lasts. Personally, I am satisfied with this TV mainly because it has never had any problems on its own, but I also agree with some people who mentioned that it has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels. However, it doesn't bother me much because I mainly use the TV for gaming and rarely switch channels. For someone who frequently switches channels, I believe this could be a problem. As for the sound, it has good sound quality for general TV use, such as Netflix, YouTube, and channels, but for gaming, it doesn't have the best sound, especially for someone like me who primarily uses it for gaming. It's better to use headphones, as I do. However, if someone just wants it for more casual gaming, they won't have any particular problem. In conclusion, I give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because this TV has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels, and the sound quality is mediocre for good gaming. However, the overall sound is good for basic TV functions, but as I mentioned before, for my own requirements, this TV is suitable and I believe I am lucky that it has served me well from the beginning. It's a shame about the panel issue because it is a nice TV with great colors, and the damage from the impact on the panel is minor, so I will keep it until it lasts. Finally, I should mention that I have the 43-inch model. I hope I helped with my review and I apologize for the long text, but I wanted to share my entire experience with this TV.
Επειδή είδα ότι η συγκεκριμένη τηλεωραση έχει πάρει αρκετές κακές αξιολογήσεις, αποφάσισα να μοιραστώ και εγώ την γνώμη μου γιατί τυχαίνει να έχω και εγώ την συγκεκριμένη τηλεωραση σχεδόν 3 χρόνια και μέχρι τώρα δεν μου έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα, τουλάχιστον από μόνη της παρόλο που ειδα ότι σε άλλους τους κάηκε το panel 2 φορές και εμφάνισε το panel μαύρα σημάδια, η αλήθεια είναι ότι και σε μένα έχει εμφανίσει 2 μαύρες γραμμές μια στην δεξιά πλευρά και μια στην αριστερή αλλά με το ζόρι φαίνονται χωρίς να χαλάνε την εικόνα σε γενικές γραμμες, όμως εκεί που φαίνονται λίγο πιο έντονα ειναι οταν η τηλεωραση κυρίως δείχνει μονότονα χρώματα όπως το άσπρο όπου μου το έκανε αυτό γιατί το panel είχε φάει ελαφρύ χτύπημα το οποίο δεν ήταν καθόλου δυνατό, ο λόγος που το αναφέρω αυτό κυρίως είναι επειδή θα πρέπει για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν να λάβουν υπόψιν τους ότι γενικά τα panel από τις καινούργιες τηλεωράσεις ειναι τρομερά ευαισθητα και πρέπει θα πρέπει για όποιον δεν γνωρίζει να είναι πολύ προσεκτικός γιατί είναι πολύ εύκολο να πάθει την παραμικρή ζημιά το panel, κυρίως όταν η τηλεόραση πρόκειται να τοποθετηθεί σε βάση τοίχου και επειδή το έψαξα το θέμα είδα ότι υπάρχουν και πολύ πιο χειρότερες περιπτώσεις από την δική μου, οπότε είμαι τυχερός που δεν είναι σε χειρότερη κατάσταση και επειδή ρώτησα τεχνικό μου είπε ότι δεν αξίζει να αλλάξω το panel γιατί θα πληρώσω γύρω στο 200αρι + ΦΠΑ + για την μια ώρα δουλειάς που θα κάνει οπότε θα την αφήσω έτσι όπως είναι και όσο αντέξει. Προσωπικά είμαι ευχαριστημένος από αυτή την τηλεόραση κυρίως επειδή δεν εμφάνισε από μόνη της ποτέ πρόβλημα όμως επειδή διάβασα επίσης απο κάποιους ότι έχει λίγο αργή απόκριση στο μενού αλλά και στην αλλαγή των καναλιών θα συμφωνήσω σε αυτό, όμως εμένα δεν με πειράζει ιδιέταιρα γιατί παρόλο που την τηλεόραση την έχω κυρίως για gaming καμία φορά όταν βλέπω τηλεόραση επειδή δεν κανω σχεδόν ποτέ ζάπινγκ και την έχω να παίζει ένα καναλι συνεχόμενα δεν με ενοχλεί το γεγονός ότι αργεί να αλλάξει τα κανάλια έστω και λίγο, όμως για κάποιον που κάνει ζάπινγκ πιστεύω θα ήταν λίγο πρόβλημα αυτό, όσο για τον ήχο για μένα έχει καλό ήχο κυρίως για μια γενική κυρίως για μια γενική χρήση τηλεόρασης όπως netflix, youtube κανάλια κ.