Very good grilling and flavor that comes very close to charcoal. Cleaning is not easy, but not difficult either. It is recommended to cover the entire base with aluminum foil, as well as the grease collection drawer. This way you will save 90% of the cleaning. Note that the grill is made of cast iron and requires its own cleaning process (no detergent, only hot water and scrubbing with a brush, immediate drying and applying a little vegetable oil).
