After market research, I ended up with the Samsung smart tv 43"...I had a previous Samsung smart tv 32" and I was quite satisfied, but it was an old model and did not support enough applications that I wanted to use. I bought the TV mainly to have access to the Cosmote and NOVA apps, which work great and were already installed, as well as the netflix, youtube, prime video, Disney+, apple tv, Rakuten tv, ANT1+ apps, while also supporting regular and hybrid television (ERTFlix, etc.). In terms of image, it is very good with vivid colors and very clear clarity, the sound I agree with others who have mentioned that it is not so powerful, but personally it doesn't bother me so much. With the remote control, I had a difficulty at first to get used to it, I was surprised that it didn't have the numbers from 1-9, instead it has a few buttons that also function as shortcuts, but after a while you get used to it... The menu has many settings and customizations... In terms of connectivity, it has wi-fi, 3 HDMI ports, 1 usb port, 1 LAN and another Common Interface port for input of a card. It connected fine with my xiaomi mobile with cast and mirroring... In terms of gaming or connecting to a computer, I have no opinion, but I think it will work fine there too... Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase even though I was also looking at a newer model for '22, but I saw the positive comments and ended up with this one... If someone is looking for a good and modern smart tv in 43" with very good image, not expensive with all the latest available applications, then this is the most value for money choice and I recommend it without reservation! I bought it from a large department store during the sales period, I also recommend extending the warranty to 5 years to be covered for any eventuality! I hope it will be worth the money like my previous Samsung... Have a good time watching TV!

We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.

Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.

Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!

After a year of mild use, I have to say the following. I bought this television for 330 euros because at this price, there was nothing better. Let's start with the positives. Very good sound, I never had any issues, it's crystal clear and the volume goes up very high. The remote is simple with few buttons, so you never get confused. The picture is very good when showing something bright. Now let's move on to the negatives: its blacks are unacceptable, and I don't have particular demands. At the price I got it, of course, you can't expect anything better. The viewing angle is so-so... you see the colors nicely as long as you are directly in front, but the more sideways you sit, the colors start to fade. Not to the level where you can't watch a movie, just that you don't have the same beautiful experience as when sitting directly in front. You feel like you're missing something... and indeed, you miss the beautiful colors. The menu sometimes lags, meaning you press something and there's a delay of a few seconds. This usually happens when I have turned it off from the plug and go to turn it on for the first time. As long as it stays plugged in and I just turn off the TV, it's fine (it might freeze a bit, but okay, nothing tragic). In the settings, I was a bit disappointed because I expected to have more options like the LG television of a friend who bought it for 600 euros. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the same range of options for either the picture or the sound. I admit I was quite disappointed there, but again, it's silly to compare a television worth 300 and 600 euros. Different category... IN THE END, if you are looking for a simple television without particular demands that you won't watch often and just want to have a satisfactory experience when you sit down to watch something, it's fine. If you are looking for a television for daily use, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more so you can see better blacks, more vibrant colors, not have it freeze, and of course, have more settings. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than 400 euros for this specific one, but if you find it around 300, I think it's a very good choice. (Nowadays, for a simple low-budget smartphone, you need at least 150-200; if with 300 you get a 43-inch television, I don't think you expect to have bought something super perfect. So it's fine.)

I took it to the service twice within the warranty period, they told me they changed the motherboard but unfortunately the problem remained and the Samsung dealership does not replace it for me.