λπ. όμως για gaming δεν έχει και τον καλύτερο ήχο και ειδικά για κάποιον σαν εμένα που την θέλει κυρίως για gaming, καλύτερα δηλαδή να βαζει ακουστικά όπως κάνω και εγώ αλλιώς αν απλά την θέλει για πιο χαλαρό gaming δεν θα έχει κάποιο ιδιεταιρο πρόβλημα. Τέλος από βαθμολογια βάζω 4 στα 5 αστέρια και αυτό επειδή η τηλεόραση αυτή έχει λίγο αργή απόκριση στο μενού και στην αλλαγή των καναλιών και επειδή ο ήχος της κυρίως για καλό gaming ειναι μέτριος, όμως γενικά ο ήχος που έχει είναι καλος για τις βασικές λειτουργίες της αλλά όπως ανέφερα και πιο πριν για τις απαιτήσεις τις δικές μου η τηλεόραση αυτή είναι ότι πρέπει και πιστεύω ότι είμαι τυχερός που με βόλεψε από την αρχή, κρίμα βέβαια αυτό που έγινε με το panel γιατί είναι ωραία τηλεόραση και έχει πολύ ωραία χρώματα και το καλό είναι ότι η ζημιά από το χτήπυμα που έφαγε το panel είναι ελαφριά και για αυτό θα την κρατήσω μέχρι να αντέξει. Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι έχω το μοντέλο 43τριων ιντσών, ελπίζω να βοήθησα με την αξιολόγηση μου και ζητώ συγνώμη για το μεγάλο κείμενο μου όμως ήθελα να μοιραστώ όλη την εμπειρία μου με αυτήν την τηλεώραση.
I give it 3 stars because I have been using it for only 2 months and it sticks incredibly in the menu or when updating programs or changing channels. Also, I was trying to change channels and couldn't find it at all. Not user-friendly menu at all.

As other users have mentioned, the screen burned out after 2 years and something, after the warranty expired of course. The cost of repair is around 320€, which is the same as buying a new one. The company obviously doesn't take any responsibility once the warranty is over and unfortunately the customer service was terrible. Never again Samsung, stay away from these specific TVs, it's not worth spending 400-500 euros for 2 years. Tragic customer experience.
Όπως ακριβώς έγραψαν και άλλοι χρήστες η οθόνη κάηκε στα 2 χρόνια και κάτι, μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης φυσικά. Το κόστος επισκευής αγγίζει τα 320€! , όσο η αγορά νέας. Η εταιρία προφανώς δεν αναλαμβάνει τίποτα εφόσον έληξε η εγγύηση και δυστυχώς η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κάκιστη. For its price, it is easily the best out there! The two negatives are that the sound is present on all TVs and that I can't connect Bluetooth headphones or other devices. Other than that, the screen is fantastic for movies and even channels, it is fast, and it receives updates every 2 or maybe 3 months, which helps with its smooth operation!
Για τα χρήματα της είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει εκεί έξω εύκολα!! 2 τα αρνητικά της με το 1 να υπάρχει σε όλες τις τηλεοράσεις ο ήχος και το άλλο είναι ότι δεν μπορώ να συνδέσω bluetooth ακουστικά ή άλλες συσκευές. Κατά τα άλλα οθόνη σε ταινίες αλλά ακόμα και στα κανάλια παίζει φανταστικά, είναι γρήγορη και παίρνει ενημερώσεις το πολύ ανά 2 μήνες αντε 3 κάτι που βοηθάει στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία της!
While playing normally, suddenly it started losing its image. I have had it for less than three years. The technician who came told us that the motherboard broke and the LEDs burned out. The cost is around €200, which is not worth it!
