Description

The multi-gym Amila HG187F belongs to the category of home multi-gyms. It incorporates many exercises, while the approximately 45 kg weight plates are sufficient for someone who wants to start exercising. It features a protective mesh around the weights and a locking system (and padlock) for the weights to protect children. Create your personal gym and improve your physical and bodily condition with the ability to perform a multitude of exercises for all muscle groups.

It features a Pec Deck, as well as a high and low accessory attachment system (pulley) where you can place the small and large bar, or the included strap, or any other compatible accessory you want.

The maximum height for the pull-up bar is 180 cm.

The cushions are of high quality and density, 5 cm thick. The covers are particularly durable with a Carbon look, featuring red stitching and details. The back cushion measures 29 x 62, and the seat cushion 35 x 40, making them especially comfortable.

Επίσης, τα κιλά που έχει, αρκούν για έναν μέσο χρήστη που δεν ζητάει πάρα πολλά? Είναι ανάλογα με του γυμναστηρίου? Π.χ. ένας αρχάριος στο γυμναστήριο κάνει πεκ ντεκ 15 κιλά, τα κιλά είναι ανάλογα?