Because I saw that this particular TV has received several negative reviews, I decided to share my opinion as well because I happen to have this TV for almost 3 years and so far it hasn't given me any problems, at least on its own, although I saw that others had their panel burned twice and displayed black marks. The truth is that it has also shown 2 black lines on my TV, one on the right side and one on the left, but they are barely noticeable and don't affect the overall image. However, they are more noticeable when the TV mainly displays monotonous colors like white, which happened because the panel had a slight impact, which wasn't very strong. I mention this mainly because those who are not aware should consider that panels in new TVs are extremely sensitive and one should be very careful because it is very easy to cause even the slightest damage to the panel, especially when the TV is going to be mounted on a wall. I researched the issue and found out that there are much worse cases than mine, so I am lucky that mine is not in worse condition. I asked a technician and he told me that it's not worth changing the panel because I would have to pay around 200 euros + VAT + the cost of one hour of labor, so I will leave it as it is for now and use it until it lasts. Personally, I am satisfied with this TV mainly because it has never had any problems on its own, but I also agree with some people who mentioned that it has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels. However, it doesn't bother me much because I mainly use the TV for gaming and rarely switch channels. For someone who frequently switches channels, I believe this could be a problem. As for the sound, it has good sound quality for general TV use, such as Netflix, YouTube, and channels, but for gaming, it doesn't have the best sound, especially for someone like me who primarily uses it for gaming. It's better to use headphones, as I do. However, if someone just wants it for more casual gaming, they won't have any particular problem. In conclusion, I give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because this TV has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels, and the sound quality is mediocre for good gaming. However, the overall sound is good for basic TV functions, but as I mentioned before, for my own requirements, this TV is suitable and I believe I am lucky that it has served me well from the beginning. It's a shame about the panel issue because it is a nice TV with great colors, and the damage from the impact on the panel is minor, so I will keep it until it lasts. Finally, I should mention that I have the 43-inch model. I hope I helped with my review and I apologize for the long text, but I wanted to share my entire experience with this TV.

As other users have mentioned, the screen burned out after 2 years and something, after the warranty expired of course. The cost of repair is around 320€, which is the same as buying a new one. The company obviously doesn't take any responsibility once the warranty is over and unfortunately the customer service was terrible. Never again Samsung, stay away from these specific TVs, it's not worth spending 400-500 euros for 2 years. Tragic customer experience.

After a lot of research, I ended up with this television, which was placed in a 10 sqm bedroom right in front of the bed. The purchase was made yesterday on 18/05/2023 and it was immediately installed on the wall. Following the instructions, I tried to set it up using my mobile phone (since it showed me this option). I simply downloaded the Samsung app, which I didn't have installed on my phone, but for some reason, the first attempt was not completed. Maybe it didn't connect properly to the internet. With the second attempt, everything went as it should and the TV started normally with the channels automatically found without me doing anything (this impressed me and I liked it). I immediately checked YouTube (to see if the connection was OK) and connected to Netflix. I quickly looked through the manual for the remote control, which is quite concise and not immediately understandable how it works. Finally, we watched a series on Netflix for testing.
Below are my initial comments:

Positives:
- Very clear picture and vibrant colors. Of course, my other TV is 13 years old and not LED. Nevertheless, I have obviously seen modern LED TVs in other houses, so comparing and considering its cost, it is very good. Essentially, for an average user who wants to watch movies, Netflix, etc., it is perfect.
- Sound. There are many comments about the poor sound performance. Again, I had no complaints. We watched a series on Netflix with the sound at about 60% of the maximum and it was perfect. I don't know what everyone has in mind when watching TV at home... Maybe they want the neighbors to hear as well. But really, in a room of a house, the sound provided by the TV is fine. If someone wants to watch on the balcony or in their yard and be at a distance of 6-7 meters, then I don't know, maybe the sound is not good.

Negatives (a little):
- Build quality is not the highest. When you hold it to hang it on the wall, you feel like you have to be very careful. It looks nice, but the plastics could be of better quality. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I hung it on the wall and it will stay there without anyone touching it again.
- The remote control is... different from the usual ones we know, it is minimalist. It definitely requires getting used to, but I think once you learn it, it will be very convenient. There is also the option of controlling the TV through the app on the mobile phone. I tried that too, and it seems more user-friendly than the remote control initially. Perhaps because it is clearer what each button does. However, this issue doesn't bother me either.

Conclusion:
I am very satisfied with my choice, even though there were quite a few negative comments and I was hesitant. Obviously, there were equally many, if not more, positive comments! :) I didn't expect anything more and nothing disappointed me from the first use-test of the TV. If it withstands the test of time, then it deserves 6 stars instead of 5 because it costs just over 300 euros and has an impressive picture, vibrant colors, and very good sound!