Ενώ έπαιζε κανονικά ξαφνικά άρχισε να χάνει την εικόνα της.Την έχω λιγότερο απο τρία χρόνια.Τεχνικος που ήρθε μας είπε ότι χάλασε η μητρική και κάηκαν τα led.Το κόστος στα 200€ περίπου πράγμα που δεν αξίζει!!
After a lot of research, I ended up with this television, which was placed in a 10 sqm bedroom right in front of the bed. The purchase was made yesterday on 18/05/2023 and it was immediately installed on the wall. Following the instructions, I tried to set it up using my mobile phone (since it showed me this option). I simply downloaded the Samsung app, which I didn't have installed on my phone, but for some reason, the first attempt was not completed. Maybe it didn't connect properly to the internet. With the second attempt, everything went as it should and the TV started normally with the channels automatically found without me doing anything (this impressed me and I liked it). I immediately checked YouTube (to see if the connection was OK) and connected to Netflix. I quickly looked through the manual for the remote control, which is quite concise and not immediately understandable how it works. Finally, we watched a series on Netflix for testing.
Below are my initial comments:
Positives:
- Very clear picture and vibrant colors. Of course, my other TV is 13 years old and not LED. Nevertheless, I have obviously seen modern LED TVs in other houses, so comparing and considering its cost, it is very good. Essentially, for an average user who wants to watch movies, Netflix, etc., it is perfect.
- Sound. There are many comments about the poor sound performance. Again, I had no complaints. We watched a series on Netflix with the sound at about 60% of the maximum and it was perfect. I don't know what everyone has in mind when watching TV at home... Maybe they want the neighbors to hear as well. But really, in a room of a house, the sound provided by the TV is fine. If someone wants to watch on the balcony or in their yard and be at a distance of 6-7 meters, then I don't know, maybe the sound is not good.
Negatives (a little):
- Build quality is not the highest. When you hold it to hang it on the wall, you feel like you have to be very careful. It looks nice, but the plastics could be of better quality. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I hung it on the wall and it will stay there without anyone touching it again.
- The remote control is... different from the usual ones we know, it is minimalist. It definitely requires getting used to, but I think once you learn it, it will be very convenient. There is also the option of controlling the TV through the app on the mobile phone. I tried that too, and it seems more user-friendly than the remote control initially. Perhaps because it is clearer what each button does. However, this issue doesn't bother me either.
Conclusion:
I am very satisfied with my choice, even though there were quite a few negative comments and I was hesitant. Obviously, there were equally many, if not more, positive comments! :) I didn't expect anything more and nothing disappointed me from the first use-test of the TV. If it withstands the test of time, then it deserves 6 stars instead of 5 because it costs just over 300 euros and has an impressive picture, vibrant colors, and very good sound!
Μετά από αρκετή έρευνα κατέληξα σε αυτή την τηλεόραση η οποία τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 10 τμ ακριβώς απέναντι από το κρεβάτι.
Η αγορά έγινε χθες στισ 18/05/2023 και τοποθετήθηκε άμεσα στον τοίχο. Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες προσπάθησα να κάνω το set up μέσω κινητού (αφου μου εμφάνισε αυτή την επιλογή. Απλά κατέβασα επιπλέον την εφαρμογή της SAMSUNG την οποία δεν είχα εγκατεστημένη στο κινητό), αλλά για κάποιο λόγο δεν ολοκληρώθηκε η 1η προσπάθεια. Ίσως δεν συνδέθηκε σωστά στο internet. Με την 2η προσπάθεια όλα έγιναν όπως έπρεπε και η τηλεόραση ξεκίνησε κανονικά με τα κανάλια να έχουν βρεθεί αυτόματα χωρίς να έχω κάνει εγώ κάτι (αυτό με εντυπωσίασε και μου άρεσε). Αμέσως τσέκαρα το youtube (για να δω οτι η σύνδεση είναι ΟΚ) και συνδέθηκα Netflix. Έψαξα στα πολύ γρήγορα το εγχειρίδιο για το τηλεκοντρόλ το οποίο η αλήθεια είναι αρκετά λιτό και δεν καταλαβαίνεις αμέσως πως λειουργεί. Τελικά είδαμε και μία σειρά στο Netflix για δοκιμή.
