    The reason I give it 3 stars is purely for the wheels! The construction - the cart can withstand overloading, but the wheels are for a children's beach truck! If you get it, keep in mind the patent for replacement. It also has another drawback for me, when it is loaded, it is almost impossible to pull it uphill because it operates backwards compared to almost all garden carts, with the wheels in the front. When it is loaded and you lift it higher, it can tip over and hit you in the legs! It is ideal for a balcony that does not have pathways