After 4 months of use, I can say that it is absolutely value for money. The sound is good for a living room, not for a party of course. The picture is excellent, on the PS5 (and not only) it automatically finds the best settings. It doesn't creak, it seems reliable, but its menu is a bit slow. If I had invested 200€ more, I would have gotten one with Android instead of Tizen, but since I have a TV box, I'm covered. One more detail that I knew before buying it is that it doesn't support Chromecast on its own (which I have solved with the TV box, so it doesn't bother me personally).
As for the downsides, I will say the following. On YouTube specifically, it downloads at a maximum of 5mbps, resulting in lag on UHD videos; personally, I have connected a TV box + PS5, so I play from there and have no issues. It may possibly be fixed in the future with a TV or YouTube app update.
In closing, I will say once again that with a TV box, it becomes stellar for the 370€ I paid for it.

Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.

Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!

After a year of mild use, I have to say the following. I bought this television for 330 euros because at this price, there was nothing better. Let's start with the positives. Very good sound, I never had any issues, it's crystal clear and the volume goes up very high. The remote is simple with few buttons, so you never get confused. The picture is very good when showing something bright. Now let's move on to the negatives: its blacks are unacceptable, and I don't have particular demands. At the price I got it, of course, you can't expect anything better. The viewing angle is so-so... you see the colors nicely as long as you are directly in front, but the more sideways you sit, the colors start to fade. Not to the level where you can't watch a movie, just that you don't have the same beautiful experience as when sitting directly in front. You feel like you're missing something... and indeed, you miss the beautiful colors. The menu sometimes lags, meaning you press something and there's a delay of a few seconds. This usually happens when I have turned it off from the plug and go to turn it on for the first time. As long as it stays plugged in and I just turn off the TV, it's fine (it might freeze a bit, but okay, nothing tragic). In the settings, I was a bit disappointed because I expected to have more options like the LG television of a friend who bought it for 600 euros. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the same range of options for either the picture or the sound. I admit I was quite disappointed there, but again, it's silly to compare a television worth 300 and 600 euros. Different category... IN THE END, if you are looking for a simple television without particular demands that you won't watch often and just want to have a satisfactory experience when you sit down to watch something, it's fine. If you are looking for a television for daily use, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more so you can see better blacks, more vibrant colors, not have it freeze, and of course, have more settings. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than 400 euros for this specific one, but if you find it around 300, I think it's a very good choice. (Nowadays, for a simple low-budget smartphone, you need at least 150-200; if with 300 you get a 43-inch television, I don't think you expect to have bought something super perfect. So it's fine.)

Because I saw that this particular TV has received several negative reviews, I decided to share my opinion as well because I happen to have this TV for almost 3 years and so far it hasn't given me any problems, at least on its own, although I saw that others had their panel burned twice and displayed black marks. The truth is that it has also shown 2 black lines on my TV, one on the right side and one on the left, but they are barely noticeable and don't affect the overall image. However, they are more noticeable when the TV mainly displays monotonous colors like white, which happened because the panel had a slight impact, which wasn't very strong. I mention this mainly because those who are not aware should consider that panels in new TVs are extremely sensitive and one should be very careful because it is very easy to cause even the slightest damage to the panel, especially when the TV is going to be mounted on a wall. I researched the issue and found out that there are much worse cases than mine, so I am lucky that mine is not in worse condition. I asked a technician and he told me that it's not worth changing the panel because I would have to pay around 200 euros + VAT + the cost of one hour of labor, so I will leave it as it is for now and use it until it lasts. Personally, I am satisfied with this TV mainly because it has never had any problems on its own, but I also agree with some people who mentioned that it has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels. However, it doesn't bother me much because I mainly use the TV for gaming and rarely switch channels. For someone who frequently switches channels, I believe this could be a problem. As for the sound, it has good sound quality for general TV use, such as Netflix, YouTube, and channels, but for gaming, it doesn't have the best sound, especially for someone like me who primarily uses it for gaming. It's better to use headphones, as I do. However, if someone just wants it for more casual gaming, they won't have any particular problem. In conclusion, I give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because this TV has a slightly slow response in the menu and when changing channels, and the sound quality is mediocre for good gaming. However, the overall sound is good for basic TV functions, but as I mentioned before, for my own requirements, this TV is suitable and I believe I am lucky that it has served me well from the beginning. It's a shame about the panel issue because it is a nice TV with great colors, and the damage from the impact on the panel is minor, so I will keep it until it lasts. Finally, I should mention that I have the 43-inch model. I hope I helped with my review and I apologize for the long text, but I wanted to share my entire experience with this TV.