Παρακάτω τα πρώτα μου σχόλια:
Θετικά.
-Πολύ καθαρή εικόνα και ζωντανά χρώματα. Βέβαια η άλλη τηλεόραση που διαθέτω είναι 13 χρονών και φυσικά όχι LED. Παρόλα αυτά προφανώς και έχω δει σε άλλα σπίτια σύγχρονες LED τηλεοράσεις, άρα συγκρίνοντας και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το κόστος της, είναι πάρα πολύ καλή. Ουσιαστικά για ένα μέσο χρήστη που θέλει να βλέπει ταινίες, netflix κτλ, είναι άψογη.
-Ήχος. Υπάρχουν εδώ πάρα πολλά σχόλια σχετικά με την χάλια απόδοση του ήχου. Και πάλι εγώ δεν είχα κανένα παράπονο. Είδαμε μία σειρά στο netflix με τον ήχο στο περίπου 60% του μέγιστου και ήταν άψογη. Δεν ξέρω τι έχει ο καθένας στο μυαλό του όταν βλέπει τηλεόραση στο σπίτι του... Ίσως να θέλει να ακούν και οι δίπλα. Πραγματικά πάντως, σε ένα δωμάτιο σπιτιού ο ήχος που παρέχει η τηλεόραση είναι μιά χαρά. Αν κάποιος θέλει να βλέπει στο μπαλκόνι ή την αυλή του και να βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 6-7 μέτρα, τότε δεν ξέρω, ίσως να μη είναι καλός ο ήχος.
Αρνητικά (λίγο)
-Ποιότητα κατασκευής όχι η υψηλότερη. Την πιάνεις να την κρεμάσεις στον τοίχο και νιώθεις ότι πρέπει να προσέχεις πολύ πως την κρατάς. Όμορφη εμφανισιακά αλλά τα πλαστικά θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερης ποιότητας. Προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί, γιατί την κρέμασα στον τοίχο και εκεί θα παραμείνει χωρίς να την ακουμπήσει ξανά κανείς.
-Το χειριστήριο είναι...διαφορετικό από τα συνηθισμένα, από αυτά που γνωρίζουμε, είναι μίνιμαλ. Θέλει εξοικείωση σίγουρα, αλλά νομίζω ότι το μάθεις θα βολεύει πολύ. Επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα χειρισμού της τηλεόρασης μέσω την εφαρμογής από το κινητό. Το δοκίμασα και αυτό και δείχνει πιο εύχρηστο από το τηλεκοντρόλ αρχικά. Ίσως επειδή είναι πιο ξεκάθαρο το τι κάνει το κάθε κουμπί. Παρόλα αυτά, και αυτό το θέμα δεν με ενοχλεί.
Συμπέρασμα.
Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την επιλογή μου παρότι υπήρχαν εδώ αρκετά αρνητικά σχόλια και ήμουν διστακτικός. Προφανώς βέβαια υπήρχαν εξίσου πολλά και περισσότερα θετικά σχόλια! :) Δεν περίμενα κάτι παραπάνω και δεν με απογοήτευεσε κάτι από την πρώτη χρήση-δοκιμή της τηλεόρασης. Αν αντέξει και στο χρόνο, τότε της αξίζουν 6 αστέρια και όχι 5, γιατί πολύ απλά κόστίζει λίγο πάνω από 300 ευρώ και έχει εντυπωσιακή εικόνα και χρώματα και πολύ καλό ήχο!

Purchased on 14/12/2022, operated satisfactorily for four months as a living room television (without gaming, hard drive, USB, etc.), plugged into a voltage stabilizer, until it suddenly presented a light black vertical line in the middle of the screen. Samsung was notified via email and, after a phone call, they picked it up today for inspection/repair.
