We all start with a basic question, QLED or OLED. Unfortunately, there is no one answer that fits everyone. It depends on what you watch and where you watch it. QLEDs have excellent performance in bright environments. If you want to watch movies at night with little lighting, don't even think about getting a QLED. I speak from experience. I regret every second I bought a QLED. I didn't know and I didn't ask... Don't be afraid of Burn-in on OLEDs if you don't watch the same TV channel with a static logo for 10 consecutive hours. If you change channels frequently or frequently turn the TV on and off, you won't have any problems for years.
As for the specific Neo QLED, it has very nice colors. Amazing static images. The Up Scale it does is impressive to the point that you can't tell if it's FHD or 4K in static images. In fast-moving scenes like action movies, the problem starts. There, you choose to reduce the clarity setting, but you will see blurriness or you keep the clarity setting at full and you will see pixelation. Even in 4K or screen, it has an issue with fast scenes. They are not smooth and I notice intense pixelation. I tried every setting, the phenomenon decreases but it doesn't disappear. Now, because I know it and I observe it, it ruins the whole viewing experience for me. In general, to achieve good image quality, you have to dig deep into the settings. Unfortunately, if you keep the default settings, the experience is not pleasant.
As for black in the image, Samsung has made some progress, but it still can't match OLEDs. If there is a large area of black in the image, then you see true black. If there are bright elements within the black in the image, such as a night sky, then it can't render true black and you see deep gray. Much better black quality compared to old QLEDs, but still behind OLEDs.
I can't say much about the sound because I use a Dolby Atmos soundbar. One problem that was noticed was that initially, the TV Box was overheating to such an extent that after 1 day plugged into the socket, it stopped recognizing the soundbar. After contacting Samsung, they accessed it remotely, made some settings, and now the phenomenon has disappeared.
My final conclusion is that I made the wrong choice. It doesn't fit the viewing conditions, and the image (beyond the colors) is not what I expected. With the money I spent, I could have gotten a very good OLED.

For some time now, the TV has stopped recognizing the HDMI port that I have connected the Soundbar to as eARC. I called Samsung customer service 3 times, but they unsuccessfully tried to solve the problem. They referred the problem to Samsung's local service. A technician came in 1 day, examined the problem, came back in 2 days, replaced some cards, but the problem was not resolved. Now Samsung is proceeding with replacing the TV. Personally, I consider Samsung's service to be exemplary.
Όλοι ξεκινάμε με ένα βασικό ερώτημα, αξίζει QLED ή OLED. Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει μία απάντηση που να ταιριάζει σε όλους. Εξαρτάται από το τι βλέπεις και που το βλέπεις. Η QLED έχουν εξαιρετική απόδοση σε φωτεινό περιβάλλον. Αν θέλετε να βλέπετε ταινίες το βράδυ με λίγο φωτισμό ούτε καν να διανοηθείτε να πάτε σε QLED. Μιλάω εκ πείρας. Μετανιώνω το κάθε δευτερόλεπτο που πήρα QLED. Δεν ήξερα και δεν ρώτησα.... Το Burn-in,στις OLED, μην το φοβάστε αν δεν βλέπετε 10 ώρες συνεχόμενα το ίδιο κανάλι τηλεόρασης με σταθερό λογότυπο. Αν αλλάζετε συχνά κανάλι ή ανοιγοκλείνετε συχνά την τηλεόραση δεν θα έχετε κανένα πρόβλημα για χρόνια.
Όσον αφορά την συγκεκριμένη Neo QLED. Έχει πολύ ωραία χρώματα. Φοβερές στατικές εικόνες. Το Up Scale που κάνει είναι εντυπωσιακό τόσο που δεν μπορείς να καταλάβεις σε στατικές εικόνες αν είναι FHD ή 4Κ. Σε γρήγορα κινούμενες σκηνές πχ. ταινίες δράσης, αρχίζει το πρόβλημα. Εκεί επιλέγεις να μειώσεις την ρύθμιση της καθαρότητας αλλά θα βλέπεις θολούρα ή θα έχεις την ρύθμιση καθαρότητας στο full και θα βλέπεις πιξέλιασμα. Ακόμη και σε 4Κ ή οθόνη έχει ένα θέμα με τις γρήγορες σκηνές. Δεν είναι ομαλές και παρατηρώ έντονα εμφάνιση πιξελ. Δοκίμασα κάθε ρύθμιση, το φαινόμενο μειώνεται αλλά δεν εξαλείφετε. Πλέον επειδή το ξέρω και το παρατηρώ μου χαλάει όλη την εμπειρία θέασης. Γενικά για να πετύχετε καλή εικόνα πρέπει να ψαχτείτε πολύ με τις ρυθμίσεις. Δυστυχώς αν κρατήσετε τις αρχικές, η εμπειρία δεν είναι ευχάριστη.
Όσον αφορά το μαύρο στην εικόνα η Samsung προχώρησε αρκετά αλλά και πάλι δεν μπορεί να φτάσει τις OLED. Αν στην εικόνα υπάρχει μεγάλη επιφάνεια με μαύρο τότε βλέπετε πραγματικό μαύρο. Αν στην εικόνα υπάρχουν μέσα στο μαύρο και φωτεινά στοιχεία, όπως π.χ. νυκτερινός ουρανός τότε δεν μπορεί να αποδώσει πραγματικό μαύρο και βλέπετε βαθύ γκρι. Πολύ καλύτερη ποιότητα του μαύρου σε σχέση με τις παλιές QLED αλλά σταθερά πίσω από τις OLED.
Για τον ήχο δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά γιατί χρησιμοποιώ soundbar Dolby Atmos. Ένα πρόβλημα που παρατηρήθηκε, ήταν ότι αρχικά το TV Box ζεσταίνονταν υπερβολικά σε τέτοιο βαθμό που μετά από 1 μέρα στην πρίζα έπαυε να αναγνωρίζει το soundbar. Μετά από επικοινωνία με την Samsung, μπήκαν με απομακρυσμένη πρόσβαση, έκαναν κάποιες ρυθμίσεις και πλέον το φαινόμενο εξαφανίστηκε.
Το τελικό συμπέρασμα μου είναι ότι έκανα λάθος επιλογή. Δεν ταιριάζει με τις συνθήκες προβολής και η εικόνα (πέραν των χρωμάτων) δεν είναι αυτή που περίμενα. Με τα χρήματα που έδωσα έπερνα μία πολύ καλή OLED.

Εδώ και κάποιο καιρό σταμάτησε η τελεόραση να αναγνωρίζει την θύρα HDMI που έχω συνδέσει το Soundbar σαν eARC. Κάλεσα 3 φορές την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της Sansung που προσπάθησε ανεπιτυχώς να λύσει το πρόβλημα. Παρέπεμψαν το πρόβλημα στο τοπικό Service της Samsung. Ήρθε τεχνικός σε 1 μέρα, έξέτασε το πρόβλημα, ξαναήρθε σε 2 μέρες, αντικατέστησε κάποιες κάρτες αλλά το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε. Πλέον η Samsung προχώράει σε αντικατάσταση της τελεόρασης. Προσωπικά, θεωρώ ότι το service της Samsung λειτούργησε υποδειγματικά.
