I bought it to seal a 2mm diameter radiator hole, it wasn't completely dry, the glue doesn't stick in wet environments, but as soon as hot water was applied, the water passed through after a few days. I do not recommend it for hydraulic use, I used a large quantity and applied it very carefully. However, if it is not going to be permanently exposed to water, it seems very good based on the test I conducted.