Αγοράστηκε 14/12/2022, λειτούργησε ικανοποιητικά για τέσσερις μήνες, ως τηλεόραση σαλονιού, (χωρίς gaming, hard driver, usb, κλπ), σε πρίζα με σταθεροποιητή τάσεως, ώσπου εντελ΄ώς ξαφνικά, παρουσίασε μια κάθετη αλαφριά μαύρη γραμμή περίπου στο μέσον της οθόνης. Ειδοποιήθηκε η samsung, μέσω e-mail, και κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, παρέλαβαν σήμερα προς έλεγχο / επισκευή.
For its price, it's perfect for everyday use! Netflix is flawless, and so is YouTube. I haven't watched any sports on it yet, so I can't say. I would have expected slightly better sound quality.
Για τα λεφτά της είναι ότι πρέπει για καθημερινή χρήση! netflix άψογο, youtube επίσης. τώρα από αθλητικά δεν έχω δει ακόμη ώστε να πω. θα περίμενα λίγο καλύτερο ήχο.

The picture is very good, as well as the sound.
The remote control may seem unfamiliar at first, but once you learn it, you can do everything you can with other common r.controls, but with only 4 buttons...

Το remote control ξενίζει στην αρχή, αλλά μόλις το μάθεις, θα κάνεις ότι με τα κοινά άλλα r.controls, αλλά με 4 πλήκτρα.....
After 4 months of use, I can say that it is absolutely value for money. The sound is good for a living room, not for a party of course. The picture is excellent, on the PS5 (and not only) it automatically finds the best settings. It doesn't creak, it seems reliable, but its menu is a bit slow. If I had invested 200€ more, I would have gotten one with Android instead of Tizen, but since I have a TV box, I'm covered. One more detail that I knew before buying it is that it doesn't support Chromecast on its own (which I have solved with the TV box, so it doesn't bother me personally).
As for the downsides, I will say the following. On YouTube specifically, it downloads at a maximum of 5mbps, resulting in lag on UHD videos; personally, I have connected a TV box + PS5, so I play from there and have no issues. It may possibly be fixed in the future with a TV or YouTube app update.
In closing, I will say once again that with a TV box, it becomes stellar for the 370€ I paid for it.

2 years later and it works perfectly. Regarding the issue I had on YouTube, it turned out to be my router and not the television
Μετά από 4 μήνες χρήσης μπορώ να πω ότι είναι απόλυτα value for money. Ήχος καλός για σαλόνι, όχι για πάρτι φυσικά. Η εικόνα εξαιρετική, στο ps5 (και όχι μόνο) βρίσκει αυτόματα τις βέλτιστες ρυθμίσεις. Δεν τρίζει, φαίνεται αξιόπιστη αλλά το μενού της είναι λίγο αργό. Αν είχα επενδύσει 200€ παραπάνω θα έπαιρνα αντίστοιχη με android αντί για tizen, αλλά δεδομένου ότι έχω tvbox είμαι καλυμμένος. Μια λεπτομέρεια ακόμη που όμως γνώριζα και πριν την αγοράσω, είναι ότι δεν υποστηρίζει από μόνη της chromecast (που και πάλι έχω λύσει με το tvbox οπότε δεν με προβληματίζει προσωπικά)
Στα κατά της θα πω το εξής. Στο Youtube συγλεκριμένα, κατεβάζει με maximum τα 5mbps με αποτέλεσμα να λαγκάρει στα UHD videos, προσωπικά έχω συνδέσει επάνω tvbox + ps5 οπότε τα παίζω από εκεί και δεν έχω θέμα. Ενδεχομένως να διορθωθεί μελλοντικά με αναβάθμιση της tv ή του app youtube.
Κλείνοντας, θα πω για μια ακόμη φορά, ότι με ένα tvbox γίνεται αστεράτη για τα 370€ που την πήρα.

2 χρόνια μετά και λειτουργεί άψογα. Σχετικά με το θέμα που είχα στο Youtube ήταν τελικά του ρούτερ μου κι όχι της τηλεόρασης

The TV came into my hands from day one with a bright line around the bezel. Samsung sent a technician and said it was fine. The conclusions are yours. Never again with this company. Nor a toaster.