As other users have mentioned, the screen burned out after 2 years and something, after the warranty expired of course. The cost of repair is around 320€, which is the same as buying a new one. The company obviously doesn't take any responsibility once the warranty is over and unfortunately the customer service was terrible. Never again Samsung, stay away from these specific TVs, it's not worth spending 400-500 euros for 2 years. Tragic customer experience.

After a lot of research, I ended up with this television, which was placed in a 10 sqm bedroom right in front of the bed. The purchase was made yesterday on 18/05/2023 and it was immediately installed on the wall. Following the instructions, I tried to set it up using my mobile phone (since it showed me this option). I simply downloaded the Samsung app, which I didn't have installed on my phone, but for some reason, the first attempt was not completed. Maybe it didn't connect properly to the internet. With the second attempt, everything went as it should and the TV started normally with the channels automatically found without me doing anything (this impressed me and I liked it). I immediately checked YouTube (to see if the connection was OK) and connected to Netflix. I quickly looked through the manual for the remote control, which is quite concise and not immediately understandable how it works. Finally, we watched a series on Netflix for testing.
Below are my initial comments:

Positives:
- Very clear picture and vibrant colors. Of course, my other TV is 13 years old and not LED. Nevertheless, I have obviously seen modern LED TVs in other houses, so comparing and considering its cost, it is very good. Essentially, for an average user who wants to watch movies, Netflix, etc., it is perfect.
- Sound. There are many comments about the poor sound performance. Again, I had no complaints. We watched a series on Netflix with the sound at about 60% of the maximum and it was perfect. I don't know what everyone has in mind when watching TV at home... Maybe they want the neighbors to hear as well. But really, in a room of a house, the sound provided by the TV is fine. If someone wants to watch on the balcony or in their yard and be at a distance of 6-7 meters, then I don't know, maybe the sound is not good.

Negatives (a little):
- Build quality is not the highest. When you hold it to hang it on the wall, you feel like you have to be very careful. It looks nice, but the plastics could be of better quality. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I hung it on the wall and it will stay there without anyone touching it again.
- The remote control is... different from the usual ones we know, it is minimalist. It definitely requires getting used to, but I think once you learn it, it will be very convenient. There is also the option of controlling the TV through the app on the mobile phone. I tried that too, and it seems more user-friendly than the remote control initially. Perhaps because it is clearer what each button does. However, this issue doesn't bother me either.

Conclusion:
I am very satisfied with my choice, even though there were quite a few negative comments and I was hesitant. Obviously, there were equally many, if not more, positive comments! :) I didn't expect anything more and nothing disappointed me from the first use-test of the TV. If it withstands the test of time, then it deserves 6 stars instead of 5 because it costs just over 300 euros and has an impressive picture, vibrant colors, and very good sound!

With use of MUCH LESS than 2 hours per day, it broke down within 3 years!!!
This is the 2nd Samsung that breaks in the same way (it gets so dark that you can hardly see anything anymore)
Better to pay 100 euros more for something that will last. OF COURSE, STAY AWAY FROM Samsung FROM NOW ON

We placed it in military service for daily use. After some time, it showed shadows in various spots on the panel. A technician from the dealership told us that it was due to dust or soot from candles or fireplaces entering the television. Fortunately, it is under warranty and will be repaired.

Update 15/1/25....the television returned from service, but the image improved by 30-40% as seen in the photo, even though the panel was replaced, as claimed by the dealership.

Update 2 21/01.2025 After a phone call with Samsung's headquarters, we were informed that the television's image cannot be repaired to 100%!!!! "Televisions of this type have such problems"..."It is within the specifications set by Samsung"....and other such ridiculous excuses. In response to my question: "When it was new, how did it work perfectly and now it doesn't work since you changed the panel??" The answer was: "I don't know."!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they simply tried to clean the panel internally (since they were telling us about dust and soot!!!!!!!) and did not do a proper job, or if the panel was indeed replaced, they installed some used or defective part. Finally, we requested a product replacement since it cannot be repaired, but of course, they refused since "The image is within the specifications set by Samsung"!!!!! What don't you understand!!!!!
