Excellent oven, purchased for steam use only .... my previous Neff oven lasted 15 years without any issues.
I wanted to try the additional steam in meat baking and I was amazed, never again dry meat. The reheating of food is incredible because here too the steam worked its magic.....the vegetables come to life, the burgers juicy even on the third day of reheating.
Lastly, I tried making bread, I am passionate about bread and I do countless experiments at home. For the first time with hard flour, protein 10.5, without any additional gluten, it turned out amazing with a fantastic color....see photo. The bread was kneaded with yeast and the whole process took me 3.5 hours with the waiting times. Next time, I will try with sourdough that I have been feeding for 1 year now.

The first NEFF I bought and I won't go back (I also bought a smaller model for the second kitchen). Again, the interior may not be the biggest out there for a 60-inch model, but quality, cooking, programs, bottom-entry door, steam cleaning, touch screen, audio notifications, this model has it all.

Ήθελα να ρωτήσω τους χρήστες του συγκεκριμένου μοντέλου που το έχουν πάνω απο 3 χρονια αν ειναι ακομα ευχαριστημένοι.Εχω το προηγούμενο μοντέλο αυτού του φούρνου και στα 3 χρόνια άρχισε να σαπίζει και να ανοιγει τρύπες εκεί που έπιαναν οι σχάρες,παρόλο που ήμουν πολύ προσεκτική με την χρήση του.Σας ευχαριστώ πολυ!!!