Η τηλεόραση ήρθε στα χέρια μου από την πρώτη μέρα με φωτεινή γραμμή γύρω γύρω από τα μπεζελ. Η σαμσουνγκ έστειλε τεχνικό και είπε ότι ειναι μια χαρά. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Ποτέ ξανά στην εν λόγω εταιρία. Ούτε τοστιέρα.

Είναι η 2η Samsung που χαλάει με τον ίδιο τρόπο (σκωτηνιαζει τοσο πολυ που πλεον δε βλεπεις σχεδον τιποτα)
Καλυτερα να δωσω 100 ευρώ παραπανω για κατι που θα κρατήσει. ΚΑΛΑ ΕΝΝΟΕΊΤΑΙ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ Samsung ΠΛΕΟΝ
I bought it in August '22 and within 3 years it broke down, I see a blackness and the image is barely visible.
Την πηρα τον αυγουστο τους 22 και μεσα σε 3 χρονια χαλασε,βλεπω μια μαυριλα και ισα ισα που φαινεται η εικονα.
While it is a very good television for everyday use .. mine arrived broken .. a piece from the back side .. fortunately it did not affect the screen and that's why I did not return it
ενώ είναι μια πολύ καλή τηλεόραση για καθημερινή χρήση .. εμένα μου ήρθε σπασμένη .. ένα κομμάτι από την πίσω πλευρά.. ευτυχώς δεν επηρέασε στην οθόνη κ γι αυτό δεν την επέστρεψα
Very nice, the only negative for me when I watch a movie that I download is that it doesn't have the option to add subtitles; it needs to be ready, and I have to connect the computer, and the speaker is relatively low at 30
Πολύ ωραία το μόνο αρνητικό για μένα που βλέπω ταινία που κατεβάζω είναι πως δεν έχει να βάλεις υπότιτλους την θέλει έτοιμη και αναγκάζομαι να βάλω τον υπολογιστή σε σύνδεση και το ηχείο είναι σχετικά χαμηλό στο 30
We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.
Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.
Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!
Την τοποθετήσαμε σε στρατιωτική υπηρεσία για καθημερινή χρήση.Στο χρόνο πάνω εμφάνισε σκιές σε διάφορα σημεία του πάνελ.Τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας μας είπε ότι οφείλεται στη σκόνη ή σε αιθάλη κεριών ή τζακιών που μπαίνει στην τηλεόραση.Ευτυχώς είναι στην εγγύηση και θα επισκευαστεί.
Update 15/1/25....η τηλεόραση επέστρεψε από service αλλά η εικόνα βελτιώθηκε κατά 30-40% όπως φαίνεται και στη φωτο παρόλο που αλλάχτηκε το panel όπως ισχυρίζεται η αντιπροσωπεία
Update2 21/01.2025 Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά της Samsung , ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί στο 100% η εικόνα της τηλεόρασης!!!! "Αυτού του τύπου οι τηλεοράσεις έχουν τέτοια προβλήματα"..."Είναι εντός των προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"....κι άλλες τέτοιες αστείες δικαιολογίες.Στην ερώτησή μου :" Όταν ήταν καινούρια πως έπαιζε τέλεια και τώρα δεν παίζει αφού αλλάξατε πάνελ;;" Η απάντηση ήταν : "Αυτό δεν το γνωρίζω".!!!!!!!!!!!!!Προφανώς απλά προσπάθησαν να καθαρίσουν το πάνελ εσωτερικά (αφού μας έλεγαν για σκόνη και αιθάλη!!!!!!!) και δεν έγινε σωστή δουλειά ή αν όντως αντικαταστάθηκε το πάνελ , τοποθέτησαν κάποιο μεταχειρισμένο ή ελαττωματικό ανταλλακτικό.Τέλος ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση προϊόντος αφού δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί αλλά φυσικά αρνήθηκαν αφού "Η εικόνα είναι εντός προδιαγραφών που θέτει η Samsung"!!!!!Τι δεν καταλαβαίνετε!!!!!
