I will give it 3 stars in my rating, because it is good but... I take one capsule in the morning before eating and 30 minutes before exercising. Since I am trying to lose weight and fat, I do daily aerobic exercise in a program at the gym and I have seen results. I also combine it with a diet as I went to a nutritionist. Of course, maybe I expected something more, but I consider it a good choice for someone who is starting to take such a supplement.

Positive: it gives a significant boost in energy, keeps the "cravings" somewhat away.

Maybe I will buy it again, but not immediately, so that the body doesn't get used to it.

One tip... drink a lot, a lot of water. For example, I drink 3.5 to 4 liters daily. And don't give up because the change takes time... but when it comes...

I would not recommend it to people who have intestinal problems. I have tried other products in the past. With systematic use of 2 pills every day, it caused intense swelling and pain. I stopped taking it and in 2 days I felt better. I do not recommend it. Just be careful with your diet, lifestyle, and find exercises that fit your schedule.
